Room was clean, well equipped and spacious. All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. Really handy setting, nice pool, food was good (though we only had breakfast and one lunch). Would stay again. Only thing to be aware of is that the “included parking” is on the street - not a big issue though as close by and plenty of space.

We loved our 7 days at Hotel Tropical Park.
The apartment itself was huge (they all are), excellent Wifi, two pools (one heated), the breakfast doesn't get mentioned much in these reviews but that was exceptional. Huge range of food to accommodate whatever you fancy and separate breads and cakes for my coeliac wife. Was very important to us that there were Gluten Free options. Every staff member we met were polite, local restaurants and supermarket were on your doorstep. We would happily return here.

This hotel is perfectly situated for the beach and amazing restaurants all within walking distance (Tapas Boutique is a must). We chose bed & breakfast option as the rooms are actually apartments so you can fill your fridge with branded alcohol from the nearby shops and enjoy it from the balcony enjoying the evening sun. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the pools is heated which is handy for January though we only used it once as the sea was lovely. All in all, a welcome week away for some Winter sun.

We just booked a room/apartment and this was the best I have come across over many years. It had everything you could need (including a dishwasher!). The pool area was nice and I could not comment on anything else because we did not eat in the restaurant.

Property was nice. It was clean. The only drawbacks were:
1) Internet: Although wifi was there but it was not good. It keeps on disconnecting.
2) There are no lifts/elevators. And the hotel gave us room 2 floors down the building. When we asked to change the room as it was very difficult to take infant and stroller/pram in the room they denied our request.

Overall the hotel was fine, nice and clean room, good pools etc. It was mostly families, so if you're a couple going, next time I'll go elsewhere.
Food was average.
Also in the description of the hotel it said there was windsurfing, however then at the hotel they said they don't do windsurfing, so I had to hire a car.

We went for a B&B option. Our room was very spacious, clean and had all of the amenities. All of the little extras came as standard within the room, even the air conditioning was quiet! There was a good supermarket on site and two lovely pools. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and catered for GF options.

What a gem !

This Hotel is a little gem! What a find! Nothing to fault 5*. Beautiful room (3 person with super sunny balcony) super kitchen, toaster, kettle coffee machine plus washing up liquid, sponge, t-towel as well as an oven & microwave.Cleaner every day and new tolietries - good to know if travelling with take on luggage. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a big shout out to Coco, I’ve never seen anyone work so hard but she loves it, a great programme of morning classes- stretching, yoga, Pilates etc plus aqua gym which really was a gym not just silly stuff. She is a qualified yoga / Pilates teacher & it shows ! Pool area was immaculate, 2 big pools, one heated and a great hot tub. Some really lovely eateries nearby( fabulous selection of food on site too) and a lovely walk a long the beach. Fabulous little spot can’t recommend enough.

Great relaxing holiday. Our second time here and we will be back. We are a couple but we can see that it is great for families as well. Loads of activities organised and really good facilities. Rooms are well equipped with a decent kitchen and spotless. Cleaned every day. Nice balcony facing the pool and the greenery opposite. They do their level best to welcome you. Really well run. Plenty of staff and all very helpful. Exceptionally clean. Room very comfortable and kitchen area very well equipped. Everything in good condition. Hardly used pool or other facilities but all looked good. Breakfast excellent. Two downsides: 1) air con was inadequate for such a big space, and 19*c lower limit was hotter than we like our living space 2) bedroom looked straight out onto “shopping mall” so we couldn’t open the curtains at all.

I really liked the location, it was nice and quiet and not a crowded area around the hotel. There were many restaurant choices with in walking distance. The buffet was great for breakfast ( it was included in the price of the hotel) and we opted to pay for a lunch and dinner buffet on 2 separate occasions which was tasty and convenient. Pools were very nice and everything was kept really clean. I would stay there again

2 bed apartments clean, comfortable and very well equipped (even has washing machine!). Pool at hotel quite nice and there’s a shallow toddler pool our 2 year old really enjoyed.

Only negative really was the family rooms being on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator… lots of wrestling bags/buggies and two kids up and down the stairs for days out so if visiting with young ones or older family members keep this in mind!

