The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly all the time. The room was dark. Water in the room would have been nice and a kettle to make tea. The steps were a challenge but it was a part of the architecture of the building. Breakfast was great. There was no hot water in the sink but lots in the shower.

The breakfast was amazing! Great selection and good service. This Riad is a 3 min walk to the square. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with everything we needed. The toiletries were made from the Riad spa. We had a Hammam and it was excellent. I would fully recommend that you stay here. We will absolutely be staying on our next trip.

Lovely, quaint, hotel in an older building in the Medina of Marrakech. Nice breakfast included every morning. Pool is quite small, just for sitting and cooling off, but looks inviting nonetheless. Booked a hammam and massage with the hotel. It was a fabulous experience. Enjoyed it very much. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing Riad right in the middle of the Medina Markets in Marrakech. The room was very spacious, the free breakfast was great with fresh fruit, breads, boiled eggs and jams. Such a beautiful spot that is a nice place to come back to relax after the chaos of the markets! Highly recommend staying here. One thing to note is our taxi that picked us up from the airport cannot drop you directly outside of the hotel, so they will guide you some of the way to the hotel but not all the way. We ended up getting lost and almost scammed from a guy trying to get money saying he'll take us to the hotel. The hotel sign is quite small so keep an eye out. Other than that, a perfect stay!

We were enthusiastically welcomed to this tranquil riad conveniently located in the middle of medina. Our room was traditionally appointed so made us feel like we were experiencing some true Moroccan culture. Our customary Moroccan breakfast was ample and delicious and eating on the rooftop terrace made it that much better. We walked through the winding alleys to all the major attraction. Also, we were a few minutes from the main pickup/dropoff area for tour operators. Plenty of shopping and restaurants were minutes away.

It seems the hotel has another property adjacent to it that is also a hotel, but there is no access to it from reception. We had to go to reception and ask them to open for us. And one morning, we were locked inside and couldn’t get out. We asked staff if we could go in and out 24/7, but one of them said no. He suggested the latest was 12am.

We really liked our stay here. Staff were helpful, area was good for shopping and eating. Free breakfast was really good. The only weird part was that we booked two of the same rooms—one for us and one for our friends. Their room was big and had a huge bed. Our room was actually two small rooms, one had a smaller bed and the other a single bed. I think this was a family room? Which was not what we booked or what we wanted but it was ok. Would have much preferred a nice big room with big bed like our friends.

Worst Moroccan hotel stay in 35 years.
I've lived in and regularly visited Morocco for 35 years, and this was my worst hotel stay there ever. First, both \"superior\" rooms we prepaid looked nothing like the pictures shown for that type of room, and the receptionist confirmed that the photos corresponded to much pricer rooms.
Secondly, I requested that my room not be disturbed or cleaned during our 2- night stay, yet it deliberately was, despite the fact that I did not leave my key during the day. Thirdly, items went missing after the room was cleaned.
Lastly, the advertised pool is actually only a small wading pool.

The staff could not do enough for you, nothing was a problem . The room was quiet and near the pool. additional facilities at the hotel, sundeck, food area and cafe.

The was such a lovely place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are wonderfully made up, with a lovely pool, terrace and courtyard areas. The staff were so attentive, helpful and welcoming. The area is so close to the square and all the nearby souks are easy to walk to and yet it wasn’t a noisy area at all. Would absolutely stay here again!

We arrived in Marrakech just 3 days after the earthquake and we had decided that if it was too unsafe, we would immediately cancel our booking and continue our break by train to Rabat or Fez instead.
We were made very welcome on arrival and we were reassured by the kindness, hospitality and openness of the staff, hotel Sherazade consists of two riads side by side. We were upgraded and placed in the 2nd riad, this building was very solid and in good structural condition so we felt very safe.
Hotel Sherazade is indeed an oasis, the rooms are very comfortable and simply furnished, the showers are hot and powerful. The rooms are kept cool with effective air conditioning.
Cleaning is continuous and to a high standard throughout the day
Breakfast is a simple but elegant affair on the rooftop with fresh delicious breads, fruit, eggs, and cakes, there is also plenty of tea and coffee.
We arrived with some concerns but at the end of 5 days we did not want to leave.
In Marrakech, life is quickly returning to normal, the news images on television exaggerate the degree of damage, it is reasonably easy to have a good vacation and stay safe by just using some judgment and common sense.
We look forward to returning next year.

La propreté des chambre est correct. L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder au zone touristique.
Le gros point négatif et le lit qui est aussi dure que le sol. Ainsi que pour accéder à la chambre très compliqué il faut monter 2 étage pour descendre un étage un peu plus loin. La piscine n’est pas propre.
