I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and functional and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast!

Terrible experience here never again

We asked for a higher floor which was available but gave us the ground floor.
There was actual dried in vommit on the sofa bed .
There is no wifi in the rooms only at reception area which was no use to us .
The room advertised was not the room we got thats why we picked yhe place.
Staff were not interested in helping us so we made complaint to hotel.com but blue sea reception would refuse to speak to them . So we left a day early and as i handed over the room key at 4pm they said oh we were going to move you to better room but that felt more like they were just trying to be nice because other guests standing at reception . And the food was terrible

Overall the place looks pretty and clean. First second in the room saw a cockroach, named him george, squirmed for an hour but never saw him again. Reception looks so pretty like a 5 star place but thats where it stays. I would give the place 3 stars. Furniture is very old. Food and drinks are basic butive stayed in worse

Amazing

Amazing family stay at this hotel. For 3 stars it provides excellent facilities and staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Great ocean view from bar and restaurant and happened to be in our room aswell. 9 minute walk from nearest beach and even closer for excursions pick up point. Food was up to par for the price and overall definitely recommend. We'll be coming back

What I like is we had a good view from the window. They only cleaned our room once the entire week and we had no bath soap so we had to go to the store to get some. We even asked them to fill the bath soap but they didnt.

Ready to soak up some Tenerife sunshine while brushing up on your Spanish? This hotel is the place! The staff are incredibly friendly and even appreciated my enthusiastic attempts to practice Spanish. \"Puedes llamarme un taxi?\" was met with smiles and a taxi 5 minutes later.

The apartments are spacious, with balconies large enough to throw a small party. The bathroom facilities were unexpectedly modern, and the shower was wonderfully powerful.

Now, about the ceiling fan—a little underwhelming, spinning slower than a curious turtle. So keep a handy fan close by if you tend to run hot. And don’t be surprised if you find yourself doing a bit of floor sweeping upon arrival. Socks beware!

Parking out front requires some moderate skills in zen, but if you're willing to take a stroll through a neighboring lot (hello, exercise), the street behind is a good bet.

The all-inclusive dining offers a decent variety. The meats and perfectly seasoned fish were my personal favorites, with plenty of salad and rice options.

Drink portions follow the mantra that good things come in small packages. Thankfully, meal times (including breakfast if you’re so inclined) offer self-service beer and wine, a lovely touch for all the thirsty travelers.

All in all, despite a bit of amateur housekeeping needed upon arrival, this place charmed me to plan another stay. It's excellent value, close to Adeje for a night out (€18 taxi) and is in a nice quiet town.
Will be staying again :)

-Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers.

-Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced.

-No air conditioning

-I wouldn’t recommend going all inclusive definitely not worth the money! Breakfast, lunch and dinner was shocking! We only had dinner one evening out the 6 we was there!

- Limited to alcohol even when you’re all inclusive, they never make you aware when booking that you have to pay for branded beer or sprites.

-Stated evening entertainment but there was none! NOT even allowed to laugh on your balcony after 11pm other wise they threaten you with the police! Lost count how many times the security guy threatened us! They was even shining there touches through our window in the evening because we was having fun laughing with friends in our own room not bothering anyone!

- we didn’t feel comfortable with the cleaners coming into our room everyday due to past bad experience so put ‘DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door but the cleaners still entered our room!

Remarkably great value for money. The interior decor of the apartment needed considerably updated.
The Hotel had 3 pools and you could access sun beds quite easily. Initially, it was difficult to navigate the Hotel but once you got used to it it was OK.
I have read criticism of the food, but I considered it to be very good. The food was varied and plenty and there was always the possibility of getting nutritious and health food at all times. The Hotel is a very good 3* overall. Transport, local buses were frequent and within 250 Metres of reception. The AI was limited to local drinks, but you could always find an option. I enjoyed my holiday. I would recommend it to people with a budget. Anybody who finds it necessary to complain about what you get for your money should put their hands in their pockets and upgrade to 4, or 5* and there are plenty of those options close by and in other resorts.

The hotel was absolutely fine for our short stay beds comfort but shower got cold after third person showered! Food ok basic but plenty there drinks were all good!
Some of the guests were slightly disrespectful of others playing their own loud music around the pool not necessary! But overall really enjoyed our stay!

Overall experience was satisfactory enough the staff I interacted with were pleasant, language was not too much of a problem. The room and Hotel overall clean, only two minor gripes: No air con in the rooms & as property was on the side of a hill the walk down to the restaurant and pools was fine, however walking back up to where room was not the easiest.

