The hotel is old world elegant and very quiet. The bar is a welcome stop at the end of a busy day. Julia is behind the bar and after the first day remembered our names and favorite end of day drink. It was my wife’s birthday trip and we were greeted with an English cake, flowers and balloons. We will be back.

loved the beds, and the concierge floor bar and restaurant, special shout out to Luis, Ace, and the fellow who works most nights, and is in charge, they are all great. The gym needs a stationary recumbent bike (0ne with a back on the seat) and they close the bar too much for private functions so guests are forced to sit in a brightly lit restaurant ...not the greatest atmosphere, but overall very good, but upgrade to the concierge floor!

Have stayed here a lot on business this time it really let me down. First room had the housekeeping closet outside with a door that banged every 5 minutes. Second room had a lift shaft vent that kept me up all night. Was a lovely spot and I don’t mind paying a premium but I expect a good night’s sleep for £900!

Staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get us into an available room so we could shower and freshen up after the flight from Australia. Doorman, porters, reception and concierge were all incredible.
Room was beautiful and quiet, even being next to the elevator. Small gifts left by housekeeping were so sweet as well.
Location is perfect - two blocks from Oxford Circus station, local area very walkable.
We had the best time; sad to have left!

This luxury hotel is worth every penny. It is conveniently located, one block from the Oxford Circus tube station. Regents Park is just down the road, which is great for jogging. The staffing exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the swimming pool being out of order, but the staff helped me arrange access at a nearby hotel that had a working in indoor lap pool.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very very nice hotel and I can’t imagine even those used to the absolute best, being disappointed in their stay.

I suppose one could argue the main dining room is very very slightly off with its interior design, but every single other aspect of this hotel is fantastic.

Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was.

The service was excellent. The ugly art deco decor was so ugly, let down. Was expecting something a bit more British and cool. There are apparently pool hours for kids which was annoying. No one told me. I have a 6 year old child and kids are only allowed at the pool from 8am-12pm and 4-6pm. The lounge access was excellent.

They attempted to charge us for two rooms, since I shared trip info with friends but hadn’t booked a second room. They didn’t include breakfast though our friends had that benefit and we both booked with our AMEX cards. The restaurant service was poor. My view from the room was a brick wall! Never staying here again!

The majestic architecture reflects the historic grandeur of the hotel.

Gracious, friendly and hardworking Staff.

The entire hotel is luxurious and polished to perfection. Impressive attention to detail and cleanliness.

Sweet Dreams nurtured by comfy beds, cradled by crisp linens, fluffy pillows and duvets..

Our room was well appointed and tastefully decorated.

The main dining room was reminiscent of Art Deco Glamour. Cascading Chandeliers suspended from vaulted ceilings, decorative mirror accents on walls and ceiling. I especially admired the scrolling black metal ornate gates studded with Jewel Tone Glass Spheres, that looked like Floating Gems, guarding multiple entrances to the ballroom dining area.

The French Chef created exquisite culinary delights, including Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and sumptuous dinners.

The swimming pool was perfect for laps and water exercise, and the area was beautifully appointed with a decorative pattern of polished and sparkling stone walls.

The spa treatments relieved aches and pains, and renewed vitality after the long journey from Los Angeles to London.

I look forward to re-visiting the Langham Hotel in London.

The Langham is a very well-kept property, and very clean. The staff is attentive. This was a \"treat\" stay for me celebrating my 70th birthday, so I was a bit let down that such an expensive hotel had such tiny rooms and horrible views (an neighboring roof). I quickly found neighborhood alternatives to the not-great restaurants on-site. BUT BEWARE. I was robbed while there. And the room phones were difficult to use (my cell phone was stolen). You have no idea how we rely on our cell phones--and how little the hotel phone tech has kept up. If I were to treat myself again, I would not pay so much attention to price as an indicator of how much of a \"treat\" I was getting. This was just expensive with a lot of over-the-top personal service when I was looking more for a luxurious room and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham! Due to the timing of pur flight, we arrived a few hours earlier to check in and the team did their best to get our room ready for us, held our luggage, and texted us when it was ready, while we went for coffee and brekkie. Staff and facilities were impeccable. We also had afternoon tea there which was lovely. Would definitely stay again!
