A great hotel but please get some AC.

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer;I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels;
Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it;While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion.

Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Was completely shocked when I arrived with my sister
I did not expect the hotel to be as nice. Loved the chilled out atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The staff on reception were lovely and nothing was too much they were very helpful. The room was stunning and I will definitely be returning in the future. The only thing that wasn’t great for us was the food, the breakfast was okay but we went down for dinner one night and there was not a lot of options on the menu so we went somewhere else. The pool looked lovely but again we didn’t use as it was overcrowded a lot of the time. For me and my sister this wasn’t a problem as we were out most of the time anyway.

There is no air conditioning at this hotel so our bedrooms were incredibly hot. When we first arrived the bedroom was 36 degrees and we were only given one fan between 3 people. Eventually managed to get one more, but still only had 2 fans between 3. No one slept.

Gorgeous gorgeous hotel with amazing ocean views. Large clean rooms - very modern and the comfiest beds (which actually made me oversleep a few times). Staff have customer service at heart and have a warm demeanour. We had the half board which was very affordable £480 for 5 nights for two people. Breakfast was yummy, lunch selection was a bit meh (had once - there’s room for improvement) and dinner was yummy also. This hotel is perfect for a nice break from the busyness of life. So happy with the stay. 4.5/5 ❤️🌊

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en avril en famille avec notre bébé à l’Atlantic holiday. Tout était parfait. Le cadre, la proximité de la plage (surveillée) , la vue mer sur l’île de la gomera, la terrasse du restaurant..
Cet hôtel est parfaitement adaptes aux familles avec de jeunes enfants, je recommande.
Une mention particulière au personnel de l’établissement pour leur gentillesse et leur flexibilité. Si nous devons revenir à Tenerife nous reviendrons séjourner dans cet hôtel sans hésiter. Merci pour ce séjour.

Lovely ocean view from our balcony. We stayed room only basis and the room itself was very clean and modern with a small kitchen area. Well equipped but lacked a microwave whick would have been handy. Staff were lovely and catered to our every need. Always pleasant and helpful. The area itself is quiet and peaceful so if your looking fir nightlife and entertainment this is not the place for you unless your willing to pay €15-€20 each way into town

A great hotel and I would certainly stay again

This is a really lovely hotel and I would certainly stay again. Rooms were bright, clean and modern with ours overlooking the pool. Really enjoyed the powerful shower could of benefited from air con but the fan reception provided was fine. Pool was a salt water one which I personally like.

Good hotel, could be better

Good hotel and well presented, local area is a bit too full of English bars but there are some local gems. Difficult to find vegitarian food, but still okay. Hotel were a bit inconsistent with information, we were told one thing regarding taxi's which wasn't true, then another about smoking by the pool which seemed to be on the mood of the bar man. Overall very nice. Quiet area, not too busy and a fantastic excursion office nearby. Good for couples, but children aren't enforced to stay in the kids pool which can be annoying.

A piece of quiet in calleo salveje

The hotel is immaculate and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Great views from the room and particularly the swimming pool. You could even see the sea whilst on the treadmill! Would highly recommend this hotel if you have children as the kids area is exceptional. Only downside to room no air conditioning but a fan was brought up when we asked at reception. Would go back!!

For the price paid this hotel was great.
Nice salt water pool, very friendly staff and good clean room.

We had a room facing the street, and as it was very warm we had to have windows open at night, we got a bit of noise some nights from the bar across the street - not the hotels fault at all but for two nights we had a party of drunken women screaming and shouting (British) till 2am and then 4am. but hard to sleep but the bar just seemed to wash their hands of dealing with them.

Only 5.20 euros (return) by bus to Los Cristianos (40 minutes) well worth a trip or two.

I booked a week and enjoyed a big apartment, with kitchen. There's a lovely salt water pool, terraces overlooking the sea and views of 2 other Canary Islands. Also bikes, jacuzzi, games and wifi. Nice restaurant and poolside bar with happy hour.

Stayed here with my friend. Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every second day with clean towels. Can't fault it. Only thing was we were bit far out from costa adeje main areas.we took local bus service everyday in to main towns We should have researched location. But overall I would recommend coming here if you need to chill, relax and enjoy the sun and cocktails.

