Nice hotel, interesting, a bit different and very well situated. Staff were great. Only issues were (1) the room/suite we were given was directly below the rooftop restaurant…there was a lot of residual noise that would have been a problem if we weren’t jet lagged, and (2) the restaurant itself which was chaotic disorganized and unacceptably slow when we dined there.

No easy access to gym, hard to move around with luggage carpet. Requiring deposit to be charged as opposed to authorization like 99% of hotels causes unnecessary fees that change your rate per night and caused us to cancel and look for better alternatives. London is full of hotels around the same area that are more transparent on fees. Deposit process should be highlighted when booking as the advertised fee is not what i ended up paying. Difference of approx $20 per night. Doesn’t work for families on a budget.

The room was spacious, beautiful decorated with fun accessories and very clean. The temperature control was good too. . We had a gorgeous view on the city and we loved those benches to look at the sunset. Great ambiance lighting but so many light switches we kept clicking on everyone to find the right one. The bed and duvet were so comfortable. I’m not a fan of the interior window between the bedroom and the shower/toilet, even if it had a curtain it’s a little weird. I did appreciate the nespresso machine but would have loved a kettle in the room as well. The mini bar was full but we always appreciated a little space to put our own things. Maybe a heated rack in the bathroom would be a good addition as it was a little cold after a shower.

A very sweet room. We asked for a quiet room so we had a view from 9th floor. Most of the time it was quite. Sometimes we could hear running water or steps from other rooms.
Two first mornings the water in the shower was not hot at all. Staff tried to help. It was great at our last morning,staff gave us refund

Location was great, staff were ok, the biggest complaint I have is the amount of noise. I like to sleep in and could hear the sound of the underground passing underneath us every minute of so through my pillow and we were on the 10th floor. Bed was ok, it was kinda hard an I had a hard time sleeping here.

I also didn't like the 5% service charge message they send you right after booking. Its discretionary and I had it removed but its still nonsense you have to go through that.

Lovely plant decorations around the hotel, which create a very nice atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my security deposit. A holding charge was placed on my account on 25 September, but it was not released until 25 October — only after I called to query it. The advisor I spoke to wasn’t able to explain why the charge had not been automatically reversed. If I hadn’t checked my account, I wouldn’t have known that the security deposit was still being held.

Nice spot for business stay in SoHo. Small but nice and clean rooms. Only complaint was that restaurant was closed for a private event on my last night and I didn’t see that communicated. There are few later night dining options (after 8:30 pm) open in the area. Great spot otherwise and restaurant has a great view.

I just thought the price per night was too much for what you had to offer and I was only there for 1 night. Also their was a cute paddington stuffed toy with a message on it that read. Please take care of him. It took care of him and he showed me around London and I got charged for taking him home. $26USD. You’d expect him to be free since the sign said to take care of him and the room cost $670 usd per night

Staff was very friendly and helpful given the uniqueness of the elevators and room key and water. The whole place has the tree house theme and the bar and restaurant are decked out in the tree theme. Our room included breakfast and it was very good. The dining room for breakfast is very nice. The bathrooms even have a great view of the skyline. We only stayed here 1 night but I would stay here again for sure.

5% try on service charge for a room fully paid

Rooms very small, service at the bar lousy. To cap it all they charged a 5% accommodation service charge on a bill that was fully paid through Hotels.com. Nothing was mentioned when we checked out. What a complete rip off.

I got a refund for the service charge but only after insisting. They had the cheek to try and justify it / embarrass me it to accepting it.

The TV in the room did not work!
I it kept shutting down on it's own every few seconds/minutes.
We wanted to watch TV in bed and were unable.
No water in the room!
At a hotel at this libel, charging over $500 a night, you expect a 1$ water bottle near your bed!
Breakfast fast at the rooftop restaurant was amazing!
Good was great and the view was incredible!
Nice hotel, very nice are but not really worth the money.

A wonderful hotel

We had such a lovely stay at the Treehouse Hotel London. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel special. Our room was delightful — beautifully designed with a cozy window nook offering fantastic views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. The shower was equally impressive — relaxing and just what we needed after a day out in London.

We also enjoyed drinks and dinner at the rooftop bar, The Nest. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and again, the staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, with stunning panoramic views.

Breakfast at Madera, the hotel’s restaurant, was another highlight. The food was fresh and flavorful, the views were gorgeous, and the staff were just as helpful and welcoming as everywhere else in the hotel.

A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the thoughtful surprise of flowers and strawberries in our room to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a kind gesture and really showed the attention to detail the hotel offers.

Overall, I would 100% recommend Treehouse Hotel London to anyone looking for a unique, stylish, and friendly place to stay in the city. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic hotel !

We stayed at the Treehouse for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. A few minutes from Oxford Street. Great coffee shops very close by. We initially stayed in the Loft room which is a good size. however we had Room 1409 which was below the restaurant/night club and the noise was very bad . The music was very loud and you could hear chairs being scraped and moved along the floor all the time. The hotel was very good and moved us to another room which was smaller but much better. They also reduced our cost as the room was smaller and gave us an extra discount to compensate us. The staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely a great hotel to stay in when visiting London. Just make sure you dont get a room below the restaurant!!

Horrible..! I rang the hotel to discuss views from all the rooms - They lied to me about the room description before I booked. Even after arrival they again insulted me by saying the room I had booked was not available (When it clearly showed 2 left on Expedia website/App).

Never a 4* & best a 2-3* and that’s me being generous.

