Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !

Great facilities but the evening food in the Central Buffet lets it down. The main courses served there are not worthy of the hotels 5 star rating eg tiny pieces of beef which were inedible.
The best option is to stay on the Privilege rate which gives access to the other on site restaurants (but costs a lot extra of course)
Gym was good by hotels standards but some equipment eg bikes needs replacing.

We stayed here half board. Its in a more quiet part of the coast small shopping centre nearby. My brother is disabled and staff were very helpful and kind. Pool has a hoist and the lifeguards were very very kind and helpful. The staff in the restaurant also keen to help with allergies. The entertainment in the evenings was good. Rooms large and nice amenities.
The staff in this hotel are excellent.
Only complaints are that the room is not completely accessible - bed light and moves around isnt great for getting up from with mobility issues. Balcony not completely accessible with a small lip for a wheelchair not easy to navigate.
Buffet highly fish and meat based and the other items not great for fish allergy or vegetarians. Halfboard charged €3 for water which is a bit much when we paid so much for the hotel.
I thought the food in general could have been better but the privilege food was nicer if you pay more you can use the other restaurants.
We had lunch one day by the pool - frozen burger patty poor quality dont recommend!
Overall this place is a lovely choice for families and couples without food allergies and if you want to stay hotel based it has good facilities lovely rooms and helpful staff!

Great for families but Kids club needs a makeover

We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay.

The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. That said, the staff there were absolutely lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and would still highly recommend it for families!

CHILL OUT WEEK .

Super hotel, super service . We were a family of 3 generations aged 23 to 81. The hotel suited all of us for a quiet relaxing week away. Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there.
We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. The pools were all heated, even my husband used them and it does have to be warm for him to venture in! The resort is hilly but taxis were readily available and the bus service was easy and regular.
We had a room overlooking the Hard Rock Hotel. Yes, there was music to be heard but it ended at 11pm and during the day we were barely in the room to hear it. Those rooms offered a side sea view even from the block furthest away.
We would definitely return to the hotel.

Nice location and good pool for the kids. What lets it down is genuinely terrible service. 45 minutes to check in, no coffee service at breakfast, tried to order a coffee after dinner, no coffee. Takeaway coffee from the cafe..prohibited. Towel service always empty so no pool towels available. Went to the Spa, and the attendant was sick…trying to enjoy my massage with sniff cough sniff was gross. I was still charged anyway even though cancelled 1/3 of way through. It is a shame but the service is 2* at Best. Room nice, view stunning and buffet quite good. I think they just need more trained staff or to pay them properly:

Pity about loud music from neighbouring hotel so couldn’t enjoy our balcony with lateral sea view very much. Coffee in room was tasteless and horrible. The resort is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. A truly relaxing place. My only complaint is the dining options. The Italian restaurant is very good. Difficult to get a reservation. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Did not want buffet for dinner. The Japanese restaurant was closed on the weekend. Tried for a reservation on Monday and Tuesday they were completely booked. Long story short we ate Italian 3 nights and then gave in to buffet.

We had a lovely comfortable and spacious room with a sea view, that got the morning sun. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The pool areas are lovely with plenty of sunbeds to relax in. The staff were pleasant & friendly at all times. The dining room is very pleasant and there was always a wonderful choice of interesting dishes available to suit all tastes.

I would highly recommend this hotel and the Adeje area.
The hotel was lovely and exceeded our expectations. It more than lived up to it's 5 stars.
From the moment we drove up to the hotel we were greeted by name and welcomed at the barrier. Staff at check in served us prosecco and explained everything about the facilities, even to the extent of checking on food allergies and issuing a card to hand to restaurant staff so that they could advise
The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. A good sized bathroom with slippers and robes, huge bath sheets and nice toiletries. A proper coffee machine and water available.
The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.
All of the hotel areas were pristine and all staff were friendly and helpful.
The buffet restaurant food was so good that we didn't bother to use the specialty restaurants. Every day the buffet was different and catered to all ages and tastes.
The pools were clean, huge pool towels and lots of sun beds.
Cocktails and alcoholic drinks were really reasonably priced.
The whole experience was relaxed and safe. We will definitely be back.

Had a short week away in Tenerife in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect from the food to the rooms and the very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you.
One recommendation to increase revenue would be to have a QR code on each table by the pool so you could order drinks and maybe ice creams.

Great property with a sufficient choice for the breakfast. I was a bit disappointed with the diner though.. almost the same thing everyday with a poor quality for a 5*.
2 parkings (indoor and outdoor).
The property has beautiful pools, but you cannot access them unless your are privilege …
When we dit the check out at 12, our badge was deactivated and thus were unable to access the parking and lost the wifi .. that would be nice if you can keep it until midnight (for people that have a late flight).

Can not fault anything about the rooms or facilities. The only negative is the \"priveledge\" status that you can upgrade to. It is creating a class system that is awkward. The buffet is good but lack meats. The reataurants are terrible. Both the Italian and Japanese restaurants served precooked food (evidently days old) and even the garnish on the plates were days old. (Never seen dry sliced cucumber before eating here) The Japanese restaurant had no atmosphere and wasnt entertaining. The food was undercooked and unedible. Would love to stay here again but they must improve the food.