Just an average 2star hotel

Old furniture in the apartment, really small and dark bathroom, no toiletries. Old and smelling towels. Poor breakfast, luckily we ate only un the last day. The pool however is big enough. The staff came to clean the rooms almost every day and they changed the towels and took the garbage from kitchen. There is a supermarket nearby. If you dont plan to spend too much time in the hotel, this can be a good option in terms of cost and location.

The hotel is lovely and in a quiet area called Calleo Salvaje. It is not in Costa Adeje as advertised. From Costa Adeje a taxi costs £12 to hotel. My apartment was very comfortable but did not have ocean view as advertised.Most of the rooms do have ocean view but not all. Rooms are serviced on alternate days.
I enjoyed the quiet area this hotel is located in as it allowed me best of both worlds. Bus service to los giagantes and los Christians runs roughly every 40 mins and takes around 20 mins to arrive at. Busy beach resorts.
The hotel itself has good facilities and an extremely good restaurant. The staff are very good too and speak several languages. There is also access to several small shops and some very nice restaurants and a small supermarket.

A fabulous hotel with friendly staff

We booked this hotel based on the review and it did not disappoint. The hotel was well located by the sea with lovely views and the great pool. There were always sun loungers available, even at the weekend which was the busiest time, with no need to get to the pool early.
The rooms were clean and well decorated with comfortable beds (including the pull out sofa bed). Cleaners came in most days but were very considerate to ensure they cleaned at a convenient time. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but do not get unbearably hot due to the sea breeze. Even so the hotel staff located a fan for my other half who likes to stay cool!
The kitchen was well-equipped for easy meals and the location of the hotel meant that there were numerous supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

Big room, clean. Kitchen is perfect as well, however pan is terrible. Hotel could change kitchen pan to teflon pan. Because you cannot fry even egg in it, because it always burns.Thats because it made from metal, with no additional cover on it.I also would recommend to put in the room dishes clean soap and a sponge. However we got the room with the sea view balcony, so the view was fantastic. Well and its kind of noisy because waves brakes into rocks.I dont know whats wrong with the water in this area, but the water quality in this hotel is really bad.You cannot wash soap from your hands. So please not even try to drink tap water. I also spot in the bathroom cockroach and some small ants.This is really not good, because i never saw a cockroach even in 2 stars hotel, even in hotels which windows facing streets.I was suprised because hotel looked really clean.

Had a lovely week at this hotel. Huge spotlessly clean room with very well equipped kitchen. This is a lovely quiet area well away from the action of Las Americas but only a bus ride away if you need it. There are plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants nearby including the hotels own very stylish dining room. If you like to fall asleep to the sound of waves this is the place for you.

Well run hotel although no bar area to socialise in during the evening. The only bars are attached to the restaurant and pool. The one problem we experienced was the noise from the bar opposite our room. Shouts continuing till 3 in the morning, then early morning rubbish collection! If the room had air conditioning we could have closed the windows and eradicated the problem. This wouldn't have been an issue with pool or sea view rooms. An oven or microwave would have been useful for self catering.

We were amazed by the views from the hotel on the seaside, room was nicely decorated and furnished, kitchen equipment was basic but has everything you may need. So really good stay.

We also enjoyed the breakfast which was very good value with children eating free.

Had a wonderful time. The views from our room on the front side overlooking the sea and the beach was
fabulous. Sun on balcony from 9.30am until 4pm. everything handy. Little bars with friendly staff. Good restaurants and little supermarkets. The sun shone almost the full week which was a bonus. We took the service bus to Los Christianos which took 1 hour as it went up and down and around all the little areas, but it was fine.

I think if you get good weather then there is no where else I would rather be. I don't know what we would have done if it had rained all week only visited all the bars and restaurants.

All the locals are superb and so friendly and make you feel very welcome.

Maybe a microwave would be handy in the apartment. On the first night we bought a pizza from supermarket to have a quick bite before going to bar. Realised that we only had hotplate so couldn't cook it. Took the frozen pizza to reception to give it away and the receptionists gave it to the chef who cooked it and rang for us to collect. It was really kind and fantastic service. How good is that.
Would definitely go back. Loved every minute.
Great pool area overlooking the sea and nice pool bar serving good snacks.

