Terrible, we were already travelling down to London when after 3 emails & phone calls I was informed our apartment building was closed due to BED BUGS!!! Absolutely ruined our 3 night break as we were offered a far inferior apartment way away from our friends apartment in Fitrovia. I felt obliged to accept the offered accomodation otherwise I may have had no where to stay!! Absolutely terrible service from Hotels.com. Apartment was small, 1 small bed, tiny kitchen, not enough sockets, plug sockets sparked fusing all the sockets, altogether a terrible experience!!

The apartment is quite spacious and the kitchen and bathroom are almost new. There is a Tesco Express less than a 5-minute walk away and a nice cafe for coffees. Only a 10-minute walk to Oxford Circus. The apartment is let down by quite shabby furniture, in fact the sofa-bed was all but unusable. Also the lift is out of order as was the wifi when we stayed. Footstep noise from the apartment above is also quite loud. Having said that, it is in a lovely and very handy area and some new furniture would give this unit at least 4 stars.

I liked how bright the apartment was. It was close to the subway and it was walkable.
I didn't like that the elevator doesn't work, and apparently it won't be fixed. So it's impossible to be there if you're a person with mobility disabilities. Unfortunately, they don't give information about how many floors the building has, so you won't know how difficult it will be for you to access your unit.

This was a good property for the price point. The unit was located in a really great spot, a close walk to many major sightseeing spots. There were a few downsides. The pullout sofa bed was awful, bent in the middle, creaky, and uncomfortable. The unit was advertised as having a washer and dryer, but only had a washer… our clothes are current hanging out to dry at our next hotel. The lock on the bathroom window was broken and we couldn’t lock it (safety concern). The furniture was worn and peeling. Overall, for the price point it is worth the money.

The property is located in a great area and walkable to a lot. We had to relocate to a hotel after a few nights because of a bed bug issue. We had been assured by property management that the issue had been resolved and we didn't cancel our stay but clearly the issue has not been resolved despite their efforts!

Loud building. We heard people talking and movement at all hours of the night. The shower was broken and had water all over the bathroom. We used all the towels cleaning it up and management wouldn’t provide new towels without a fee. Flies in backyard due to a broken sewer pipe. Mold in back bedroom due to leaky back door. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people. The area is great. I wish they took better care of the property.

I booked an apartment with a terrace and was given one without it. With no real closure on the issue when I raised it. So do confirm the apartment you are booking is the one you’re getting. Aside from this they were were easy to connect to for anything required.

The picture of the large patio needs to be taken off the site as it is unavailable.

This experience was probably the worst of all my travel experience. I woke up with a ton of bedbug bites. On my left hand alone between my palm and top of my hand I had 15 bites and my left hand 13 bites. Throughout my whole body I had well over a hundred bites. I looked horrible because they were red, swollen and by the third day they were ozzing liquid. I contacted the management to request a different unit, and they just informed me they were fully booked and I should contact the agency that I booked with. NO Apologies or actions to help with the situation. I did reach out to Expedia to let them know what's going on, and when they contacted the management and they flatly refused to help or give a refund. On the third day I woke up and found 3 huge bedbugs in my bed along with blood stains. Turns out I had squashed some of the bedbugs while sleeping, and since they were bloated with my blood they popped. I also found many more live ones on the couch. To be honest I did read 1 review mentioning bedbugs, but I thought it was a 1 off case and they probably took care of it. This was months before my experience. Later I found more reviews mentioning bedbugs not only on Expedia but other sites with photos. I have photos but Expedia doesn't have an area I can load them. 2 weeks later I'm still itching, and I can't even take photos on my vacation because some of the bites are on my face and it's swollen and looks awful. This has ruined my trip. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

I stayed in 2 bedroom flat number 4, it is very neat and renovated. The second bedroom is a bit small and has a single size bed which makes the apartment suitable for 3 persons only, not 4.

Fab location but the repair of the property was awful. Plaster missing, skirting boards hanging off. We were staying there as my son was having surgery at the Portland, and I felt that that level of disrepair presented a real negative for us. We had to put objects in front of the disrepair so he didn’t catch his toes/feet on them. Reported the disrepair whilst we were there so hopefully it will be sorted before the next visitors.

