Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding.
Pool areas are lovely and well maintained.
Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms.

We had our first family holiday with our little one here. By far the best part of this hotel is it's people - everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful with special shoutouts to Chyntia in the restaurant (who always kindly washed bubba's bib for us), Enrique at the Pool restaurant with his amazing sense of humour and Adonis at the pool bar. There are many others I'd like to shout out but can't remember names! The pools are lovely and the evening band / singer entertainment was always great. We went all inclusive - there were some times (e.g. 5.30-6.00) when we couldn't get food which made it harder with feeding bubba (although this could be because we are out of season) but otherwise the food was always nice and there was a good variety. The views are lovely and the rooms are clean and well presented. The cleaning staff are also incredibly helpful and efficient. We had a lovely time here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short break. There were both positives and areas for improvement. The pool area was lovely—large, clean, and inviting—though the loungers lacked padding, which didn’t quite match the five-star expectation.
The room was modern and well-maintained, but the mattress was old and caused discomfort. Even after changing rooms, the bed wasn’t much better, and I relied on a pullout bed. If the bedding situation is improved, I would stay again, as the rest of the experience has great potential.

3rd stay and the hotel is still in excellent condition - lovely spacious rooms, drinks quality is unbeatable especially compared to other all inclusive. However the à la carte dining options had changed (condensed into one restaurant) and the food quality was significantly worse in the sports bar and Asian fusion. Buffet remained excellent.

Another fabulous stay here with the wife. We love the location, the vibe and general feeling of space around the site. Depending on how we get on at the airport heading home (very slow on arrival with the new electronic security checks) i’m sure we’ll be ‘rocking’ back up here again soon…

Pools and pool areas were well maintained with good vibes. Loved the roof top bar but very windy shame it isn’t open during the day.

I was in standard room, which really needed to be updated even with the standard hard rock theme. It really did feel like i stepped back in time to the 80’s This room seemed outdated.

The Food in all the restaurants was very average, breakfast seemed to have a wide choice. As a solo traveller every time i got up to get to fetch coffee, water or something my table was cleared away staff ready to seat the next group or family. This gave the impression this hotel is not set up for solo guests

over all staff were friendly and helpful.

The amazing breakfast buffet and the magnificent view from our room on the 15th floor were definite highlights. Rooms are small, but bed was comfortable and furnishings modern and upbeat. Loved the evening concert in the lobby! Excellent location for strolling around shops and restaurants or even taking a swim in the ocean after swimming in one of the three Hard Rock pools. You’ll want to share these one-of-a-kind photos!

Had a fabulous stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt five-star. The welcome was warm and efficient, and the vibe of the hotel is just incredible, stylish, vibrant, and full of personality.

Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the balcony views were stunning, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset drink. The pool areas are absolutely amazing.

Breakfast was another highlight, such a huge variety and everything fresh and delicious.

Resort, staff, and breakfast buffet were great, only complaint is the lack of music. We were hoping for a more lively atmosphere. There was an amazing rooftop bar but we arrived after watching the lobby band. When we arrived (a little after 11) the DJ was packing up and the bar was closing. Lobby band performed from around 8:30-11. That was the extent of the live music option. More Soft Rock Hotel than Hard Rock

A good hotel with wide appeal catering to the mass market. Music is everywhere and we sometimes wanted a few quiet moments but tinny rock is even piped into the lifts and comes on part way through the ride up or down. Each evening we were advised to have breakfast between 7-30-8:30 as the here was very busy. And during 1st week Feb 2026 a building site sprang up on the land opposite so the diggers and drills were competing with the music the whole week. Lacked the personal service and little touches we are used to. Towels were removed from room and not replaced in evening more than once. Having said that we had a room with a sea view and the sunshine we hoped for. Would not go back here but Tenerife is a good place for winter sun

We had an Amplified Studio Suite with hot tub on the terrace in February.

Huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed, walk in couples shower room, hydro bath, separate sitting area. Then the terrace; 2 deep filled mattress sun beds and a hot tub big enough to fit 3.