Brilliant Stay at Atlantic holiday Centre

Hotel was clean and well presented. The rooms are the best I have had in any Spanish Resort, however pay for a sea view room, the views are stunning, as the others face the road and bars. Its a quiet resort with a small but very well presented beach and this hotel is right at the end over looking it and the Atlantic sea and not smack bang in the centre of a concrete jungle. The hotel is Danish run which probably explains the high standard but everyone speaks English so don't let that put you off. My only small gripe is the beds are hard...well for me anyway, and I didn't sleep well on them and a double bed is 2 singles pushed together and not held together very well. I would definitely go back tho. Red Lion pub is very friendly and helpful and nearby...and lots of lovely resturants...visit Terraza El Jable for quality Authentic Canarian food which wont break the bank and is massive portions. Enjoy

Great Hotel and Staff, quite location.

Atlantic Holiday Centre was great, all you need for a relaxing holiday. Room was well equipment, well maintained and very comfortable. Sea view was great, even saw Dolphins. Staff spoke excellent English as well as many other languages and really helpful. Restaurant nice with entertainment. Local area has everything, is clean and well kept. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and reasonably priced. Would recommend to hire a car - although the bus route was regular and reliable. Maybe a bit quite for youngsters if you are staying 2 or more weeks (depends on who is in the hotel with you). Would definitely return.

Great Apartment Hotel

Excellent Apartment Hotel, we found it very clean and staff extremely helpful. The rooms we had ( 1 bedroom sea view) were superb, spacious and well equipped and the view is to die for, its fabulous, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera.
If you like the hustle and bustle of Las Americas this may be too far out for you as it is in Callao Salveja which is about 20 mins bus ride .
We loved it , will definitely be back

We stayed in four different hotels during our five day stay in Tenerife and this was the best by a long way. The hotel was in excellent condition, our room was modern, clean and very large. We felt like we were staying in a hotel in London. Breakfast was excellent, with great views over the sea. In the evening we walked around Callao Salvaje and chose in the end the hotels restaurant an had a great meal. It was excellently cooked and the surroundings out on the very large terrace were idyllic. Top marks for a classy and incredibly cheap stay at this hotel.

Almost everything is great

This hotel is located in the south-west part of Tenerife, exactly besides the oceas, and provides small apartments to the costumer. It was exactly what we were looking for; calm, very cheap, with nice neighborhood, restaurants with good prices, and supermarkets where you could buy all your needs with a reasonable price. We had an ocean view which was fantastic. The only problem is that it does not have any air-conditioning so it may be very warm during the day especially during the summer.

Quality and service are not 4 star worth. We had mixed feeling about this hotel and would not come back nor would we recommend it to others.

Negative: all inclusive is not worth it, very poor choice of drinks, cocktails, coffee, beer and wine come from machines and taste awful. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Hotel does not offer any night entertainment except guitar music at dinner 3 times a week. Staff is not polite and seem not to care for their job or customers. Pool towels have to be rented and paid for, which is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Hotel did not consider that we had honeymoon and my wife had a birthday, but they just didn’t care. Snack bar for all inclusive is very poor choice. Overall, bad experience.

Struttura che dà direttamente sull’oceano tenuta molto bene, cosa negativa all inclusive a pranzo pochissima scelta e sempre lo stesso menu facendo 12 giorni dopo tre giorni ti stufi a mangiare le stesse cose anche a pranzo e cena non tantissima scelta , per quanto riguarda i bere anche lì 5 cocktail molto scadenti e sembravano privi di alcol li facevano tramite un distributore

Un séjour dans cet hôtel qui propose des conditions exceptionnelles pour agrémenter les vacances tranquilles en couple. Appartement avec balcon et vue mer. La solution all in vraiment intéressante si vous ne pensez pas cuisiner dans la kitchenette. Buffet varié et de très bonne facture.
Belle piscine et à côté de la plage. Parking (car il vaut mieux la voiture pour profiter de Ténérife). Personnel sympa, serviable et efficace.
Bon wifi partout et qualité du lit irréprochable dans appartement spacieux et fonctionnel.
Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel bien managé.

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich alt und abgewohnt aber sauber. Entgegen der Bilder des Hotels hatte man (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) keinen Meerblick vom Bett aus, da das Bett hinter einen halbhohen Mauer war.
Die Zimmertüren waren aus dünnem Holz und ohne jegliche Dichtung - dementsprechend war auch die Schallisolierung.
Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Das war ok, aber auch nicht mehr.
In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants bei denen man gut Essen kann.