Staff were brilliant especially Migel (reception) Alexandra (dining) Jorge, Luis and David (bar) and Coco (entertainer) only 2 bad points, food at the hotel is of a poor quality and WIFI is very intermittent. All in all for what you pay you cant go wrong here. We will be going back towards the end of the year.

The sofa was so old when I went to get up of it I landed on the floor as the end fell of it the curtains had tears in them and hung by a thread at the top

Stayed here several times, always value for money. Breakfast only so not sure what all inclusive is like. Bit of a walk down hill to beach/bars, but not something that bothers us. Will stay again because we like the area which is quite. Handy for bus though to get up and down the coast.

property i was in was very large but can't say how a lot of things worked or helped as i didn't use them no use for a kitchen as i was all inclusive but had i known prior i would of taken a jar of coffee ( i do hate egg cups of coffee) i think they could take advantage of the lull and close areas down to revamp

Spacious apartment nearby to the beach

The apartment was nice and spacious. It was cleaned every 2 days so cannot fault the cleanliness. The rooms could do with air conditioning as even with the windows open it’s extrneket hot and sometimes uncomfortable due to the heat. This is an ideal place to stay if your looking for somewhere basic that’s clean and by the beach. Reasonably priced and in a very good location - only a 5 minute walk from the cafes, restaraunts, pubs and shops

Close enough to all amenities

The hotel is very tired , the outside areas were really nice and obviously looked after with some pride.
However the rooms ar3 in dire need of a lick of paint. Cleanliness is also lacking . There were staines and brown splash marks all round the toilet when I arrived and they were still there when I left , this was after I had reported it twice at reception .
Maid service every other day was acceptable but was very slap dash in the way she cleaned.
The food was always cold and not much variety during the week.

We was there 5 days not once did they do houae keeping even thought ir clearly stated in reception housekeeping is every other day

Made us wait 6 hours to check in considering we had no sleep ans they knew this.

Hotel staff where no help in regards to the local amenities almost oblivious to the 5 mins walk to the strip.

Food was disgusting so bring enough money ro eat out.

Room had bugs every where and bloody German neighbours who kept complaining about day time music playing.

So yh avoid

Nice hotel but very tired and dated.

Stayed here for a week with a friend. First room we had was really dirty so asked for another. Were moved and this one was better. But still very dated and old. Furniture and curtains were musty smelling. Lots of stairs and steep hills to walk to get to dining room and pool bar. Dining room chairs needed updating and also the sunbeds. Not enough parasols either. The whole hotel needs an upgrade.

Hotel in the wilderness

Arrived at hotel after long plane journey through having to be diverted to Gran Canaria owing to Tenerife airport bring closed for a while. Checked in then given a map of where to find our room. Took over half an hour to find it through poor signage. What it doesn't tell you when you look to book here is that it is NOT SUITABLE for anyone with walking difficulties (which I have) and definitely not for anyone in a wheelchair as there are steps to everything - the bar, the pools and the restaurant.
On the plus side, the pools are great but again not enough sun beds ot umbrellas and Daniel who was in charge of entertainment but superb.
Definitely wouldn't go there again. No beach and no shops to speak of.

Awful hotel never again

I didn't like my stay at this hotel atall. There was a cockroach in the original room and it smelt really bad, we asked for another room and we got another room it still had a cockroach. We paid for wifi in our room which didn't work and didn't get our money back. The breakfast wasn't we tried it once out of our whole stay. I stayed here for my birthday and I wasn't happy with the stay atall I won't be coming here again.

I stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of May. I had a mini one bedroom apartment, included a kitchen with cookwear, a small den, bedroom, bathroom and veranda. Only poor experience I had was with the toilet, as it would not flush. I brought it to receptions attention and it was promptly fixed.

As for location, the town this hotel is in is quite small, and not a lot going on. There a few decent restaurants around, and a small beach about ten minutes away. It is not very far from Las Americas and Los Christianos if you have a car.. and public transit comes by quite frequently.

As I was travelling solo (25), I found that this was not a great place to meet people. The majority of the guests were retirees or young families. The breakfast included in my stay was not bad, it's done buffet style, and there was a fair variety. I did not eat lunch or dinner there, so I can't comment. There are a couple of pools, plenty of chairs, a bar, and some sporting facilities.

Overall, I would say its a cheap place to stay, and you get pretty good value for your money, but you would be better off spending your days somewhere a bit more exciting.

cheap and cheerful

this hotel is a bit dated but the rooms were large enough and had everything you need in them theres lots of steps to go up and down and its very hilly around the area.we were all inclusive this was the usual spanish 3star a.i but there was not a great deal of choice no kids menu,san miguel beer and wine on tap that you help yourself too although its served in really small plastic cups.personally i woudnt go back here but the holiday was ok .

