Everything was perfect!
The location was so nice to be close to the sea!

If you been there before...this place went down...

This place is rebranded from Be Live Smart Terrace, it's absolutely not the same level any more.
You won't have access to Ukino main Hotel pools and water slides, kids activities etc. what was very disappointing.
You won't be going to Ukino main hotel restaurant for breakfast/dinner (as it was as Be Live was existing) they replaced it with very very low quality and very limited choice small Ukino Terrace restaurant.

They use good reviews from Be Live Smart Terrace previous guests where conditions of your stay were totally different, people might get confused as guests are describing experience from Be Live Hotel and it's very different now.

Things to remember:

No lifts for elderly/disabled
Pool is small and place limited
Food is crappy
Old apartment and old equipment

O apartamento está bem preparado e boa localização. Deveria de haver mais regras na piscinas. O jogo de bola não deveria ser permitido para o bem estar de todos. Também, as pessoas antes da abertura fazem fila para guardar esprigadeiras, vão para a praia e voltam ao início da tarde. Nesse entretanto quem vai para a piscina, tem que tentar arranjar um espaço livre na relva sendo que a maior parte das cadeiras estão desocupadas, mas reservadas. Não creio que seja correcto.

The apartment was a good size and cleaned regularly. To get in was a bit unclear because it was late check in and nobody has said i needed to go to hotel to check in. You need a deposit and to pay for a safe which is unreasonable. Theres a deposit for an extra key and for an aircon remote. There is no oven, the microwave didnt work, there are no basic washing up facilities like a sponge or anything and no oil to cook with. Couldnt work the shutters on the door, had limited cooking facilities and no ice tray. There wasnt much clothing space in the wardrobe. We didnt get provided with a third quilt for the third guest, only a sheet. The pool was nice but busy after 10AM. Close enough to the beaches and a few good restaurants.

Great on a budget

This is great for a cheap and cheerful no-frills stay. Nice pools, great beaches etc and option to get food and drink all inc which we didnt use, though. We will most likely return - with an upgrade. Only downside was that doors and windows let all noise through but luckily we were there at a quiet time :)

The hotel is very well located, in a walking distance to the beach. The room was simple, but comfortable. The building does not have elevators, but we got a room on 1st floor, so it was ok. Also, our building was in front of a open garden, which was great, but no ocean view at all. Several restaurant and bar options near the hotel, so you do not need to get the car at night.

Value and clean but noisey

The Appartment was nice and clean, also very spacious, but the pool had all the sun beds reserved early on in the day and there just wasn't enough of them considering it was ore season. The area is pleasant but nothing much there if you have no car. The Hotel was also very noisey at night with 2 groups of people talking loudly or singing until about 1am.The guests all seemed to be Brits. It's very good value here but I won't be choosing this resort again .

Firstly i wish Hotels.com would get the name of this property correct.Its correct name is Be Smart Terrace Club Apts.Good stardard apts.Very clean with pleasant reception staff.The apt door lock was faulty but I was impressed that the receptionist had a workman up to repair it within an hour.All inclusive here is best described as light all inclusive.Nearest supermarket intermarche is a 10 minute walk up a hill to the main road.Very quiet area so don't expect bars opened after 12 midnight. Beach is just a 3 min walk.The living room couch was high and most uncomfortable. Be aware that there are no lifts/elevators here so if your on a high floor you will tire very easily.If you arrive after 12 midnight reception will be closed and your room details will be left in a white box outside reception door.Basic 3* property in reality.
There is a quality 4 star hotel called Pestana Viking about a 3 min walk away which has evening music entertainment.Italian restaurant nearby with sea view is grossly overpriced .

A huge apartment with all the facilities you need for a self catering holiday. Close to excellent coast walks and a lovely beach. (Steep climb down but worth it.) Good food nearby and a supermarket less han a mile away.

We went self catering here which I would not recommend at all as there really aren't a lot of places to eat nearby and the cooking faculties in the apartment are not suitable for preparing 3 meals a day (the microwave is the only thing that works well enough). The pool was nice and the nearby beach was but overall the hotel just didn't have a lot going on, the bar area was tiny and barely had enough seats for everyone. It possibly could have been due to the time of year we went though. The area the hotel was in was very quiet and seemed more residential than anything. I highly doubt we would return here.