Great apartment, booked no 9 but was given 15 which had a roof terrace & 2 bedrolms so really pleased. Great location near Oxford St, plenty of places nearby to eat & drjnk. Everything in thr aprtment was too quality, id definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Bed bugs. Video evidence and I plan to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I have big bites all over my body. I am disgusted I thought I was allergic to something but found out by fluke I was being bitten by bugs on the chair and possibly bed too. The dear cleaner cleans well so not her fault, the place looks clean but their furniture needs fumigation. This is a pending problem, I am waiting to see what they do before I proceed further. I have spent the last 9 days almost ripping my skin off scratching and wondering what I may have eaten or touched until I saw the insects. Yuck. I am so sorry for the people checking in today. I know they won’t close off the apartment because the have guests booked already. I should have checked out the first night when I got there and wasn’t immediately ok with the place. The pictures do it too much justice. The rooms are really small but all else is fine. Just fumigate. I await their resolution because I know I didn’t pay to have my skin injured down to my feet! Only my face and midriff got spared. Location is great if you want to be next to shopping, dining and smack in the middle of everything. Body is crawling and itching still. Gosh.

Close to city centre and close to several tube stations (Great Portland Street and Goodge Street are closest). Very well appointed apartment, excellent bath/shower, great kitchen. Rooms are a good size with a balcony as a bonus. Drawbacks are the noise, from outside and from other apartments (bring ear plugs for sleeping, and maybe a spare tea towel if you are staying more than a few days.) I would definitely stay here again.

They transferred us to another property in Fulham because there was an issue with this apartment . Arriving at the other apartment they forgot to put the key in the lock for our check in so we had to wait an extra 30min. We made sure we needed a lift because i was travelling with my parents. The other apartment had no lift and they never asked for assistance to help us transport our baggages. There was no wifi, i contacted the owner and he didn’t respond to it. But he responded fast when we allert him for the missing key. The area was more quiet which i think we would of preferred the soho one. The appartment they give us is bigger and nicer which was very nice of them. And clean too. Besides that everything else was perfect Thank you.

Loved this apartment! Clean and comfortable, the apartment was a great size. Really central and a great location. Check in was easy, the email with access codes etc was sent by Hotels.com the day before and made checking in seamless and fuss free. Stayed in apartment 3 and would definitely stay again. My only disappointment is that I travel for work and don’t always stay for more than 1 evening, however it’s understandable that there is a minimum stay.

Property was advertised as having a lift and as I am disabled this is essential. We arrived at the property and the lift was broken - with no sign. Spoke to the company who put a sign up the following day but did not move us to a lower floor room, so we had to leave 2 days early. The apartment are refusing to refund us our money even though I have been mis sold and discriminated against. Expedia have not helped either. Absolutely awful way to treat less able bodied people.

A nice property but in need of some maintenance. On arrival we had no hot water due to a lack of pressure in the boiler. We got in touch with the managers and they quickly gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, which was then fine for the rest of our stay. There were some concerns with drainage outside in the patio area with a bit of a pool being created whenever it rained (and what looked like water bubbling up from below through drains). The lift did not work at all during our stay which meant we needed to drag our pram up and down a flight of stairs each day, which was a little back breaking. Fittings all in general high spec and a good amount of space for our family of 5 (two adults, three kids). Great location, just a short walk to Oxford Street. Quiet at night, felt like a very safe area.

They cancelled only mine reservation just one day before. İ was shocked!!! We were 4 people with a kid.
İ called and they changed my aparment. It was apartment 8. And i was paid for it.
But i stayed apartment 1.
It was under the building. We could not see anything. They opened a opening sofa it was awful.
Really hard to sleep. 8 nights with nightmares. And of course BEDBUGS.

Booked and paid 3 minths ago thé property is cancelled thé evening before takung the plane. A unique solution is offered that we are forced to accept in a flat with windows not closing properly over a night club. Thé most dreadful experience one can imagine.

We saw some reviews of the place, and we must admit we got a little scared.. BUT we had a really good stay, nothing to complain about, nice and clean, big and spaceius. It was not far from bars, restaurants, the tube and much more! We would absolutely come back for another stay.
We stayed there with a 2 year old, we have reserveted a crib for her but it was not there when we arrived. We called in, and in about 15 minutes we had a crib and high chair, nice service and communication!! :)
