Rooms are very small. Smallest I’ve ever been in and that’s including my trips to NYC. Everything else was great. Two or three nights this is fine. Anything longer I’d want a bigger room.

Very clean and very well located hotel. Room was small but not unexpected for the location. The only issue we had was the bathroom door and shower wall were almost completely see thru! It’s a good job I was good friends with my other guest as there was nothing left to the imagination!!!! Great hotel with good facilities and the location is perfect. Just make sure you’re comfortable with your room mate!!!! 👍

I knew the room was going to be tiny, but it barely fit my luggage and myself. This staff was just OK. Although I can’t complain, because the location was perfect and it was just for one night. For the price I paid, I would definitely go elsewhere!

Sleeping was quiet.
I knew it was going to be small but didnt expect it to be that small.
If you're ok sleeping in a closet that has a bed toilet and shower all up in your space then you'll be fine. It was just too cramped up for me.

Very good location. Extremely small room. House keeping every 3 days. Have to ask for towels and toilet paper. I booked breakfast on certain dates and skipped one day. No make-up or credit. Plus the breakfast selections were limited. Lobby consisted a small sofa and a side table. Not worth the price.

great location. great, friendly staff. clean rooms. bottled water readily available.

however, the rooms are tiny. there's no space to hang clothes or organize belongings. there's ac but no way to open windows for ventilation to evaporate the humidity from the shower so there was a lingering, slight mildew smell. the shower is right next to the bed and while the glass panes are frosted, it doesn't afford sufficient privacy for a couple.

i'd likely recommend for a solo traveler staying just a few nights as a good way to get acquainted with the city as the location is amazing.

Perfect spot for solo travelers - nice and cozy. It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and right smack in the middle of everything. So easy to visit every shop and explore. My room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Also the staff helped me tremendously!

Really great affordable hotel bang in the middle of soho! Super easy to walk to soho, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly, theatre district, Covent Garden, Leicester Square in 5/6 mins. Food market round the corner and amazing shops. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean, but very very tiny so if you are a couple, be prepared to dance around each other getting ready but overall, it served us very well for the night we were in London. Also so amazing you have the option to leave your luggage after checkout free of charge and come and collect it later in the day. Great!

I'm giving this a poor rating because:

-the TV stopped working and required maintenance mid-way through my stay
-the AC also stopped working mid-way and required maintenance
-the bed is very hard and flat (we're talking a 6\" foam mattress on wooden slat)
-the floor was dirty upon check in (sticky and hard crumbs on it)
-the shower had mold in it
-they only give you a few towels at a time and you need to continually ask for more
-cleaning isn't done everyday, you have to ask the front desk when the next cleaning will be, if it's not today you can gather your towels and put them in the hamper down the hallway and the garbage can be taken out by you
-there's music playing at all hours of the night, you can hear people talking and walking down the street from your bed
-the floors are not sturdy, if you step on the hardwood in front of the washroom theres a dip in the ground and feels \"mushy\"
-it's a very tiny room and you cannot leave your suitcase open

The good:
-it's redeeming quality is the close prxomity to everything including the Elizabeth line
-the shower had good water pressure

* great location to the underground
* tons of food options around the hotel

Be warned that the room is incredibly small. The shower and toilet are directly across from the bed with maybe a 2-foot space between the two. And they are separated by frosted glass that left nothing to the imagination.

The biggest complaint we have is the bed. It was maybe three inches thick and it rested on stiff wooden slats. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Incredibly uncomfortable.

The saving grace is how close the hotel is to the underground station. Only a 5-8 minute walk. And usually only took 10-15 minutes on the tube to the popular sights.

And there are tons of restaurants and pubs around with a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend Golden Union for fish & chips (it’s just down the road from the hotel). We loved being right in the middle of everything.