Not really a hotel but a series of apartments

Main isues here are lack of care! Could easily fix things such as decor.. plaster falling off outside.. replacing broken light bulbs inside.. and making them all the same! Awful smell from warbrobes etc. Check every apartment as they are cleaned at changeover!!
It is a hilly site but not unmanagable if you are reasonably fit!
Breakfast ok didnt try the other meals.
Biggest problem is the pool bar which believes it is a night club and plays music loud all day from 10am until 7pm making it impossible to have a peaceful sunbathe on your balcony or by the pool! Dreadful!!

The hotel is in a nice setting and could be amazing, but it lacks care, attention and maintenance.
Just a lick of paint, clean the balconies, create an atmosphere in the restaurant and maybe find an entertainments team?

We arrived after 6pm and it was dark, the walk ways down the side of the hotel buildings have lights down them but non of them were switched on/worked during our stay. Had to use the touches on our mobile phones to see the way.
Place needs a white wash, the paintwork as pretty dirty, flaky and stained.
The coffee and tea machines are on for Breakfast, but are switched off for other meals? Can't I have a coffee on all inclusive after my evening meal. Apparently not?

The restaurant is disappointing with regards to the atmosphere, just some background music would be nice. It is like being back at school. Come in, get fed and leave please. The foods itself was hit and miss, some nights it was not too bad, some nights awful.

Entertainment/Bar - There is a disconnect between the staff at the bar and entertainments staff and the holiday makers? No connection. I think it is a ploy to not stay and use the All Inclusive package. Most nights we went down the road to a sports bar to watch the football.
I just wasn't into Spanish mini quizzes and Bingo.
When 11pm comes, they are at the ready with locking the doors and turning off the lights. Place then dies in darkness.

Such a shame as the hotel layout and views are pretty good, they have gone budget. Good luck.

Sunset & stars visit to Teide well worth while. For dinner waiters come round with lots more than is put on display initially. All very tasty.
Hire a car and visit Masca. Incredible scenery but if you don't like heights take a toilet roll and a driver who does. 2nd gear gets overworked.

The reception area and swimming pools are lovely. The resort is full of steep steps, so don't go there if you are not very fit. The rooms need some up-grading. We were on half board, and pleased we were as the only couple of times we went into the restaurant the food was barely warm.

They couldn't print off our return boarding passes and so had to download the Ryan Air App. There is an internet café at the bottom of the hill but an adjoining shop said it was only open on Monday morning

The fact that it had 3 pools and was close to the beach and a bus stop were the only positive points! don't underestimate the importance of a nice cold drink when your on holiday! the food was terrible. the drinks were watered down and nasty. AND even though we booked as half board we couldn't even get a drink with our meal. they tried to charge us 1.60 euros for a little plastic cup of squash. We were a couple and couldn't even get a double bed. best we could do was push two single beds together. overall, disappointed.

Food was inedible. Rooms full of ants & smelt damp. TV is operated by inserting 1 Euro coins !!!! All drinks from the bar (closes @ 11pm) served in small plastic cups ! Entertainment was BINGO. Felt like a prisoner of war. Aye out every night even though we was on all inclusive. Never EVER again !!!!

Very nice location. Wifi is free only in reception lobby and if there are more than 5 people it doesn't work. You can purchase wifi for your room for 5 EUR a day but it may not work either and hotel staff is not interested in resolving internet issues. TV is 1 EUR an hour and also works only occasionally.
However the sunset views every evening from our balcony were amazing!

Good base to explore Island

The apartment we had was clean, had everything we needed and had a lovely sea view. The hotel has 3 nice pool areas and plenty of sunbeds. The location of the hotel was good for us, in a pleasant quiet resort, not lots to do though if you are looking for something a bit more lively. We didn't take advantage of the all-inclusive, the food didn't look great, and there are nice restaurants in the resort. With a car the hotel is a great spot for exploring the rest of the beautiful island of Tenerife.

Great stay with no complaints. Having used three other hotels locally this is my preferred venue. Rooms cleverly situated so there is little or no overlooking. Friendly and helpful staff. The all inclusive option represented very good value to me. Based on the complex's location on a hill side one must give careful consideration when visiting with anybody using a wheelchair or pushchair.

Just dont go!