Great evening entertainment and hotel has cool spaces.
Rooms weren’t cleaned at all apart from new bedding. They give you nice shampoo and conditioner on your first day and then give you cheap stuff thereafter. Pools are too cold to swim in. Service is poor at the pool bar in the day and it’s not great during breakfast / dinner service.

This was a very nice, new and modern property, however I would not consider this the 5 stars we were hoping for during our honeymoon. We booked the all inclusive stay and expected a LOT more.

The food was subpar, and we were only allowed to go to 1 restaurant style buffet and the other 2 on site were barely open anyways. There were food options at the buffet but very subpar and the same thing all 5 nights we were there. They charged me $10 for room service after taking away our ice bucket and me asking they bring it back. Pool had okay drinks, no swim up bar and served champagne, beer, everything in the old school coke cups which was kind of funny.

Location is convenient for sure, but don’t expect to be close to a nice beach (we knew this going in). The room itself was nice, we did the rooftop suite with a hot tub, HOWEVER, know that the hot tub is a glorified bath tub and takes about an hour if not more to fill each time.

Overall, it was fine but disappointing for what is considered “5 star”. I would consider 3.5-4 star and will be taking my money elsewhere.

Superb hotel, fantastic staff, most pools heated.
Despite challenges of Covid-19, and despite the mandatory ‘room arrest’, the hotel coped extremely well, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Difficult to comment what hotel would be like when full - but good layout with kids area at one end of the outdoor area and the adult only infinity pool at the other.

We did not get to eat in the a la carte restaurants because they where either not open or fully booked. On the last day the only place to eat was the buffet. Very enjoyable week for my daughter and myself. We booked a privilege room and enjoyed all the extras that came with it. We ate at hotel for four nights, food very good and plenty of choice. We chose to breakfast at the buffet which was also very good. We arrived after sandstorm and most of the pools were closed with debris in them but were cleared and opened in a day or two. Staff very helpful and courteous, hotel extremely clean.

Well what a gem of a find this was! The standard of upkeep of the hotel is superb, you couldn’t ask for more attentive staff, from the second the bell boy meets you on arrival to the moment you check out, without fail, the staff are superb.
The location is much quieter than Las Americas & Los Cristianos, which suited us really well, the hotel does have a complimentary shuttle bus twice a day, which takes you directly to Playa de las Americas if you want something more lively.
The complex is wide ranging, with loads of choices to eat, the main central market place is great, the food is of a really high standard & lots of variety. We ate at the Japanese live cooking evening, well all we could say, was it’s was fabulous!
Couldn’t fault it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly can't think of even the smallest aspect to criticise! We booked a swim up room on all inclusive and spent a lot of our time relaxing on our little terrace with a drink, but there are also two other (heated) pools you can relax by which have plenty of spaces for everyone. The food at the buffet was exceptional - huge variety and great quality - but we also got to try the two speciality restaurants (Italian and Japanese) for no extra cost, both of which were lovely. However do be warned that they get booked up quickly, so make sure you book in for both on your first day! We also loved the range of drinks and cocktails available at the bar. The spa was great too - we were given a voucher to try it out and did so on a cloudier day, but I understand you can pay a small amount extra (if not a privilege customer) to go again too. Finally, huge thanks to the staff at the hotel - everyone from the reception staff to the serving staff to housekeeping were friendly and welcoming at every point. Best hotel I've stayed in.

Really pretty resort - right within walking distance of the beach and plenty of amenities - the only reason why I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars is because the staff wasn't worthy of 5 stars. The first thing is I was told I couldn't eat breakfast in my room, which is very annoying when you're barely woken up and would like to watch some TV and eat before starting your day. The second thing is that at night, the parking lot close to the hotel gets crammed, and the staff is unwilling to let you try to park there despite spaces available, and they force you to park in the underground garage which is very confusing to say the least. The third thing is that I asked for a glass of champagne at reception one night, and was told \"No sir, this is for new arrivals only.\" Really? Would that glass of champagne I asked for made SUCH a big dent in the hotel's profits? But other than these three incidents everything was beyond exceptional and the resort is amazing.

Far from the town.. costin 15 euros each way by taxi to the market.. not many buses although courtesy bus to las americas and also right next to hard rock hotel who play loud music til early hours 😡
One side of hotel ( in Dec) is sunny even numbers and other side (odd) has no sun at all so rooms are cold .. and not good if you have a roof top suite as pointless

Fantastic hotel from the staff to the food and branded drinks. Excellent place to relax away from it all You don’t have to but the all inclusive was fab.

New, clean and nice food although the food was sometimes just warm.

If the hotel was full then there wouldnt be enough pool/lounger place.

There was also few bartenders on site at poolside so always a que.

Front of house a bit slow to resolve matters.

As it is a new property it still has some teething problems give it 6 months and I’m sure these problems will be resolved.

Great new hotel (opened summer 2019), very nice staff and very nice food with great variety and selection. Nice pools, beautiful view of the sunset over the Atlantic at the infinity pool.
