Wonderful stay however on arrival we’ve been allocated an accessible room which is not something we have not booked however when we went back down to reception, they promptly moved us to another room and the room we actually had book. Not ideal upon checking in but issue was resolved promptly and will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again.

They have rooms that are on the second floor which are right above their lounge area. We were bombarded with bass from about 6:00 until 1:00. They really shouldn’t rent out those rooms if they are going to play music that loudly.

The pre-arrival communication was very welcoming via email by Georgia.
The trip was to celebrate my Husband's 40th birthday and the hotel was very generous to place a nice xard with warm wished and a bday cake .. all the staff were greeting him with his bday ❤️
The room is very nice and comfy except for the pillows, although we asked for a hard foam one but they were not good , so honestly sleeping was not good during our stay .
The hotel location is amazing and everything could be done with easy access.

Excellent Location - Highly Recommend

This was a very nice hotel stay for four nights. Customer service was excellent. The location is perfect. The entrance to China Town is about 10 steps away from the hotel entrance. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting London for the first time. The only downside was that the sink in the room is actually in the room itself rather than the bathroom, which takes up a lot of space.

No effort, look around there's lots of places in London that want your business... this place doesn't need it or care about it because they're busy enough.

The hotel is wonderful. The facilities and service are outstanding. The only cautionary note is that it is located at the very central of London’s tourism area. It may be located in Soho, and it is right next to China Town, but it’s more like being in Time’s Square.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the W London. However, I would note this hotel is best suited for singles and younger couples. It would not be an ideal hotel for business travelers or family. W is known to be a fun and hip vibe, which this hotel is. However the room had a bit of an awkward layout with no real bathroom and the sink in the middle of the room in an island. Location is very convenient in Leicester Sq and at the doorstop of the entrance to Chinatown.

This W Hotel is located in a very busy, commercial area, adjacent to London’s China Town, which makes it a very noisy neighborhood. It would’nt be a problem if that noise was well filtered indoor. Unfortunately, we had a terrible night and simply could not sleep until 5 A.M. because of the screaming and the honking outside.

We talked about this to the staff, which was respectful, but not very helpful (they gave us ear plugs). The couple we were travelling with had the exact same issue with their room.

Also, although we checked in around 2 p.m., the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the lobby.

Again, the staff is very nice and the rooms were very clean and trendy, but these issues should not happen in a hotel like this one that has costed 800$ a night. We were for the very least expecting a good night’s sleep.

I am leaving out a few details, and unfortunately can not recommend this hotel which has left disappointed.

The W Hotel in London is amazing! It’s a terrific location, right near China Town. So many bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is at the start of Chinatown. It’s a very convenient location but quite noisy. The rooms are decorated like a 1970’s bachelor pad with designer IKEA. There are mirrors on most walls and heavy doors that the shower and toilet are behind. A bit claustrophobic.

It is very well located and the room was marvelous. Staff at front desk and concierge amazing. Three not so pleasant things:
1) no 24h room service
2) late hour bar service very unfriendly particularly on Monday
3) our shower drain was clogged and wetted the whole room. It was properly fixed very quickly.

All in all a good stay but particularly the room service thing is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

Poor service, very bad reception

When I arrived the hotel around 12h, the reception said that the room is not ready, they will call me when it’s ready. I waited until 17h30, nobody called me. So I returned to the hotel, I was waiting again 30 minutes by the reception, I don’t know why, and I made already check in around 12h.

The room seemed a lower standard to the previous stays (Marv suite), the room was back to front and much smaller.

The music was blaring until 02:00 in the morning which where the soundproofing outside was impressive, internally it was particularly poor.

I can deal with the sound but at paying £500 a night for a subpar room of its type, I won’t be staying again, which is a shame considering it was previously my go to.

I stayed here for a birthday celebration. Whilst the hotel looked amazing and the staff were very lovely.

I bought two English breakfasts and two glasses of orange juice and I was told it equaled to £62. Which was excessive and ridiculous. ALSO BEWARE THE NOISE IS CRaZy.

We had a suit which was over £450 for one night and our room was on floor 5. We did not get to sleep until 4am due to how noisy music was and people were.

It’s right on Leicester square which is very central BUT it’s also the place where boards go every night to party when they’re drunk so the noise goes on until 4am every night. Not the Hotels fault but they totally need better sound proofing as it’s very loud all night every night

I liked the accessible location but with that came a lot of people and noise. The hotel is very nice. Took some adjusting to the odd room setup but it works. I think the bad things about the hotel were the club in the lower lobby and the communication from the check in staff. Had some issues there. Overall, a good stay but would look around when I come back to London.

I stayed here for a birthday celebration. The staff were lovely and the hotel itself it’s beautiful. Unfortunately the hotel had a terrible smell whilst we were there like rotting fish! We did mention it to the staff but they said it was a problem with the building. When spending £350-£400 a night it’s not the nicest experience! Breakfast also wasn’t the best :(
