The first room we were given had mold on the wall and ceiling of the bedroom. The second room had poor wifi reception. Both had comfortable beds. We expected 'free breakfast' but it was only coffee, dry bread, and a few small pieces of fruit. The restaurant/reception area had good wifi but was really cold in the mornings. The location was good - only two blocks from the main central square complex.

No electrical outlets in room made for difficulty charging computer and phone. Free breakfast voucher was not explained to mean bread and coffee only, until after already eaten.
Bathroom so small had to sit sideways on toilet to go. Not recommended for tall people. Staff very friendly and helpful

The location was really good but that was about it. There was supposedly continental breakfast included but that was just black coffee or herbal tea with some cut up slices of bread. The service was poor.

Quiet and central

Had to upgrade to get enough space, but larger room was excellent. Breakfast terrible but lots of cheap cafés. Whole place was cold, winter in San Cristóbal, but everybody pretends it's warm. Take a puffer jacket! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Right on downtown but expected more.

The hotel is well located however the rooms are in need of paint and some bathroom fixes. There are no heaters on the rooms so it gets pretty cold during te night if you want to go to the bathroom. Overall the service and staff of a great job cleaning and making the rooms look good but the hotel needs to invest some money to make it look pretty or at least decent. I would definitely not stay there agin unless it gets so remodeling In the rooms

The hotel staff was friendly, The rooms were small, no air conditioning, the bathrooms were tiny, hardly room to move, but at least there was plenty of hot water. Limited WiFi, only in the hallways, and the only electrical outlets were in the bathroom, and difficult to use for re-charging phones and electronic devices unless you had an extension cord.

Nice hotel. Bad luck?

The hotel is nice, the staff very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as expected and the bathroom stank, something must have been broken in the toilet. Maintenance is needed.

Overall very good.

Only a few bad points. Could not provide us with a little boiling water to fill a hot water bottle. Several of the rooms including ours were very near conference facilities or public areas although I must saw this did not cause an issue on our stay could you could imagine the noise being bad at busy times. No heating in room but this is pretty standard for san cris and beds were well covered but mattressed old. No vents in bathroom not good after shower. In all very clean rooms, lots of hot water in the shower, good selection of tv channels, friendly staff, very central location and handy with parking. On our experience a good one.

Beautiful tropical garden setting - need to learn

The hotel has a beautiful, well-tended tropical garden setting on the ground floor. Our reservation was in place when we arrived. Our room, although small, was clean, as was the bathroom. Hot water was good and hot. San Christobal can get very cold at night, but there was no heating in the room, so consequently we froze - it was quite unpleasant, and we had to wear many layers of clothing and jackets to try & get warm. The hotel needs to look at the standard of service not only in amenities, but in the attitudes of some staff. I went to reception to ask for another glass (2 people in the room - need 2 glasses) - I was told in no uncertain terms by the man in reception that I could not have one until the following day. A minor irritation, and one shared glass. When by the end of the following day we still only had one glass, the man in reception grudgingly promised one in 5 minutes, and eventually one arrived. It wasn't so much the fact of only having one glass, but the attitude of the staff member, who couldn't have cared less. We asked for some laundry to be done, and this proved to be a major drama, as though no-one had ever asked for this before, and they didn't know what to do. However the young lady at reception at this time was very helpful, and after a surprising number of phone calls and R/T calls this was eventually arranged. The hotel does not have a bar, and the restaurant only appears to serve breakfasts.
This hotel has great potential, but needs to polish up the level of service and amenities, otherwise it will not rise to the level that it could attain.

Good quality and low price for San Cristobal, need more comfort though

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Some rooms however are too dark and cold (no air conditioned). After two chilly nights my wife and I requested to be changed into another room. Fortunately one triple room in the third floor was available and our stay improved a great deal when morning light entered through windows.

Hice la reserva x medio de expedia app, y al llegar al hotel me dicen que NO hay reserva a mi nombre que no hay contrato con expedia para realizar cobros; me hicieron esperar 30min para que solucionaran el problema y me dieran mi habitacion; la cual no era como las fotos, el baño estaba en muy mal estado.
Al estar dentro de mi habitacion llegaron a mi cuarto abrieron sin tocar la puerta para hacer la limpieza.
Al solicitar apoyo para pedir un taxi la respuesta fue negativa, al decir que ellos no ofrecen ese servicio.

Aunque los pasillos y el área de recepción están limpios, es muy distinto en las habitaciones, especialmente en la ropa de cama. Las sábanas y las almohadas huelen mal, como si no hubieran sido lavadas luego del huésped anterior. El aseo del baño también es muy deficiente. Las toallas están todas deshilachadas. Los colchones están viejos e incómodos. El \"desayuno\" incluido es una broma, es solo mal café y pan frío.

Es un fraude las habitaciones no se parecen en lo más mínimo a la fotografía, encontré basura debajo de las camas, los enchufes eléctricos no sirven ni el teléfono de las habitaciones, el portón del estacionamiento lo tiene que abrir y cerrar el huésped, no cuentan con una mesita para colocar las aletas ni con closets, nefasto; y por si fuera poco exigen pago por anticipado, No lo recomiendo ni regresaría a hospedarme aunque me pagarán!

