Love, love, love Kukun. Over the past 6 months I have probably stayed in a Kukun property for 2 of those months. The staff is great! The rooms are nice! Amenities are great. We loved having the Jacuzzi on the roof in this kukun!
There were some people complaining about noise, but it's not too bad. One night in 10 I heard a little noise. But c'mon it's zona rosa in Mexico City. Isn't a little noise expected?

I have stayed in a Kukun property in CDMX many times. I really like the properties and especially the staff. Very good place to stay!

Don't stay here. I had trouble getting in because the host mistyped the code on the most recent message. The system also nags you to create a Kukun account. I could never get it to work because it sent whatsapp messages and not SMS even though it said SMS messages would be sent. I never received them on my USA number nor my Mexican number.
The floorplan looked great in the dollhouse image but wasn't very functional. The televisions hang from the ceiling and located in the walkway to smack your head. The door to the bedroom is hinged on the wrong side. If you walk from the main side of the bed and the door is open, the door edge will hit you in the face.
Most streetside rooms in Mexico City are noisy. This is the noisiest location I've ever stayed. You'll have to sleep with ear plugs unless you are deaf.
There is not enough kitchen counter space, and the electric outlets are not in convenient locations. The couch is not comfortable.

Elevator wasn’t working during our whole stay, shower had many problems that led us to changing rooms and just a bunch of inconveniences that make our stay not good

The room was nice, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The elevator had been out for two weeks before we arrived and remained out for the week we were there. We saw no attempt to repair it. The climb to our 3rd floor (US 4th) was steep. The thin CDMX air made it harder. We never usde the common spaces, roof deck, hot tub etc. as they were on the 7th floor. The street noise is intermittent sirens.

This is possibly one of the worst experiences I have had while traveling. I had booked a room with a balcony, but when we got to the room it was on the second floor where anyone somewhat athletic could climb onto the balcony. Not to mention the lock on the balcony door didn't work so anyone could open it from the outside. It was also extremely loud at all times because there is a nightclub/bar across from the location and the rooms had no soundproofing. After getting no sleep and complaining for 3 nights, we were able to get moved up to the 6th floor. Wilson, the concierge, was the only helpful person during our stay. However, the 6th floor also had its problems. Only the rooms with beds have actual blackout shades, so if you are planning on having someone sleep on the pullout couch it is very hard because it is very bright. Also, neither of the rooms had remotes that worked for the TVs. Not to mention how thin the walls are, you can hear everything in the hallway from your room. Overall terrible experience, and would not recommend to anyone.

I would recommend this place for a couple or a small family. We loved the area and really appreciated the safe access to the building.
The only complain is that they had two huge televisions but no remotes! When we asked we were told the reason they weren’t any was because people kept taking them. If you don’t want to give out remotes, then don’t advertise TV’s or at least give a discount. We were there for 5 nights with an 11yo who couldn’t watch anything.
They are not that expensive, I’m sure they could be replaced easily.

And it was very inconvenient having to beg the security guy for blankets/sheets/utensils which he would hesitate to give us or take pictures of what he was handing us (very annoying). Oh and asking the security guy for trash bag to take out the trash because you don’t have room service until you've stayed for 6-7days. It was just annoying that for the price this apartment was mediocre and missing a lot of stuff.
Would I stay there again Nooo. Surely you can find something more reasonable and nicer. I think for the price not worth it.

Great location. Walking distance to many sites and amenities. We felt very safe for our entire stay. Units are clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the roof top terace and hot tub, especially after long days of exploring the city. It was a bit noisy from the street but it didnt bother us (recommend putting on a white noise app if needed). We had a great stay and hope to be back again soon!

Terrible experience, not recommended at all. ZERO. They have NONE customer service oriented. Apparently, their only mission is to charge double or even triple charges for using a dirty room, with excessive heat and a lot of noise around. Their staff is trained not to provide any service to the guest. Regrettable.

3.) The mattress is awful! Our mattress is lopsided; One side was normal and the second side was sagging in. Mattress offered no support and was firm (or maybe past-due its lifespan). Pillows were not comfortable at all.
4.) Jacuzzi temperature was Luke-warm. I would have preferred hotter water.

We loved our stay at Casa Londres! Great location, very walkable to nearby restaurants and sightseeing. Quiet area, but just a short walk down it's a more lively neighborhood. Our room was nice, spacious, and clean. Staff was always friendly and welcomed and always greeted with a smile. Don't miss out on the tacos across the street by the 7/11!!

The staff was wonderful! We were there for a week. Had a 7 eleven across the street for whatever we needed. You could hear the music from the bar across the street at night but didn't bother us at all. The washing machine was a life saver! Wish we would have spent more time on the terrace and jacuzzi. The staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Karla and Amado are truly wonderful. Every request I had, they took with a smile and made sure to fulfill.
The room was really nice, clean and with all the amenities i need it. Location was great and super accessible. The only issue i had was with some.basic stuff like garbage bags, which i had to ask for every night, or the extra towels or blankets and sheets i needed for the sofa bed. The bathroom would benefit from extra hooks. Other than that, i would definitely come back.

The place was easy to find, it has a great location. I think overall it was a good option except it is located close to a nightlife area and I could hear the loud music from the clubs until 5 am.
