The hotel is in a great, central location. The apartment was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Some reviews mentioned loud construction noise, but we didn’t hear any. I would definitely stay again.

La temperatura durante toda mi estancia dentro de la habitación era de 12 a 15 grados y estuve muy incómodo…yo no tolero el frío y reservé esta estancia porque ofrecían específicamente “calefacción” en las amenidades. Nos encantó nuestra estadía. Limpieza, amplitud, comodidad, excelente servicio del staff. Que práctico fue tener un espacio tipo apartamento. Está localizado en un punto excelente para caminar hacia diversos restaurantes, el bosque de Chapultepec, etc nos sentimos seguros y cómodos. La cama y almohadas era perfectas. Whoever is leaving reviews about this property, must be getting paid by the property. The service was poor at best. We asked for towels, and they outright said no. They told us to use the same ones until we leave. Our sheet were never changed, so I ask to have them changed, and they said no, but here are some sheet for you to do it yourself. The electricity went out several times. WHAT A DISASTER OF A HOTEL, IF YOUWANT TO CALL IT THAT!!!

Property was nice and well maintained I loved the free laundry and the included coffee and snacks at front desk. The rooms were decent size although the layout was a bit strange did not like having to enter closet to enter restroom, also the air conditioner had limits. Overall the experience id say was an 8/10 would stay there again, I was really said when I did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine listed on the booking page.

This is a really nice little boutique apartment type residence. It is a really good value and is in a most wonderful section of Mexico City. We were thoroughly impressed with everything about it except for the laundry facilities. Someone had used the washers and dryers before us and left something in them that ruined one of my white blouses. Use the laundry facilities if you absolutely have to, but be careful. The first laundry that we did came out fine but when we did our laundry at the end of our week, stay, the washers had gotten polluted with something. Period just not well maintained.

The location was excellent and very clean. Only thing was the lack of response to my question of parking availability. I’m glad we opted not to rent a car and used the Turibus bus service to tour around it was easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación ya que es súper céntrico, a una cuadra de Av Reforma. Las instalaciones están bien mantenidas, la atención de Angélica muy buena, lo único que no me deja calificar con la máxima puntuación fueron 2 temas puntuales:
1. El piso de las habitaciones no se limpiaba a diario sino únicamente se hacía la cama y se sacaba la basura. Esto es importante decirlo porque hay trabajos estructurales dentro del edificio y otros que colindan con el mismo, por lo que los pisos están llenos de tierra y es evidente.
2. Tuvimos un incidente dado que habíamos comido pesado y esto llevó a mi esposo a vomitar durante la madrugada. A la mañana siguiente se me hizo saber que yo debía lavar la toalla en la que había caído vómito, situación que no deja de sorprenderme dado que las toallas no estaban bien conservadas (más efectivo hubiera sido botarla) y me parece ilógico que se me pida meter una sola toalla en la lavadora con detergente, cuando es exactamente eso, voltear la funda que contenía la toalla en la lavadora y vertir el detergente. A mi no se me quita nada en hacerlo, pero quisiera saber qué hubiera pasado si mi hijo de 2 años hubiera mojado la sábana durante la noche, también hubiera tenido que lavarla yo?.

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay at Grand Chapultepec. The security staff were friendly and helpful as were the front desk staff. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The condo itself was fine and housekeeping was good.However there was a renovation project going on below and made noise from 8 am until 7 pm every day. Also there was a demolition going on next door and there was a lot of dust around and in the property. The only advantage was the location next to the park.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and they never did cleaning even after I requested it. I also informed hotels.com and they did nothing. Overall bad experience due to lack of cleanliness. In additions supposedly pastries and cafe are included but they only set them up Friday morning and none of the other days and the pastries was literally 1 cookie. The reservation was for 2. Also the lobby was completely closed on Saturday and I was just able to talk to a staff member because she was walking by. Even after telling her about the need for cleaning she sent no one to clean and just said I should have complain earlier.

The property is well located, just one block to Main reforma street. Unfortunately there was a construction and there was a little bit of noise. The apartment is nice and have everything you need. The A/C of the main room was not working and I had to sleep open door to let the living room A/C climate the main room. That’s the only incidence I had. Besides that, everything went well.

It is a great and comfortable place. The staff is very helpful and nice. The only complain I have is that in the information provided for Expedia it is stated that coffee and pastries were served every morning. To clarify that: they do offer tea and coffee after 8 am when the ladies from the office arrive on working days. There were no pastries available in any of the days I was able to get coffee.

Ended up having to leave before staying the night because the room I booked was not at all what was pictured or even what the reviews reflected. The room I was given was very dusty, no utensils in the kitchen, one pan and missing silverware. Upon checking in you’re given a notice that anything missing from the room or anything damaged would be an immediate charge. No list of par for the room is given so you could be charged for anything. The bed was dirty with hair and stains. The pillows had a light cover on them but underneath were yellow. The bathroom had a missing window. I honestly might have stayed but what was really the problem was safety. There was no indoor locks so you couldn’t lock the main door while you were in the room. While we were “checking in” (the lobby closes at 6pm) with the security guard ( who was extremely nice and helpful) I noticed a man in a white truck taking pictures of us. It was something I had never experienced or thought too much about but putting everything together that night, we had to leave and book something else to stay the night.

The staff in administration and housekeeping and 2 at the front door were great people to talk to and get information about anything. There was one guy that works in the front door that wasn’t explaining the information correctly about the parking and we got the “boot” or wheel locked due to us not paying a parking meter at a certain time frame but overall it was a great apartment to stay in. Just let housekeeping to really sweep.

I don't understand why they have a receptionist if she's always directing us to go talk to the guard about everything from requesting clean towels to requesting a cab for an early flight, to asking information about restaurants. 4 people were in one room (2 adults, 2 children 6 y/o and 7 m/o). After 2 days of not having any towel changed I placed it on the floor with the intent that it would be changed. The cleaning lady took the same towel and placed it over the door so it would get dry, disgusting! Since it was a Friday, when we returned they were gone and when I request a clean towel to the guard he says that they cleaning ladies take the keys, therefore, I can't get clean towels. On top of that, they wouldn't return until Tuesday because it was a holiday. What kind of hotel that caters to tourism does not have maid service every day. The pictures are VERY deceiving. If you are not 5' tall and 130 lbs, do not think of staying here. The bathroom is very small, they shower head shoots water everywhere because it has not been cleaned. I was very disappointed at the service.