Bored receptionist was made up for by more helpful person but result was poor start. Large plain room had separate kitchen dining which was nice and useful for family holiday. Dining facility was not three star. The Buffett looked awful, the room a shambles. We chose la carte, then waited 30 minutes for poor dinner.
This is a two star place tops.

Very \nPoor all inclusive

While the accommodation was spacious and clean, the restaurant was very disappointing. None of the food was labelled or even a menu on the restaurant door. Even if you asked what the food was no one could tell you because of the language barrier. One of our party lived on bread rolls and chips for the week and the rest of us lived on the soup. At least we could play guess the soup flavour each day and it was always watered down for the next sitting.

As food is a big part of the holiday experience it really ruined our time here and we ended up eating out at some great restaurants but at extra cost we had not accounted for.

The hotel is good for the price. But if you need comfort it might not be for you. Beds are not comfortable. They have two single beds and I stayed with my husband and we have to sleep separate. Not free wifi in the rooms. Good things are; It is close to a beautiful beach and the hotel's pool is good too.

Great Place to Stay and Feel at Home in the Algarv

We had a great time here. We had booked two single apartments and they upgraded us to a two bedroom with a wonderful beach view. We extended our stay because the room was so nice. The shower was hot with good water pressure, there was heat as it got chilly at night, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had a living room where we all hung out to eat and drink. The hotel is older but the value is wonderful and it was clean. The staff spoke english very well and were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great stay.

Had a great two nights in a cozy apartment that was well furnished with full kitchen ammenities. It was like I was staying in someone's apartment. Loved the little nick nacs. Super close to the beach and far enough away from town that you feel like your at a cottage. Very few other people this time of year (mid april) I quite liked that. I'd stay again...
Only thing was the bed was very squeaky. Wouldn't want that it I was there for a romantic get away ha!

Nice apartments close to the beach

We rented the 6 person (2 bedroom) apartment at the Terrace Club for two weeks. luckily, ours had a suburb sea view from one of the two balconies. Not all apartments are similar as a great many will either face the street or the pool area. Especially in the latter case, be prepared for the noise during the daytime (music!) and twice weekly activities (like karaoke) until midnight, but ours did not suffer from it. The apartment was very specious, had two bathrooms, kitchen, good firm beds. There is no airco, but the ceiling fans secure a good nights rest, especially since it also just cooled down nicely during the night.
The apartment did get cleaned every other day, and we regularly did get clean towels and bedding
There is plenty of parking space and a EuropeCar rental agency 5 mins from the complex.
The surroundings, i.e. reception, pool, bar, are all pleasant. The beautiful beach is a short pleasant 5 min walk away and connects via a short tunnel to a second beach which typically is more quiet. The atlantic ocean water was just perfect when we were there (end of july). There is a costal path connecting all the beaches and thus you can just walk to the next beaches easily.
There are sufficient restaurants/bars within walking distance, as well as two small grocery stores. Slightly further away (15 min walk) there is an fairly large InterMarche that sells nearly everything.

There are some comments (see below), but overall, we found it good value for money.

The hotel was away from the town centre, which was not a bad thing. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Building quality was the noisiest we have come across. The pool was good. Probably more suited to younger couples and families after a quiet holiday in the sun. Views from the pool area were good. The sea was at least 1 mile away.

Myself and my friend brought our two children (both aged 6) for a holiday in Armacao De Pero, we stay in the 2nd week in May so it wasn't the peak time. The hotel is 50 minutes away from Faro airport and you can get taxis or transfers to and back which the staff can organise for you. This by far is one of my favorite places to have stayed. For the price we paid for the stay we weren't expecting much but we were delighted to see that the hotel was more than we expected. The hotel itself was in a nice location, 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach I've ever been on and a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket, there is a lovely restaurant 5 mins from the hotel, it's on the beach front, great service and beautiful food well worth the try. On the grounds of the hotel there is two swimming pools, a small one for the kids and a big one for the adults, there is also a playground across from the pool so the kids were well occupied! There is also a cafe on the grounds. We were delighted with our apartment, it was bright airy and spacious but most importantly spotless! We had a lovely view of the pool as well. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to this hotel

Une semaine début mai très agréable . L’hôtel est bien situé conforme à la description. A 200m de deux jolies plages . Bonne base pour une visite de l’Algarve. Petit déjeuner buffet grandiose. Par contre la mer est très froide , difficile de se baigner . C’est le seul point négatif !!