We had mixed feelings about our stay. It was okay for all inclusive, the hotel has nice territory with great rocky views, but it's located far from sandy beaches. Daily cleaning is a plus, food was average - the choice is limited for 10 days, we didn't finish our food a few times (meat not fresh/cakes still frozen, too much salt, etc.) Cleanliness is not perfect. Some staff were extremely friendly and helpful, others were the opposite. We loved a stay at a different place last year, therefore, will not recommend this one.

Súper buen hotel. Las vistas que teníamos desde nuestra habitación eran muy bonitas, daban a la playa. Lo malo es que no pudimos coger el todo incluido. Lo bueno es que teníamos una cocina bastante bien equipada, si quieres microondas puedes pedirlo sin coste. Hasta había jabón para fregar los platos. El personal del hotel súper amable y atento. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. Lo único malo creo yo es que la piscina estaba muy salada, más que el mar. Pero volveremos sin dudar

Alles in allem wunderbar, außer …

Das Hotel liegt perfekt an den Klippen und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Personal ist auch total freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zwei Mängel haben wir allerdings. In unserem Zimmer waren Ameisen und wir konnten in kein anderes ziehen, es wurde uns aber dann mit insektenspray geholfen und dann hatten wir auch tatsächlich Ruhe.
Zweite Kritikpunkt ist „all inklusive“. Also wenn ich diese Option buche, gehe ich davon aus, dass ich mir nicht aus einer Handvoll Gerichten etwas aussuchen MUSS. Wir konnten auch nicht alles trinken, sondern es gab eine extra all inklusive Getränkekarte wo zb Cocktail mäßig Tequila sunrise drin war, Sex on the Beach aber zb nicht. Also das fand ich dann doch sehr schlecht. Beim Frühstück waren die Softgetränke sogar nicht verfügbar, für Gäste die keine warmgetränke oder keinen Saft mögen auch nicht vorteilhaft.
Da ist auf jedenfall noch Luft nach oben.

Our family room was horribly dirty upon arrival (first hotel we visited where black curly hair was visibly on display on the sink top, not only in the shower, but also there- arghhh, si disgusting), the bathroom - old, obsolete and dirty - but also the bed sheets (feces stains and again black hair - none of us has dark hair). Just incredible. This is NOT a 4 stars!!! Even in a 3 stars you have more decent conditions. We were allocated (booking done long in advance) a “family” room (where the age of our toddler was mentioned) facing the restaurants and bars, with noise and parties going on day and night. We spoke with hotel manager explaining it was impossible to stay there with a small child who needs rest and offered to pay even double for a room change - room facing the other side, the ocean. The hotel manager got irritated, telling us we booked a “cheap” room and talked to us in a very disrespectful and rude way. We left the hotel the next day (even if paid in advance for full week) as it was unbearable, just disgusting. This is not a hotel for families (size of pool for “children” doesn’t even fit 4 or 5 kids). There are many wonderful hotels in that area, we went to H10 Atlantic Sunset which was magnificent and wonderful services, kids friendly.

L'hôtel est retiré de la foule et offre une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan atlantique. Les petits dej extra et le repas du soir super ,nous avions le choix entre plusieurs plats servis par le personnel nous avons pu goûter pleins de spécialités canariennes. Le personnel adorable et les chambres spacieuses.
Le seul bémol reste le manque de clim dans les chambres, nous avions un ventilateur mais avec une prise cassée, nous l'avions mentionné à l'accueil le premier jour mais malheureusement celui ci n'a pas été changé. En tous cas reviendrons avec plaisir si nous choisissons de revenir une 4eme fois à Ténérife.

Tolle Aussicht

Mietwagen ein must have, tolle Aussicht, nettes Frühstücks- und Rezeptionspersonal. Auch die Reinigungscrew war freundlich. Einzig der Restaurantchef von Donnerstag Abend dürfte auch mal lächeln und etwas zuvorkommender werden. Pool-liegen werden ab 7:30uhr mit Handtüchern den ganzen Tag belegt. Absolutes no go. Hiergegen sollte was unternommen werden. Geräumige Zimmer. Meerblick zwingend mit zu buchen...Aussicht ist fabelhaft. Schirme müssen bezahlt werden. Das finde ich für ein Hotel nicht angemessen.