Our room was falling apart, the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in . We both struggled with our backs the next day. Resturant was hot n manic free for all. Hotel is on a really steep hill with killer walk from one end to the other. You need to get taxi or bus to go to beach or shops as just a handful of shops n restaurants near by.

You get what you pay for

First holiday away with my boyfriend so we did enjoy the time together and the weather was perfect, however, you get what you pay for! the hotel does need done up, the paint is peeling and there is a smell of drains in certain parts, the rooms have no air con therefore they are sweltering! we were greeted by ants as we were on the bottom floor so that wasn't pleasant! I didn't get my 15 euro 'DEPOSIT' back for the safe as on the last day they claimed this was a payment not a deposit! was sent away from lunch for wearing a bikini and a long t shirt an was told to put shorts on! yet there was other women wearing just t shirts shorter than mine!! no where specified shorts had too be worn, felt mortified!! only enjoyed the weather and time away!

Large apartment in need of a make over

Our apartment was large and well equipped. The hotel has three swimming pools although the one nearest the restaurant plays loud music constantly! The grounds of the hotel are lovely but the outside of the apartments are in need of repair and whilst the rooms were cleaned every 2 days they still had a feel of being grubby and needing a major makeover. Having said that the weather was fantastic and Calleao has a small but decent selection of restaurants. The beach in Calleao is gravelly and dark but it was very easy to catch the bus to nicer beaches further down the coast.

Pros: quiet location, lots of free parking around, good collection of cooking utensils, fridge/ freezer
Cons: EURO 5/ day for internet and only one device can be connected at a time(really??), very weak wifi signals, 1 EURO/ hour for TV (seriously??), bath tub was broken, strange smell in the bathroom, absolutely no toiletries except 2 small bars of soap (not replaced during our 3 night stay), no tea/ coffee, no microwave, took ages for the staff to replenish the empty trays during breakfast and sometimes they just didn't.

Definitely not recommended by us!

Pretty good for the price

OK, so this was always going to be a cheap break, so don't take the 3*s as an indication that it was rubbish. for the price it was pretty good, but it was a little bit of a tatty hotel - albeit perfectly clean - which is in need of s little renovation. On the plus point, the room had a great view of the pool and the sea and it was in fact an apartment - complete with self-catering equipment, although we were checked in as B&B only. There is an option of upgrading to All-Inc. if you want to for €18 pp/pn, but breakfast didn't blow me away enough to warrant the extra spend. It was fine, but not amazing. As the local resraurants were superb, we opted to eat out. Sorprese is the best, but the Albatros is good also. All in all fine, but nothing more than a cheap hotel with a nice view.

Lovely Callao Garden

It was a lovely hotel with lots of pools. The apartments were nice and big with fully fitted kitchens and all the pots and pans to go with it. We stayed all inclusive and the food was sometimes good and mostly okay. A few nice bits of Spanish food but a lot of the same thing over and over. It needs a bit more variety. We enjoyed our time and would not go back again, just because there are many other hotels to try out.

It is not a good resort for elder people!
Lots of satires, not enough lights. Staffmember don't help you with carriing the luguage to the room!
With a lot of rain the water was coming in true the front door!
The water in the swimmingpool was very cold

Nice apartment, okay food, some rude staff!

Overall the hotel is good - facilities are maintained well and parking is plenty and free. You'll be pleased with the size of apartment for the money. Just one cockroach in the place which i guess isnt bad.
It did though take 2 days for the staff to get a cot to us and they claim they didnt know in advance despite me writing very clearly in the extra comments during online booking a month before we went.
The food was fairly wide choice each day but quite cheap quality on things like meat and cheese which really could have been avoided. Also, having to pay to watch TV on a meter - really - in this day and age? come on.

Nice hotel,lots of trees and flowers on the territ

We liked our stay. Like all the reviews state is is overall an OK hotel. Rooms are OK, we really liked the balcony. The facilities are pretty old, and you can feel it. Though the style how it's made and the trees and flowers are very nice.

Lovely hotel with freezing cold pool !!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, The room was ok and it had everything you needed. It's was very funny to find a TV that you had to pay €1 and hour to watch in the rooms
The major let down tho was the pool as its was very cold and harly used because of the temperature, this would be the only resion why I wouldent want to go there again

Nice cozy hotel

This was our second stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, we could not get same rooms that we stayed in during our first stay there.

Overall hotel is a good choice if you have a car. Few small down-sides are room services (cleaning) can be improved and soaps were not replenished during our 10 day stay.