Bien en générale. On a eu un grand appartement propre pour 3 personnes. On était deux et on a eu deux lits simples qu’on devait coller ensemble et qui se déplaceraient constamment.
C’était très grand, propre, changement de serviettes aux 2 jours.
Par contre on croyait que sur le site il y avait un endroit pour faire notre lavage, mais ils ont seulement un service quand même cher qui charge par morceau de linge. Par exemple une paire de jeans c’est peut-être 4 euros.
Il avait un petit café à côté très bien, un bar et des piscines. On avait aussi air climatisé.
Ce que nous avons aimé le moins est le bruit. On entend tout tout tout dedans et dehors. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’insonorisation. On était dans notre chambre porte fermée et porte d’entrée fermée . Notre chambre loin de l’entrée principale du bloc et quand les gens entraient à 3h du matin, pas moyen de ne pas se réveiller avec le bruit et l’écho.

Genereller Zustand ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig.
- Kühlschrank im Inneren total verrostet, Türgriff abgebrochen.
- Auf der Kühlschrankoberfläche war Schimmel
- Am Toilettendeckel war die Farbe total abgeschabt.
- An der Decke über der Badewanne war der Anstrich abgeblättert.
- Die Kochplatten und die Schaltplatte dazu total versifft.
- Das Geschirr machte einen ungereinigten Eindruck.
- Die Ausrüstung mit Geschirr war minimal
- Hotel insgesamt sehr hellhörig
Fazit: Nie wieder Be Smart Terrace Algarve
Expedia sollte diese Unterkunft nicht mehr anbieten.

Het was een mooie plrk in de Algarve. Het waren ruimen appartementen. En de kwaliteit van het eten was voor all inclusief niet slecht. De bedden zouden wat beter kunnen. En op zich waren de appartementen wel wat gehorig. Maar de locatie, de zwembaden en de verzorging rond de Convic-19 was goedgeorganiseerd. Het ontbij was goed met voldoende keus. A unidade que ficamos hospedados em especifico, deixou muito a desejar. A começar pela recepção do hotel, que não foi explicado devidamente como funcionava a questão da limpeza da unidade (4 dias depois do check-in, é que foi feita a primeira limpeza a nosso pedido). Depois, a questão de segurança. Qualquer quer um pode entrar e sair do prédio sem identificação alguma (aparentemente a porta estava quebrada). Já no apartamento, já nos decepcionou na questão do fogão, onde, das 4 bocas, só funcionava 1, se ligasse a segunda boca, a energia do apartamento caia. Havia inclusive um bilhete plastificado informando sobre a situação, ou seja, nem se preocuparam em reparar a estrutura elétrica, evitando transtornos aos hóspedes. Sobre a cozinha no geral, faltam utensílios básicos (copos, talhares, panos de prato, alguns tipos de eletro-domésticos, que fazem falta para uma família que tenha criança pequena, que foi o nosso caso. No berço que foi fornecido, não colocaram colchão, apenas uma manta fazendo função do colchão. A estrutura acústica das paredes horríveis, ao ponto de ouvir intimidades do casal vizinho. Persianas duras, enferrujadas e barulhentas. Porta sabonete no Box, caia toda hora. Na parte de lazer, poderiam disponibilizar mais opções para as crianças. Colocaram um parquinho muito ruim e precário. Nas piscinas, faltam cadeiras para os hospedes. Fora ainda a internet que é cobrado 20 euros. Não indicamos o hotel, porém, a localização foi a único ponto positivo.

A limpeza foi dia sim dia não, o apartamento estava bem composto do necessário, no entanto o mau foi mesmo a pescina muito pequena, com poucas espreguiçadeiras e sem chapéus de sol. A mais valia é poder ir a pé para praias próximas.