Accommodation lovely and clean. Unfortunately we weren't told that only the buffet restaurant was open. Only one bar that closed at 9.45 was open and then lights off. As a group of 4 on all inclusive, very disappointed. Not much food in the restaurant was hot.

The apartments are well kitted out and in very good condition (the refurbishment was about 18mths - 2 years ago).

The air conditioning in the bedroom was very efficient, but there not being any in the living room was an irritation, especially when Reception said there would be a hire fee of €15 a week for a fan! Our solution was to open the window in the bedroom and leave the patio doors open which created a nice through-draft. At night, we kept the balcony door open but this did mean that the noise outside early-ish in the morning (ie before 8:30), with the maintenance crew jet-washing the grounds and people dragging furniture around, woke our son up who was sleeping on the sofa bed. Air conditioning in the living room would be essential in the height of the summer (we travelled in early September so it was a bit cooler).

We were half board but only ate dinner in the hotel on 2 nights. The range & quality of the food available was good, but by the time we had walked back to our table after choosing at the buffet, the food was cold. Callao Salvaje has a lot of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk so it is easy enough to find food. The best we found - for quality & price - was Nebula, on the next corner to the Hotel.

The Hotel is on the main road into Callao Salvaje, but it is not noisy. It is just a 5 minute walk to the coast with a small supermarket in the building selling all you need, including fresh bread & pastries.

We will stay here again but not half board

rooms very good excellent couldn't really fault them apart from air con worked great if not too much in the bedroom but hardly at all in the main room/lounge area.
pretty good food and choice on the buffet plenty to go round all the time.
one real downside found the all inclusive drinks very very poor very limited to what you could get without having to pay for other drinks alcoholic and soft drinks to that point,
orange juice,tea,coffee,tonics all extra cost, only one beer on draft anything else in bottles again extra cost, granted named branded spirts you expect to pay for but local drinks very limited choice, last but not least bar open till 23:00 but all inclusive stops at 22:00 !! why ??

Hotel itself was lovely. It was an apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen dining area. Very clean and comfortable.
Bed was good and plenty of facilities. There were 3 pools which were nice, although they were doing some work around one of the pools it was still open.

The breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection, but the hot food wasn't terribly hot. The staff we're friendly. Other food and drink was reasonably priced for a hotel although one meal was overcooked and also a bit cold.

The area was fairly quiet so there wasn't a great deal to do, but a good bus service was available with a stop just 100m away to take you to more lively areas if you wanted.

Great Stay

It was the most relaxing holiday since we have our little one credit to Tropicl Park Hotel. Everything is new and clean (we spotted a team of 10 cleaning the pool side in the mornign including wiping all the deck chair down etc), well thought for little one with no sharp edges to furniture in the apartment. 3 swimming pools which two were heated including the shallow baby pool. A small playground on site that is just enough to keep my 17mo non-stop for more than an hour.
Staff were friendly and sweet. The reception talked us out of spending extra per night to upgrade to a suite with bathtub as I was concern with shower only for my toddlers. I left my coin pouch in the hotel accidentally when we were out and was untouch when we got back after the staff clean the room. The staff even arrange my toddler's soft toy nicely in the cotbed for us. All the little things that make our stay pleasant.
We signed up for half board and the buffets are delicious with lots of local fruits.
The local area is quiet and safe, there are grocery shops and a pebble beach within 5-10 mins walk from hotel. Will stay with them again if we are visiting Teneriffe again.

Our first visit to Hotel Tropical Park and we were very impressed with the place. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. The heated pool and sunbathing area were great, however the music was a little loud for us at times (and I like my music) but in general everything especially the breakfasts and staff were lovely.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom self catering apartment. The places is extremely clean with modern comfortable furniture. The apartment is cleaned daily like a standard hotel, but with your own full kitchen facility. Bathroom are well kitted out with a separate bidet, large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. several pools, a tennis court, squash court all available with equipment available for rent. We opted for half board as it wasn't much more expensive at the time of booking, but to be honest the food for both breakfast and dinner was below the expected standard, perhaps more in keeping with a buffet of a 2* hotel in terms of food quality and choices - particularly for the evening meal which we only visited on 2 occasions and both very disappointing. Breakfast was alright with selection of pastries, eggs, beans, cheeses, cold meats and fruit.