33 euro to hire safe was very expensive for 2 weeks stay.the 60 euro deposit should be informed to guests before booking.some people are on a strict budget and 60 euro might be difference of staying indoors for a night or 2.paying 1 euro an hour in this day and age is robbery for tv if u have kids who watch it in the morn for a couple hours.if you do the maths for 14 days it can amount to a tidy sum.the hotel itself was ok though i was glad i had a hired car because older people wit possibly heart probs would find the hill climb to the place each day challenging.clean ,choice of 3 pools,nice gardens/plants.overall ok but would not go there again.

in general it was fine, spacious rooms, 3 swimming pools, green area but we found a cockroach in the kitchen the first day we arrived. :(

Quiet, family friendly hotel

This hotel is in a quiet area so you really need a car if you want to do more than sit by the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean, but quite basic. Beware small ants, put things like sugar & sweets in the fridge to protect it. The pool areas are nice with decent pools and a childrens pool. Most foreign TV channels are coin operated. Very good value apartments.

Although I liked the resort itself, we had problems with our toliet leaking out the bottom and they didn't seem to know how to fix it, so we just had to live with it. Otherwise, the apartmetn was really clean. The local bus service was not very reliable, so we had to take a taxi everywhere. The entertainment was not that great, the microphone was too loud, so if you want to get to sleep before 1:00am...take some earplugs. Just below our resort, there quite a few little grocery stores and restaurants, almost all of them speak english. And there are 2 internet places that are quite cheap too. Siam park was great, but go during the week. Loro Parque was amazing, definately worth the trip. We had a lot of problems with our twin ticket (they don't pick up from this hotel when using the twin ticket). We also went to the Medievil dinner which was really great as well. If all you want to do is lay by the pool and drink...then it is a great resort....if you like to get out and do stuff it's a bit more of a hassle. If you want to watch tv in your apartment, it's 1 euro per hr, the only english channels are BBC World News and CNN. There is no microwave as stated and their version of \"fitness equipment\" is tennis/squash raquets (there is no gym) . I was ready to go home after a week. We didn't have a bad time, but we didn't have a great time either.

Die Zimmer sind definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Und auch die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Und zwei Zimmern hatten wir kleinere Tierchen in der Küche, da wir diese nicht genutzt haben war das nicht ganz so schlimm.
Auch war es schwer zum Frühstück oder Abendessen einen Tisch für sechs Personen zu finden.

Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Und das Essen gut. Die Snacks zwischen Frühstück und Mittagessen bzw. Abendessen sind einfach und nicht abwechslungsreich, aber ausreichend.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dem Hotel und würden es definitiv erneut buchen.

Góðan dag, veit ekki hvort ég las auglýsinguna ekki nógu vel, en hótelið er í brattri brekku og engin lyfta svo það er ekki auðvelt fyrir aldraða að komast úr efsta húsi niður í matsal í neðsta húsi það eru 105 þrep, eins og í 5 til 6 hæða húsi, íbúðin okkar var í lakari kantinum, hurð á baðherbergi að detta í sundur vegna vatnsskemda eins vatnsskemdir í eldhúsinnréttingu, vatnskassi á klósetti lak en var eitthvað lagaður eftir kvörtun, rúmin of hörð fyrir okkar skrokka, en stór plús að það voru bara nokkrir metrar í sundlaugina sem var næst okkur og notalegt að liggja þar, en mætti endurnýja bekkina oftar margir orðnir ansi lúnir, en annars bara ljúft

Le camere sono decisamente da ristrutturare, per un breve soggiorno va benissimo. L'acqua della piscina sarebbe da riscaldare. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ci sarebbe da ampliare selezione di dolci al mattino e magari mettere delle torte o qualcosa senza pan di spagna e panna che dopo due giorni diventa insopportabile. Il personale è molto gentile. Mi piace la gestione dei bicchieri con la cauzione che evita che vengano abbandonati per tutta la struttura. Nel complesso mi è piaciuto.

Leider war die Unterkunft sehr schlecht. Auch für ein 3SterneHotel kann man Sauberkeit und intakte Zimmer erwarten. Die Außentoiletten sowie auch die gesamte Anlage sind mehr als renovierungsbedürftig!!! Das Zimmer war groß, aber definitiv Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal war nicht hilfbereit. Das Essen war einfach schlecht! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter. Ich bin Travelexperte und Reisebüroinhaber und bin maßlos enttäuscht. Das Management war einfach unfähig die Probleme zu beheben.

Points négatifs : les logements pourraient être remis un peu à neuf , pas de climatisation, douche ancienne dans la baignoire , petite salle de bain , matelas dur ou l’on sent trop les ressorts , petit oreiller