The terrace we had faced in a southeasterly direction so we had the sun from sunrise until 2pm. We would grab breakfast and then utilise our private terrace until we lost the sun at 2pm.

At which point we would then migrate to the Eden pool (adult only) with its swim up bar and a good mixture of Ibiza tunes, house, rock and even a live saxophone player one afternoon.

Alternatively you can head to the largest Lagoon pool. This has a swim up bar, but it wasn’t open in our low season visit. It also has a “naturally” created beach facing the real cove out to sea.

All inclusive gives you breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sessions buffet. This covers all tastes, grilled meats, fish, veggies, pasta, pizza, cold cuts, cheese, sushi, cured fish, amazing salads, fresh breads, oils, vinegars, deserts galore, and a ice cream machine. If you can’t find it here, you need to reconsider your dietary choices.

Sports bar, fusion, and splash bar are all bookable restaurants (via app) and well worth a visit. Starter, main and desert included in each.

16th bar on the roof top is well worth a sunset drink and photo opp. Payable bar (20% discount for all inc).

Drinks are excellent. Popular brands for most available.

Had a great stay overall, and the reception staff were always extremely helpful and approachable. We had a crisis with my wife breaking her arm, which extended our stay 4 days, but the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help. This is the hotel you want to be at in a crisis! :) Special thanks to Myriam and her team

Highlights

- Buffet food is excellent with a wide variety of fresh food (meats, salads, cheese, desserts etc). Not quite sure where any negative reviews come from on this. It might get repetitive if you’re just looking for pizza and chips!

- General vibe around the hotel is great, a there are plenty of places to spend your time. We particularly liked lagoon pool.

- Grounds are immaculately kept and are beautiful.

- Nice walkable paths around Playa Paraiso coast

- The drinks are excellent on the all inclusive. The wines/cava are good and the cocktails (alcoholic and non-alc) are definitely a step up from a lot of 5 star hotels.

- Rooms are kept spotless and are modern in line with Hard Rock theme.

- great panoramic view from the 16th bar. Drinks could probably be slightly less expensive for the signature cocktails.

- catered for wife’s coeliac (gluten) condition and walked through all available.

Improvements

- sometimes music is a bit loud around pools, so difficult to relax, though this seemed to relax a bit later in the week.

- Loads of sunbeds close to each other, but it’s a big hotel, so expected.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Plenty of sunloungers to go around (even tho people reserve beds from 6:30am) pools are lovely and clean. We just retuned and the pools were heated which was great. Wide range of food which was perfect for everyone. My only negative was music is played constantly from breakfast at 8am until 11pm. Not just in the hotel but around all the pools. No quiet zones to relax but this is hard rock so this was expected.

Limited food option,I had to walk around several times to find something to eat.No special food for Christmas.No DJ by the pool at Christmas day.No special enterntainment.
Room was cleaned twice in our 4 night stay.2nd clean I have requested twice on the app and eventually had to go to reception to aak for it.Even so bed sheets wasn't changed once.My husband had elbow bleed and was sleeping all 4 night on the blood stains.Room wasn't dusted - even glass bedside cabinets.Coffee pots and drinks were refilled once.
Staff at the sessions restaurant.I was told off for seating at the empty table when no waiters were around ,making me feel embarrased like a naughty child.Plates were taken away couple of times even thought we didn't finish our meal.Another time there were no cuttlery at the table ,my husband went to the bar and asked for the forks and was rold off by the waiter that he doesn't know were the forks are.Husband asked again : how come yoi don't know aren't you working here? And reaponce was : I do work here ,but I don't give a f...ck - in those exact words. All those issues were raised with manager Diana ,who didn't want to help at all .She said that nobody else complaining ,which made us feel as liars.We seen people complaining at the reception several times during our stay.Embarrasing again ,as we just raised up someting needs attention amd improvement ,as service in the several parts of the hotel is afwul.