Plenty of choice at breakfast. Book exchange/library is a nice touch. Pool areas not too busy and plenty of well maintained outdoor space. Jacuzzi was very nice, but not always open when the schedule suggested.
Very pleased with our stay and would recommend highly.

Excellent hotel. Excellent food. Staff welcoming and friendly. We were half board, but the flat was very well equipped for self catering. There was a full oven with ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, good range of pots and pans, more than adequate range of crockery, cutlery etc.
There was also a very good range of leisure facilities.
There was a supermarket on site, as well as a good variety of eating places in the immediate area.

The hotel is really an apartment hotel but the rooms are spacious, very smart and very modern having recently being fully renovated each with a separate bedroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Beware of the apparent address given as the hotel is nowhere near Adeje town but in a small develooement called Callou Salvaje about 20 mins by taxi from Playa de las Americanas. The small coastal town has half a dozen or so restaurants and a similar number of bars so fairly quite. The place was OK for our short stay of only 4 days but I think it would be rather boring for stays over 7 days. Smallish black sand beach accessed by quite steep banks and steps. The hotel is also the last drop-off if using a shared shuttle bus and takes about 1.5 hours from/to airport.

Y sobre todo, lo mejor de todo el servicio, el personal, la tranquilidad aún siendo un hotel familiar. Hyvä pasta carbonara ravintolassa, kiva tenniskenttä. Punttisalilta puuttuivat kaikki painot, vain juoksumattoja ja kuntopyöriä. Siistit tilat, ja tilavat huoneet. Äänet kuuluvat ärsyttävästi seinien läpi, ihan perus puhe kuuluu läpi. Mukava henkilökunta ja superia kun allas lämmitetty talvella, viihdyimme!

Wir fanden das Hotel mit seinem Angebot recht solide und in Ordnung.

Die Öffnungszeiten der Pools und des Restaurants am Abend hätte etwas länger sein können.

Wir hatten allerdings nur Frühstück gebucht, womit wir die wohl bessere Wahl getroffen haben, da fußläufig mehrere gute Restaurants zu erreichen sind.

Hotellet er åpenbart et gammelt hotell som er renovert. Lukter gammelt og bærer fortsatt preg av det. Store rom og fint oppvarmet basseng. Det var noen kakerlakker på rommet, men vi fikk låne insektsspray. Det var også sølvkre på badet. Tenker 3 stjerner er mer passende for dette hotellet.

Wir haben 2 Wochen als Paar im Tropical Park verbracht. Das Zimmer ist super schön ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Wir waren im 4 Stock und es gibt kein Lift. Am Pool gibt es den ganzen Tag Unterhaltungsprogramm. Wenn man davon nichts wissen will kann man sich an einen anderen Pool zurückziehen. Die Pools wirken sauber und sind gross (1 geheizt und 2 nicht 1 Jacuzzi). Das Frühstück ist lecker und hat eine ausreichende Auswahl. Zimmerreinigungsservice wirkte etwas unflexibel, sie konnten das Zimmer nur in dem Moment reinigen wo sie vor der Tür standen und sonst nicht… hatten wir in anderen Hotels nicht so erlebt. Aber es war sauber.

Buon hotel

Buona posizione vicino ad una spiaggia carina. Parcheggi gratuiti in zona. Qualche ristorante, pub e negozio, ma zona molto tranquilla. Per chi cerca la movida meglio la zona di adeje e Los Cristianos, che si trovano comunque a 15/20 minuti di macchina. Nelle vicinanze (7 minuti) si trova un centro commerciale a playa paraiso. Una piccola pecca sono le stanze ai piani superiori senza ascensore, un po’ stancanti da fare con i bagagli e passeggini. Buona pulizia, carine le piscine ed il piccolo parco giochi per i bimbi. Palestra praticamente non esiste. All inclusive buono, anche se alle 21.45 termina il servizio bar. Il cibo nello standard degli hotel europei che fanno cucina internazionale, quindi niente di che. Tutto sommato buon posto dove passare una settimana.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir waren mit der Familie und hatten all inkl. Die Speisen waren vielfältig und schmeckten gut.
Die Cocktails waren nicht gut und je nach Badeaufsicht, durfte man mit einem Ball im Pool spielen oder aber auch nicht.