As for the breakfast… though the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the food left much to be desired. Small Belgian waffles maybe the size of my palm. Croissants were the same size. They had some premade breakfast sandwiches that were a decent size but bland. They had yogurt with the option for various toppings—dried fruits, nuts, muesli. There was some lunch meat and cheese out as well. Not worth the money, in my opinion, when there are other breakfast options around town, including bagel shops near the hotel.

The room was very compact but had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated nice and modern. I was a solo traveller so for one person this was ideal but I think if there were two people in here it would definitely be a bit tight. As a base to explore London it was ideal close to China Town and Covent Garden and easy enough to get round. I would definitely stay here again as a solo traveller. The staff were lovely very helpful and friendly.

When I checked in I wasn’t asked for any ID or form or proof of who I am. The person just asked my name and said you all set. In my head I was like “that’s not very safe” I asked. Didn’t you need my ID, they were oh yes, they opened it and gave it back to me.

I didn’t spend a full night there. But I was giving a room in the 1st floor that facing a back alley or a garage that had a generator which is was super super load, it made it very difficult to even try to have some rest.

This is a very clean, attractively finished hotel and great location. It was also very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. However, I should've paid more attention to the reviews about size of rooms/lack of storage space. It is the smallest room I've ever stayed in. There were only 5 pegs on the wall, and no other place to hang coats, clothes, or wet towels. There are generous shelves in the bathroom which is helpful. The bathroom is not very private -- There's a tiny area between the bed, bathroom and door and the door slides, with big gaps between it ad the walls. the bathroom walls and door are fogged glass, with clear glass at the top, the fog stops low enough you can look into the bathroom. We each had 2 carry-on sized bags and nowhere to put our stuff except the floor next to the bed, and a little nook under the foot of the bed was big enough to fit two of our carry-ons. We had to climb over each other to get to the far side of the bed. For one person on a brief stay this would've been ok. Two people for a full week was very uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the cafe was open 24-7 though we didn't end up eating there. They also let us store our luggage there for the day, before check-in which was really helpful as well.

It's best to think of this as a step up from a pod hotel. I've traveled extensively in Europe and I'm used to tiny hotel rooms, but the thing about this was how little floor space there was, especially because there was nowhere to store bags. A backpack, a carry-on suitcase, shoes, and you've pretty much covered the floor. The bathroom has no places to hang anything. Etc.

If you're okay with that, it's a very good place! If I'd known I might have at least been better prepared for it. But it is clean and functional and works well and is superbly located.

The problem is that the rooms have no closet space or dressers, so you have to basically live out of your suitcase, which was pretty frustrating for a day stay. Now this is luxury hotel and within reasonable pricing. The clealiness is impecable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is super modern the amenities are amazing and what makes this please the best... its location to EVERYTHING, walking distance to the metro, shops, bars, restaurants very convenient. You would love this hotel hands down the nicest I've stayed when going to London. This was my 7th time in London and I can say hands down I would stay at this hotel again. Note to mention the breakfast is pretty good, its safe... I have nothing but positive things to say.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the room is uncomfortably small—there is barely enough space for two people with two suitcases. In addition, the window cannot be opened, and showering creates a strong sauna-like effect in the room, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable. While the location is excellent, the room itself is not very comfortable. It may be suitable for a single guest traveling with a carry-on suitcase.

My only problem was the fact that the toilet and shower door are made from an opaque glass so that when someone was sitting on the toilet you can see them and what they are doing of which I found quite uncomfortable as I expect a bit of privacy when using the toilet and showering.

The condition of the room was disappointing. There were small hairs on the bed and the table area was not cleaned properly and the stool was dirty and had cigarette burn hole in it. I booked a queen room for 1 night and it was tiny and did not justify the £150 a night price for that room.

We had a gas leak alarm go off twice in the morning that forced us to switch rooms. Staff did not seem overly concerned about the issue, which was alarming, as gas leaks can be very hazardous even with a false alarm. Rooms are also very small with little room to put large luggage bags.