Second time at the Hard Rock Tenerife. First time was back in 2018 with my then teenaged daughter on half board and this time with my partner on all inclusive. Two very different experiences. If going all inclusive you need to study the app like an easy exam. The restrictions, the times for à la carte, the 30% discounts and what you can drink on AI in one restaurant you may have to pay for in another. The one buffet restaurant has the same recycled food breakfast, lunch and dinner. Remember the À la carte restaurants are with a 30% discount or very lack lustre. It overall made the experience less enjoyable. I don’t normally book all inclusive as I like to explore and dine out but this short break over the festive was supposed to be chilled.

Staff were ok. Can’t say anyone stood out or made the trip remarkable.

The hotel was more on a revenue drive than service to its actual guests, which is a shame as I enjoyed it first time round but would not recommend unless it’s for the festive period or the events they host throughout the year.

On the plus side the NYE party and the buffet was fantastic. If ever I was to return to a Hardrock Hotel I would do 1 overnight only to bring in the New Year.

Most of our trip was amazing apart from a few areas which really impacted our experience. Firstly a few of the canteen staff were very rude to us when we wanted to ask if any drinks were available for us at dinner even though we were half board. A simple answer would have sufficed without the attitude and the same waiter seemed to have the same attitude all the time as when we saw her the next dinner it was the same attitude. Apart from this one staff everyone else was great and very helpful. I would especially like to thank the staff who brought some delicious cookies for me and my gf as a anniversary gift along with a very nice note which we both enjoyed.

We had a jacuzzi bath that poured out dark gunk into the bath water, which required a good hour of cleaning. The drinking glasses in the room were not clean.

I raised concerns with the desk and they did not apologise, nor did the cleanliness improve.

Thoroughly disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. Otherwise a reasonable hotel, although not worth the price pre-discount.

For a five star hotel, I found the service poor, when I reported torn/hole in the duvet cover, safe not working, and the car parking QR code not working, it was met with little concern from the receptionist. The room itself was fine, pool area ok, the waitress first encounter with me was to say ‘yes’ instead of what would you like to order. Breakfast is manic, tea/coffee is self service. Compared to hard rock ibiza, Tenerife hard rock felt like a four star. I don’t think it’s worth the money that it charges for some dates. We wouldn’t return there….they said they would email when we could check in, they didn’t. We don’t usually complain about hotels…. This just didn’t live up to the expected standard….

The room was great and staff also very good. No complaints there! A few things I would have expected from a 5 star hotel. Would be complimentary bottles of water in your room. We did have on arrival but never got replaced and I would have expected it to! The pricing for the drinks was completely ridiculous. 12 euro for Heineken lager( not an even a premium lager) the cheapest lager about. And everyone one I did get ( not many as I refuse to pay the prices). was completely flat!! 4.50 euro for a 200ml bottle of coke!! For this reason I’ll not be back.

Booked as a mini December winter sun break. The hotel is amazing. Spacious, modern, clean. The staff all very inviting and friendly. Our suite was beautiful. The hot tub on the balcony really made this little break the best one ever. The buffet breakfast - so much choice we didn't know where to start. Would recommend to anyone. The hot tub upgrade is more than worth it. Turned a normal little break into something very special. Really spoiled us when it comes to what we look at booking in future!!

The room was small. Beds were comfortable. The air freshener small in the lobby was way too strong, so much so we couldn't stay and listen to the music. The food was nice but we expected a wider selection in comparison to some lower star hotels we have stayed. Our VIP pass got us nothing other than parking, which was disappointing in comparison tomour last trip. The music around the pools was too loud for us, nowhere to relax. We wouldn't stay again, it wasn't money well.spent for us.

Have to wait for very long time during breakfast hour for the lifts, only 2 out of 4 lifts were operating during that busiest hours.

Room was good.
Staff on the whole were good.
Buffet was very poor, food quality was ok, but the selection was limited.
Atmosphere at the hotel was quite dull.
Entertainment was terrible.
While being a decent all Inc hotel, it's one of the worst I've ever been to. Value for money was poor.

Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times.

Lovely hotel very clean good live music but the music played at all pools and rooftop was dance and house music bit strange for a hardrock i repeat hardrock didnt hear one rock song.