Se quedaron con un jabón de cuerpo y un desmaquillante. Fueron a hacer la limpieza y se lo llevaron, por desgracia nos dinos cuenta cuando ya no estábamos ahí. Por otra parte las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, no son como se muestran en las fotos en cuanto al tamaño.

Hace poco visite San Cristóbal de Las Casas y tuve la oportunidad de hospedar en este hotel, cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones cómodos, personal muy amable y sobre todo cuenta con una excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Old hotel and room far from description online. Bathroom was merely a black hole and I found random hairs around... the shower head was rusty, I didn't even dare taking a shower. Overpriced considered the decadent conditions of the room, traffic and every single noise to be heard.

エクスペディアのサイトには空港送迎と書かれてあったが、電話しか連絡手段がなく、時間帯が合わないのでエクスペディアに連絡し、ホテルからメールで連絡を貰った
結局、ホテル独自の空港送迎サービスはなかった
また、部屋の鍵が非常にかかりにくく
鍵がその１つしかなかったので
同行者の不安もあり、宿泊先を変更した
ホテルはまだ改装中で日中は工事の音がかなり響く

Está descuidado en lo que respecta a pintura , la TV no funciona por malas conexiones , focos mal estado , lampara rota bueno un desastre . Y falta mucha limpieza en Baño .
Además cierran la puerta a las 12 pm pero no te avisan .
Hay un Barecito a un lado y se escucha la música hasta las 6 am no deja dormir

It is the first time I leave a negative review but it deserves it. First the hotel was under renovation and we were not warned. We arrived and all the floors were being removed, you could imagine the dust and the noise as well as literally jumping from a lot of rubble to a lot of rubble towards the room. Second, the room was very small, the door was stopped by the bed when opening and there was no electricity connector in the room, there was one in the bathroom so they lent us an extension so we could charge the cell phone and video camera at the same time. Third, and this is the main reason of my bad review is that the bathroom was filthy, beyond dirty, mildew on all walls, on the toothbrush holder everywhere! (See photos) I understand this is a modest and ancient city but that has nothing to do with cleanliness. It was awful, I could not even think of taking a shower there.
The good part is that I approached the reception lady and she was kind enough to offer us a room in another hotel, a few blocks away, that was from the same owner, we went to check it out and it was perfect! I will leave a positive review in that hotel. That made my experience less negative, they offered a solution, thank you.

Zona centralissima e comoda per raggiungere i servizi e le zone di interesse della città, pulito ordinato e comodo. La pecca grossa dell'hotel è la colazione che viene descritta come \"continentale\" mentre in realtà vengono offerti solo caffè, acqua per il thè, una spremuta d'arancia e un po' di pane, se vuoi mangiare veramente devi ordinare alla carta a pagamento. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile anche se fondamentalmente i servizi offerti sono molto pochi.

El Hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, su personal es muy amable, las habitaciones aunque no son lujosas pero son cómodas y limpias.
El desayuno Americano que ofrecen es muy limitado, pero por un costo muy bajo sirven desayunos muy sabrosos.

Agradable y la habitación limpia. Desafortunadamente la primera noche se escuchó la lavadora y secadora del hotel funcionar hasta casi la media noche y la segunda noche un grupo de adolecentes hospedados en la habitación vecina llegaron borrachos y haciendo un gran escandalo. Sugiero ser más cuidadosos con las normas del hotel en cuanto al respeto a los huespedes y no lavar durante la noche.

NO RECOMENDABLE

No me agradó para nada este hotel, la habitación que me asignaron era muy pequeña apenas se podía caminar alrededor de la cama, el baño también era muy pequeño de tal manera que al sentarme en el excusado mis rodillas tocaban la pared, el agua de la regadera tibia, nunca calentó, la ventana del baño no tenía pasador y tenía orificios por donde se podía ver de afuera hacia dentro. El costo de la habitación con la promoción de HOTELES.COM fué 826.00 precio promedio en SAN CRISTOBAL por lo que lo elejimos pero pienso que por ese importe hubieramos encontrado una mejor opción. También hacer mención que las fotografías del portal no corresponden en su mayoría con lo que yo ví. Sin duda NO lo recomiendo y no volvería a regresar.

Lo bueno del hotel es que está cerca del centro y es económico, ya que mi idea era sólo llegar a dormir porque estuvimos conociendo Chiapas estuvo ok. Las habitaciones están bien, sin embargo, les hace falta que les den mantenimiento general a los baños y coloquen almohadas más cómodas

No es cierto. Solo te incluyen cafe, un mini jugo y medio bolillo duro.

Pesimo. Que mal que oferten algo que no cumplan o que no especifiquen.

Si quieres fruta, huevos u algun otro platillo, tienes que pagar addicional.
Pero lo peor, es que no tienen, o te dicen que ya se les agoto. Lo cual es mentira.

Sinceramente recomiendo pagar un poco mas por una mejor opcion. El agua salio fria el segundo dia.
