Des poils on etaient retrouvés dans la salle de bain ! Moquette au sol( pas tres hygienique)! Pas du tout isolé phonetiquement et thermiquement ! Situé à côté d'une déchèterie pas terrible le matin mais ça c'est si vous arrivez à dormir car on entends les voitures comme si elles etaient dans la chambre avec vous! Et j'en passe !!!

Good location to get into Lille centre easily. However, extremely dated facility, particularly the bedrooms. Small beds, damp patches, hooks hanging off walls. Perfect for a lads weekend, would not recommend for families or couples - not unless you want a divorce 😀

OK if not interested in food.
When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.

The dining service in the evening we were there was slow; there seemed to be a lack of staff. Limited menu for evening meals. There was a wide range of food at breakfast but the hot food was not kept adequately supplied.

A basic hotel with safe parking, close to the metro needed if going into the city centre. Didn’t realise I had to pay €8 to park but not much choice if you didn’t want to park. The room was basic it did have a kettle and tea and coffee, the room could have done with a better clean. Lots of cobwebs in the corners and above the wardrobe, would stay here again if was in the area.

Pleasant out of town hotel.
The hotel is located out of town in an area mainly occupied by a large teaching hospital complex and nearby dental school. There is a metro station (CHR Oscar Lambert) a few minutes' walk from the hotel, with trains every few minutes, taking only 10 minutes or so to get into the centre of Lille. There is also a bus service (number 10) that departs from outside the metro station, taking around 40 minutes to get into Lille.
The hotel itself is a motel-style layout, and once you've collected your room key from reception you can access your room without needing to use the reception. Our stay was \"OK\", the hotel is of course a budget one so you can't expect too much. It's right beside a train line but that didn't really cause any issues for us and we were in the room closest to the train. Overall I would only recommend it if you're on a tight budget. Wasn't too impressed being charged 10 Euros for parking too!

The room was basic but comfortable, modern and clean. It was close to the Metro which could be used to get into the centre, but we drove. Location details were lacking - we followed our street map round Lille for nearly an hour, only to find that we could have taken a sharp right when coming off the motorway and been there instantly. Curieusement aucune des portes intérieures ne ferment (chambre, salle de bain) donnant une impression de bâtiment d'une construction ayant bougée ... Pas très rassurant ! manque de confort lié à cette anomalie, car la porte de la chambre donnant dans le SAS ne fermant pas, une impression de froid et également plus bruyante. Dommage .... ça nécessite des travaux apparemment !

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du CHR en périphérie sud de Lille. Il est un peu vieillissant (menuiserie, absence de climatisation) mais propre. Un service de restauration, même rapide type snacking, serait un plus car seuls Mc Do et 2 friteries sont à proximité immédiate (5 minutes à pied). Il a cependant un rapport qualité-prix convenable.