I advise other potential future guests to be careful of this hotel - I promise the views shown are a sham and all you’ll see is the road (regent street and the construction workers/scaffolding's ) and other guests on their balconies staying at other neighbouring properties!!!

Won’t be staying here again

Had some issues checking in, managed to sort it, as me and my partner was being intimate a worker walked in to our room, seeing us in a compromising position, you can imagine my horror, I no longer felt comfortable being there, or leaving anything of value behind when I went out, I could hear the music from 15th floor most of the night it was very loud baring in mind I am also half deaf and was on the 12th floor, it kept me up, and by the time it all stopped I could no longer sleep..room has a few retro toys for kids, like a small Paddington bear, looks complimentary but they are NOT its priced at £60, only plus side most of the staff was friendly and the view was good

I regret not booking more time at the treehouse. Likely one of my favourite stays of all time. I can’t say enough good things about it!! From the lobby to each corner and space .. the smell of the place (sandalwood), the mints, the room decor.. the beds were the most comfortable I’d been in since I left home.. breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good and strong. I’m enchanted and I wish I could have stayed longer.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. It’s the perfect location. We were able to walk to knotting hill, London eye, tower bridge, the palace, borough market, Piccadilly Circus, china toen and so much more. You are so accessible to multiple underground entries as well. Medera for lunch was our most expensive meal and Just didn’t hit the mark for us. We flew in from the states 7/8 hr flights arriving on a Saturday. We had a room ready, so great but later on a DJ was playing on the floors above until 11:30. We were on 14. That made the next day of our trip start way late - we were exhausted and were I bed by 8 only to not be able to sleep. The staff was accommodating and while they didn’t have rooms that night they did offer the next day, we chose not too because that process itself is annoying and we were told there wouldn’t be a DJ. The next nights were fine but loud in the AM you could hear footsteps constantly from up there, that was our ONLY issue but quite a frustrating one as it did effect our sleep which is the most important when traveling travel. Mondays they have a routine 11 am fire alarm testing - we weren’t informed so we popped out of bed after finally being a little adjusted just to find out that its routine. We asked why they didn’t tell us and were informed “it’s on a note in your room”. Over all our stay was fantastic, the staff was SO WONDERFUL so welcoming, I would stay again if the price was the best just not on the 14th floor.

After a slightly disastrous attempt to stay at another hotel we made a very last minute booking at transferred here and it was the best de vision! Rooms are great for all ages and fun for those that travel with kids. Our room was on the 13 floor and the views of the city were impressive and really magical. Food and cocktails on the roof bar were great and again impressive roof top views! Perfectly located for London shops and tourist attractions but nicely tucked away on a quieter street so it felt secluded and safe when venturing out! Thank you for a great stay

The daily home-style mince pies in the lobby were such a comforting treat. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, and the front desk staff were fantastic. Treehouse is in a great location. It’s a quirky place (feels like it might be trying a bit too hard sometimes with all the stuffed animals and cuckoo clocks etc. the room was very nice AND had a great view of the Langham. The restaurant, too, had a lovely view as it is 15 stories up. Front desk service was friendly and tube is nearby.

Everything was perfect. From the manager to the cleaning staff and everyone in between they couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. 3 great restaurants and the room was awesome, great view. Hotel is dead square in the middle of everywhere you want to go. Great location.
Very upscale and safe area , at 2 AM on the street felt safer than at home. A 4 star hotel rating is well deserved.

Cute and cozy boutique hotel. Stayed one night for a long layover and it was close to a restaurant I wanted to try while in London. The bird / treehouse theme was quite noticeable throughout. A bit over the top. Rooms were small but still comfortable. Great views of the buildings and monument across the street. Witnessed the sunset from the window seat which was cute. Plenty of charging stations in the bedroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Best part of the room.
However, the bathroom didn’t have any electrical outlets, just an outlet for shavers. So odd and a major flaw in the design. I Felt out of place and uncomfortable blow drying my hair in the vestibule where the nearest mirror and outlet was located. Hotel should rectify this. I likely will not return due to this.

The Treehouse is in a great location for sightseeing, either walking or by tube, which is very nearby, and Marylebone itself is a great place to eat and shop and wander. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room had very nice views and was nicely designed. Great shower water pressure that did not leak (like so many other badly designed hotel options). Paddington bear and the magic eight ball were a plus. We had a great stay.

A lovely hotel with amazing views over london. Very well positioned for shopping and other activities london has to offer. There is a nearby carpark too should you drive to london and is onky a short walk away from the hotel.
Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. The water in the hotel is filtered so very soft and has nearly sweet taste. Its great that you can just refil your bottle as many times as you like

Excellent location in the heart of London just 3 blocks from Oxford Circus. The beautiful design of the hotel is in sinc with the vibe. Staff are friendly and accommodating and there is always someone at the front desk. Little touches like a tap in the hall to refill water jugs really shows they know what travellers need. Our room had a stunning view of the city as does the “Nest” on the rooftop. We didn’t try Madre but it seemed very popular. Highly recommended the Treehouse.

The staff at this hotel are amazingly helpful, friendly, and supportive! They anticipate your needs before you have them (Frankly and Magda). The rooms are decorated creatively and with care. The view from the window seats is breathtaking. The coffeeshop is ultra yummy!

This is a lovely hotel but the experience was totally ruined by a surly and ungrateful host on the door of the rooftop bar who was rude, unknowledgable and unkind. A great shame as we will likely not return.
