Guest arrive at all hours of the night making lots of noise in the lobby, which can also be heard from your room. Staff was incredible, friendly. Room was clean and the shower had great pressure. I give this property 4 stars based on an undesirable smell that comes from the bathroom or outside of it occasionally without use it. Other than that, customer service was excellent, and it was closer to my action area for a couple of days. If you go for a short period of time, it might be a good option.

In general it's ok, but teh staff at the beginning wasn't that friendly and there is a really bad welcoming way, I mean, there is no sign at the front about the hotel, you arrive and know nothing, it looks like some offices, there is a doorbell whichh seems to work but then you don't understand what to do to enter, the room's floor was dirty, the beds had some bugs that bite us, there is no fan or AC, the walls or sheetrock so be ready for some chat hearing outside your room, there are no curtains on the window so you get flashed by the automatic lights from the hallway, the pillows were very worn down, the tv works but they had no streaming service active, the only great thing was the shower, but in all honesty I wouldn't come back, well, the area is very noce to walk and go out eating as well but the decision remains.

The location of the hotel is great.
The rooms do not have air conditioning, no desk, insufficient place to put suitcases conveniently.
Biggest issue is manager at reception is largely inaccessible despite calling, texting. This became an issue when we wanted to check out one day early (we stayed 3 nights). We learned that only the manager can do refunds. She was not in hotel when she was supposed to be. She did not respond to calls. When we finally saw thel manager, she refused to refund us for 4th night even though we cleared the room, returned key and notified person at reception early in the morning on day of checkout.
The manager refused to call her manager, but eventually manager came. Jennifer lied about being at the hotel the day before but later admitted she was not there.
Too much hassle, nonsense. It is too bad as these issues could be addressed but no will to do so.

Can’t find where to enter
First of all, you can’t find the door to enter! There is no name of the hotel and the number is up high but not near the entrance door. It’s closer to a large driveway door. When I told them this, they just laughed and said yes, other guests have mentioned it also. I suggested they take a piece of paper and write the number on and tape it to the door bell. They just stand there and giggle. Luckily, they gave me a room on the first floor. My friend had to carry his suitcase up 3 flights of uneven stairs. I couldn’t find a light next to the bed. I asked at the front desk if they had a lamp, he said no. Later my friend told me that there is a lamp in the top of the headboard. The switch was on the other side of the bed. The guy at the front desk could’ve mentioned this. There was only 1 electric outlet, by the light switch.

I loved my stay. The hotel was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and nice. My room was spacious and quiet.Wifi worked great. Bathroom has rainfall showerhead and hot water worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!

I have no words to describe how we feel. Our limited vacation got even shorter after these people decided to overbook the hotel without letting those affected know on time to plan accordingly. I wont ever use or recommend expedia nor this hotel.

La limpieza del lugar muy bien!! Los chicos de recepción súper serviciales y muy atentos…..Pero sábanas percudidas y manchadas que daban un aspecto de no estar limpias, las toallas muy viejas, deshilachadas, rotas y percudidas. Mi estancia estaba programada para dos días, lo acorté a una por esa situación.

El primer problema fue la recepción del personal, nos atendió un joven gordito de lentes al que le pedí que me indicara si había baño en lo que hacíamos el registro y me comentó que si pero que era del personal que ahi laboraba, es la primera vez en todos mis viajes que me dan acceso al baño a regañadientes. El segundo aspecto fue el ruido, se escucha absolutamente todo por lo que a las 630 ya nos habian despertado por los ruidos de otros huéspedes, en tercer lugar no tiene una cortina oscura por lo que a primera hora entra la luz y también afecta tu sueño, si quieres descansar y ser tratado bien esta no es tu opción, ojalá los dueños tomen cartas en el asunto y solucionen estos aspectos.

Terrible, o como dicen por allí: solo hubo humo y espejitos pero cuando entré a mi habitación supe que algo no estaba bien (y ese \"algo\" resultó ser todo).
Puedo decir, sin temor a equivocarme, que ha sido el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado en 55 años de vida y créanme cuando los digo que he ido desde los más caros, hasta los más baratos.
La recepción que se muestra en la fotografía, y la regadera/presión del agua fue lo único rescatable de ese infernal sitio...en verdad me duele decir esto, pero no hay de otra y demás potenciales huéspedes merecen una honesta opinión.

El alojamiento en general es muy bonito. La chica de la Recepción es muy amable, atenta y accesible.
El único inconveniente es que, como mencionan en otros comentarios, desafortunadamente por la construcción de tablaroca, los sonidos se escuchan en todo el hotel. Me tocó escuchar a una persona con su alarma a las 4:30 am y no la apagaba.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente ya que hay diversos comercios y lugares para visitar, (caminando, en bici, en transporte publico o privado); en cuestión de precio muy accesible, el hotel es pequeño pero me agrado lo acogedor y tranquilo, la habitación limpia y agua muy caliente al bañarse uno; con buena presión... muy sencillo todo pero es apto para descansar. En la habitación que estuve sin tema alguno de ruido... dormi bien...
El personal de recepción muy atento y ágil en el check in al igual que en el check out...

Me gustó mucho el lugar y estaba muy cerca de restaurantes a los que se puede llegar a pie. La zona es muy bonita y me sentí segura. Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle y si se oía algo de ruido ya por la mañana cuando empieza el movimiento, personalmente no me impide dormir pero es algo a tener en cuenta