A due passi anche a piedi, da bellissime spiagge, questa struttura offre comfort e una piacevole esperienza in Algarve. Cucina equipaggiata con forno, bollitore e tostapane. Tutto perfettamente funzionante e pulito. Piscina molto bella. Scarsa la comunicazione con il personale che ci ha informato che il wifi era a pagamento mentre doveva essere incluso. Inoltre, non ci hanno fatto trovare né il telecomando del condizionatore né della TV, non sono comunque serviti. Turismo della zona tutto improntato sulla domanda anglosassone, lascia poco spazio al veramente tipico. Tutto sommato l'offerta per questa struttura è stata davvero conveniente, migliorando la comunicazione, potrei consigliarla.

El personal muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitábamos.

Gostámos bastante da estadia, da zona em que se encontram localizados os apartamentos, uma zona bastante tranquila, bonita, praias próximas. O único senão é apenas quando se retira o cartão que dá acesso à electricidade no apartamento, ele desliga também o frigorífico, o que não é muito conveniente pois estraga a comida que temos lá dentro como foi o caso da melancia que nos tínhamos lá que azedou.

Hotel d'un bon rapport qualité/prix

Arrivée tardive et quelques difficultés à trouver l'accueil ( beaucoup de rues sans nom donc pas évident la nuit meme avec GPS)
Très agréable surprise à la vue de l'appartement (très spacieux pour un seul couple avec terrasse , espace cuisine , rangements, salle de bain confortable, piscine bref un très bon rapport qualité/prix
A recommander aux amis et nous y reviendrons car le cadre est magnifique

16.05.17 Ausflug nach Portugal

Haben im Mai 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht . Ein schönes , günstiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Schlafzimmer wohn-, essbereich mit einer Küchenzeile die alles bietet was man braucht. Ein großes Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick fand ich sehr schön. Ein bad mit Wanne ( was nicht so toll war es gab kein Haarfön). Die fehlende Klimaanlage ersetzt der Deckenwentilator und sorgt für angenehme Luft (27-29C Außentemperatur).
Die Poolanlage ist schön und bietet genügend Platz zum entspannen.

Très bel hôtel près de la plage. On se croirait dans un tout-inclus. Les chambres sont grandes et la vue du balcon superbe. Par contre, le wifi n'est pas gratuit, sauf si vous êtes proches de la réception, et il n'y a que le minimum dans les chambres (pas de savon à vaisselle, savon à main, linge à vaisselle, etc.) Bon rapport qualité prix.

Günstiges und einfaches Hotel in Top Lage

Es war eigentlich alles echt perfekt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und alles andere war auch soweit gut. Nur als die Reinigung kam muss man sagen...sie hat sehr schlecht sauber gemacht. Vllcht weil wir im letzten Stock wohnten...aber dennoch fand ich es ungenügend. Und die Decken in den Betten waren z.T. mit Lõchern oder Flecken. Aber für den Preis hab ich nicht gemeckert. Dennoch könnten dies Kleinigkeiten sicherlich behoben werden.

Skønt sted og udsigt til have pool og hav

Super dejligt. Måske en ide at hotellet tilføjer at restauranten er lukket en bestemt sæson på året hvis nogen tænker det er praktisk den er der. Det meste er jo lukket ned i dette område denne tid af året.

Appart assez spacieux mais prestations de moyen de gamme. cuisine equipée.
mais petit equipement de cuisine (vaisselle) est minimaliste : juste suffisant pour quelques jours.
lits terriblement durs et peu confortables.
La clim manque terriblement. Piscine pas terrible et surchargée de monde.
La résidence n'est pas très calme, nombreux fêtards avinés qui hurlent la nuit.

Le séjour agréable quoique logement juste correct

Une belle vue sur la mer une belle plage l'appartement correcte mais toutefois pas du tout équipé un grand salon avec un seul sofa pour un appartement pour 4 personnes. Une vaisselle trés limite pas de four électrique d'achat que le prix était plutôt dans la gamme supérieure