Excellent hôtel, extrêmement propre.
Chambre moderne, récemment rénovée. Ménage réalisé tous les jours, draps et serviettes changés à la demande.
l'hôtel fournit les serviettes de piscine
2 grandes piscines où de nombreux transats et parasols sont dispo tout au long de la journée (pas besoin de se lever à 7h pour y mettre sa serviette)
Des resto sont dispo autour de l'Hotel, en 5 min à pieds
Les 2 points négatifs:
- douche: très peu de pression et juste un filet d'eau pour se doucher
- nombreux escaliers pour aller de la chambre à la piscine: rien de dérangeant pour nous mais peu être génant pour certains.
Un excellent séjour que je recommande et où nous retournerons certainement.

Udany pobyt w gronie znajomych. Bardzo dobra obsługa. Apartamenty bardzo komfortowe. Obiekt bardzo czysty. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i bardzo dobrej jakości. Obok hotelu bez problemu można zaparkować samochód. Drinki i wina bardzo dobre.
Jedyny minusik to słabe animacje oraz bar otwarty tylko do 21.45. Ale to ogólnie hotel wart polecenia. Bardzo udany pobyt.

Bel hôtel dans village calme loin de la foule

Réservation en last minute lié à une annulation de notre précédent hôtel, arrivés tard et service au top.
Appartement tout neuf avec tout le confort pour un long séjour.
Village au calme, loin des foules avec tout à proximité (supermarché, bon restaurants -allez au Dolphin difficile à trouver mais vue imprenable).

Petit déjeuner varié et produits de qualités.

Piscine eau de mer appréciée par la famille. Jacuzzi fermé.

Top situation géographique pour rayonner sur la côte Ouest (en voiture mais bus publics disponibles) tout en étant loin des foules.

Peu bruyant mais nous étions début juillet.

Établissement bien conçu, fonctionnel, personnel de restauration tres agréable, serviable. 👍Personnel de la reception (a notre arrivee) pas tres patiente car nous ne parlions pas espagnole presque antipathique.😒 Menage impeccable mais tres bruyante tres tot le matin😏 par contre pas assez stricte sur la tenue vestimentaire : se baigner en short et tee-shirt enfants et adultes et venir dejeuner a table en maillot string...je ne trouve pas cela tres hygiénique 🤔

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Beim Abendessen könnten die Kellner öfter kommen um trinken bestellen zu können. Dies wurde sehr vernachlässigt. Außerdem waren nur ca. die Hälfte der Speisen beschriftet, was es ist. Und die, die beschriftet waren, waren auch nicht immer richtig beschriftet!
Ein Pool ist beheizt, der zweite nicht, aber das ist völlig in Ordnung. Der Fön in unserem Zimmer hatte leider nicht optimal funktioniert (nur auf der heißesten Stufe) Dies haben wir an der Rezeption deponiert. Leider wurde das aber während unserem Aufenthaltes nicht repariert, oder ausgetauscht.
Die Anlage ist aber durchaus zu empfehlen. Wir hatten uns ganz wohl gefühlt!

Zimmer waren sehr praktisch eingerichtet. So dass man wenn gewünscht auch im Zimmer Essen usw. zubereiten konnte. Großer Kühlschrank mit richtigem Eisfach (separate Tür) vorhanden.
Allerdings mussten wir zuhause feststellen, dass wir wohl um ein paar Euro bestohlen wurden. Hier ist uns nicht ganz klar, wie man an das Geld gekommen ist, da es im Tresor eingeschlossen war. Da es nur ein kleinerer Teil des Bargeldes war (bei uns beiden einige Scheine, insgesamt etwa 120,00 €) kann es weder unterwegs gestohlen, noch verloren worden sein. Das hat natürlich im nachhinein (wir haben dies erst zuhause bemerkt) einen Schatten auf den Urlaub geworfen. Ansonsten war alles recht angenehm.

En fremragende oplevelse

Fantastisk suite med alt hvad man kan behage. Køkkenet var fuldt udstyret, badeværelset var stort med en god bruser. Stort soveværelse med 2 skabe og brede senge. Dejlig altan med morgensol.
De 2 pool områder havde behagelige solsenge. Ved den opvarmede pool var der bar med fint udvalg.
