Room Had very strong bad smell and Cigarette Smell ( Room 440 ) however reception did not accept to change the room. Also the hotel does not even provide toiletries at all , you just get all-in-one hair/body shampoo/wash. no ear buds, shower cap, not even tissue box ( hand/face issues ) !!! moreover, the room does not have a fridge , does not have hot water kettle !! Pillows are extremely cheap quality.
The sound proof is ZERO .. you can hear people walking and speaking very clearly
finally the breakfast was extremely basic .. not worth the money , you can not order basic omelet .. I recommend to stay away and book at Holiday Inn Holiday hotel which is Next door to it.

I recently stayed at your hotel and found the room design and space to be cozy and comfortable 👍. The breakfast offered a variety of options, which was great 😋. However, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped with limited seating, which was a slight drawback 🙁. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I'd probably opt for the H2 Hotel Düsseldorf Seestern next time, given its reputation for more spacious dining areas 😊.

We stayed on the road and rail side of the hotel. It was incredibly noisy with trains running through the night. The double glazing was inadequate. It was not a comfortable, relaxing room, perhaps the other side of the hotel is quieter, I don't know, but ask the question.

I arrived the hotel to stay for my business trip! The reception was unfriendly at all! The room had absolutely nothing from any regular room amenities! Room was cold, and when I asked the reception how to make it warmer, he arrogantly began stating about the German system and energy saving!

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel for three nights. It’s location is near a railway station and is within walking distance of the old town, if you don’t want to use public transport. The staff was really friendly and made it easy for my dogs and me. They gave me dog treats and a dog bed upon arrival and I was able to eat dinner with my dogs as well. The cafe next to the lobby had good food and a great free breakfast buffet. The beds were really comfortable and there were cafes and parks within walking distance. Downtown and old town are about a 20 minute walk.

Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to train station then a couple of stops to either Dusseldorf main station or the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Complimentary drink on arrival. Limited food menu but was enough for what we needed. Breakfast included which is a bonus. Guy on reception was very polite and professional. Definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at a great location near city center and train station. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The staffs at reception and at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful too. The only downside is that there is no fridge in the room and in summer days it could have been nice to have some refreshment in the room. Other than the hotel is recommended.

It was new, clean and very modern. Staff were finding their way as the facilities were only open a few weeks before. Internet was causing issues even for the hotel systems.
Bedrooms could do with USB ports to charge devices. Also there was no ice in the bar???? Once some of the teething issues are resolved, this will be a place to return to on the next visit. The value for money was poor, £350 p/n for a bunk bed, albeit I had a choice of four but my booking was for a comfort double - that was a tad disappointing.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett. Das Frühstück war (dafür, dass es nichts extra kostet) sehr gut. Mein einziges Problem war, dass ich ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür hatte. Durch die Tür hat man leider ALLES gehört und meine Zimmernahbarn waren leider erst um 1 Uhr im Bett und dafür um 7 wieder hellwach. Ich werde das Hotel aber wieder nutzen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber auf kurzfristige Aufenthalte ausgelegt. Z.B. keine Schränke. Auch das Frühstück war gut und umfangreich. Beim Komfort Zimmer ist die Dusche einsehbar. Vielleicht nicht für jeden geeignet, für uns kein Problem. Die Twin Zimmer sollen ein komplett abgetrenntes Badezimmer haben.

Heel vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de receptie, de schoonmaakploeg en het restaurantpersoneel. Het ontbijt was meer dan ok alleen croissants ontbraken maar dat is verwaarloosbaar. De slaapkamer zelf mocht wat meer stofvrij zijn want mensen die allergisch zijn voor stof reageren hier direct op wat ook het geval was voor mijn gezinsleden. Ik raad dit hotel aan. Het was een goede uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Düsseldorf te verkennen.
