Good breakfast ,the hotel was approximately 6 minute walk from the nearest station...if you are a light sleeper you will be awoken by the trains flying past the hotel .I was woken up 1 night by them and I'm a deep sleeper .

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Max. The location was perfect with U and S bahn stations all within a 10 min walk. A variety of restaurants are also within walking distance as is the main shopping street where KaDeWe is located. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food options, though the hot selection could offer something different daily. However, I would recommend this hotel as there were more positives than negatives.

Having stayed at other Hampton Hilton hotels I knew what to expect - a room with curtains that shut completely and a clean, modern, slight premium feel and a very good breakfast. With a comfortable sofa and a good range of TV channels, you can’t complain, it’s like a home away from home.

The only improvement would be to put domes over the hot food in the breakfast hall so the scrambled eggs and such stay hot or warm.

The property was good but the noise was terrible. The train literally passes by next to the property. Then the my room was facing the street and you can hear the cars outside. Hotel was decent, good size rooms and clean.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean with very nice decor. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious (had booked an accessible room). Bathroom didn't have a shower seat included, not a huge issue for us but may be for some travellers. Despite having a room at the front, couldn't hear passing trains or traffic at all, which was great.

The bed was very hard and the springs noisy. Every time you moved it creaked. The sliding glass door to the bathroom clinked and the bathroom light was so bright, it lit up the room during the night. We were 3 adults and it was very tight, glad we were only staying 1 night. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is basically brand new so everything is clean and well looked after. The location in Charlottenburg was very convenient with good transport links. We were travelling with a toddler so the rooms are small, but the lobby offered a lot of space for the kid to walk around and explore.

I recommend the property add more storage for clothes (shelves or a dresser), as well as a small safe in rooms.

On top of it, I Must compliment the reception team that was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young gentleman who welcomed us upon checking in.
The only two things I consider as a Feedback not as a complaint are The only eggs options in the breakfast buffet is scrambled egg or boiled egg And in terms of the room Defect there was no min. Or refrigerator. It’s not a big issue and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody

Everything was ok. The bed was super stiff. For the amount that we paid I just would have preferred a free more amenities. The breakfast was good. There was no where to do laundry, you had to pay for it instead of just going and doing it yourself, I prefer to wash my under clothing. Cleaning staff was great and very friendly. Front desk not so much. I even observed a cleaning staff member tell a front desk member honoring. She just looked at him and looked away like he was beneath her.

Please be in mind the train tracks into Zoogarten station are right next door to the hotel, so if your room is on the side of the train tracks, you will not be able to open your window as the trains are very loud. Even with the window closed I could still hear the trains passing by. I asked to be moved to another room for the rest of my stay, but for the first night I could not sleep, trains too loud.

This was our second stay here, and we really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. We overlooked the S Bahn but it wasn’t very noisy and I quite liked the hum of the trains. Breakfast was lovely. The in,y slight minus is that the minus didn’t refill out teas and coffees in our room well, so we had to keep getting more from reception, but apart from that it was great. Beds super comfy

On the negative side:
- no room safe
- no suitcase rack or space for suitcases in room

I had an Expedia confirmation that showed I changed the name on one of the room reservations for a colleague of mine. However, the hotel cancelled the original reservation automatically and forced my colleague to pay more. Also, the key cards don’t work half the time. Another great stay at the Hampton. At the price range I enjoy the facilities including the breakfast.
Rooms are fairly equipped. However not suitable for business connectivity as there is no international plug points or Ethernet connectivity hence the great rating overall and not excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, informative and very helpful. The hotel is located in an area close to many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Two metro stops are within a less than 7 minute walk from the hotel and provide easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The included breakfast is wonderful with lots of different options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again!
