Really enjoyed the stay! The location of the hotel was very central to dining and shopping. The hotel was nicely maintained and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The gym was large and had many options for equipment and weight area. Several bars on property. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at the Londoner. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one is up there with the best. Superb amenities, great location and friendly staff. It was my birthday and a lovely little touch was left in our room which was fantastic. Our only disappointment was check in. We were told that we would receive a phone call or text to let us know when our room was ready. By 3.20pm we had heard nothing so we had to call them. Our room was ready yet no one had told us. We checked in and were told our bags would be in the room, they weren’t so another call had to be made. They did arrive very swiftly but overall, check-in was a little disappointing. I would however stay there again as it was a fabulous hotel.

Second time staying at The Londoner. This time they did upgrade us (same type of room but with a view but definitely noisier due to street noise). Not sure if I actually liked the upgrade. One of the amenities we like the most is The Residence. We were so happy to find that they had a beautiful Aspinal Backgammon set this time. They didn't have any backgammon last visit. They put out nice \"snacks\" from morning to midnight (or later based on the day of the week). On our last night, we went to The Residence a little later than usual (9:45pm or so). Only one large table of about a dozen people were boisterously celebrating, which was fine. We found a table and set up the backgammon game as usual; but the snack cart was a little sparse. I helped myself to what was left on the cart and we ordered drinks (which is not included). I was expecting them to refill the cart and waited. My husband ended up ordering a light supper from their menu (which is not included) and I wasn't super hungry so I waited for more snacks. At about 10:45pm, the entire cart was cleared. Their website says the offerings are there till midnight. We just went back up to our room. On checkout, we mentioned what occurred the night before and she seemed puzzled and said she would make note of it and it was probably not busy. I don't think that's the point. When you say on your website that these will be offered till midnight, they should be there because any guest can access that area till midnight.

We had a wonderful stay at The Londoner, it’s luxurious, boujee, and has a really great vibe throughout the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel special.

Our room was on the smaller side, but it was beautifully designed, spotless, and felt very high-end. As it was my friend’s birthday, we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were also given a drinks voucher, which we used at the rooftop bar, this was a real highlight. The views had serious wow factor, the atmosphere was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The spa was another standout. It felt calm, indulgent, and immaculately clean, with lovely cabanas and a really relaxing atmosphere throughout.

Overall, The Londoner feels like a proper treat – stylish, indulgent, and perfect for a special occasion. We’d absolutely stay again. Thank you to the lovely staff for making it special!

The welcome from Amy was so lovely and warm. Made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. Also special mention to the young lady at the desk near the bar didn’t catch her name (with nose ring) very chatty, friendly & helpful. Food in rooftop bar was delicious. Room was clean and tidy and considering we were in the centre of Leicester Square facing the busiest part, no noise at all was heard in the room! Great stay, perfect central location with lovely staff and will definitely be coming again.

The staff were amazing. Eager to approach and ask for help. Lobby bar had a good vibe each nite and we liked the Tavern that is connected to the hotel. (JTs) Lots of fun things to do nearby. The room was a little small but we looked out over the park so it was nice. We paid extra for a \"club level\" experience, but the area where all that way had to be accessed by a separate area and it wasn't worth it for us. Also the closet was so small for 2 people's luggage for 1 week.

Honestly, this is the first time I’m leaving a review and I’m doing It to be 100% honest. My stay this past week at the Londoner was not what I expected It to be. Unfortunately when we got there our room wasn’t ready since we were doing an early check in which is fair. I was offered a room in the 6th floor which per receptionist only difference was It has an accessible toilet. We decided to take up on the offer - we didn’t get a Japanese style toilet, our room had no safety box, the club upstairs had music playing til 1 or 2 am on the weekend and we couldn’t sleep since we could hear the loud music crystal clear. In addition, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate at 2 am. I feel like for a hotel that’s truly so expensive they should do a bit better.

We had breakfast and it was a little pricey but convenient for the first day. The staff was amazing and attentive. The hotel and room were beautiful. Great location, walkable to most tourist attractions. Drinks at The Stage bar were great. The free cabana for the pool was great too!! If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay. There was some miscommunication when checking in, where we supposedly got an upgrade but that meant not having the view I specifically requested, and then we were told we needed to wait two hours for a room with that view, but then our requested room was immediately available, so I’m not sure what happened overall.
The food in the rooftop bar was amazing, great cocktails as well. Shower gel dispenser didn’t work when we arrived so after leaving a note it was changed - but for the price of the stay this should be checked beforehand. We also couldn’t borrow a cable to charge a phone, and again, for £600+ a night, you’d expect more amenities. Also, the TV stopped working in our second night, but it was quite late so didn’t report it. The spa is great, although the hot section was closed because there was too much chlorine in it.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't super spacious but plenty of room none the less. Has all the essentials and the aircon is adjustable to your comfort. Travelled as a couple with 2 large suitcasea and there was still plenty room to move around.
The pool, sauna and steam room were also great to relax in after a busy day and available to all guests.
Leicester Square was easy to walk around and access to public transport was great too.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We really loved our stay here. The staff were warm & welcoming, the bed & pillows were next level, and the spa facilities alone, were worth the stay.
The only thing I found odd, was the lack of outlets in the bathroom. There was one specifically for a man’s electric razor but that’s it. No outlet for a woman to plug in a hairdryer/flatiron - very bizarre & a major overlook in my opinion. I ended up having to do my hair by the window, a bit inconvenient. The lighting in the bathroom was also quite dark and not bright enough to do my makeup. Again, I had to resort to the window for better lighting.

At first, we were nervous about the location-it reminded us of Times Square in New York City (especially the proximity to the M&M's store).

However, we were so pleasantly surprised by how tucked away The Londoner is. Once you're inside, it is calm, clean and feels like a solid home base. Our room was wonderful- spacious, clean and the cleaning service was fantastic. We used the spa every morning. We would stay here again!

I have stayed here many times before but t)8/ time the service was lacking and the hotel felt dated. I had to change the room they initially gave me as it stunk of ver string fumes. No one answers the phone at reception when you call down from the room- they take ages. Housekeeping take very long to bring something and when they finally do it’s wrong. The changing rooms in the spa were soaked with water in the floor and half the lockers not working. They removed the reformer in the gym which was a shame. And one of the bikes and a treadmill was not working. Overall disappointed with my stay this time.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely details and touches and very welcoming attentive staff.
One points note is that we had booked a cabana in the spa and someone else was using it. The lady in the spa tried to get us to use the alternative loungers and when I refused adding it was my partners birthday we then had to stand uncomfortably by as she had to try and persuade those using our cabana to move.
Otherwise this is a great hotel and will definitely be staying again…

The Londoner is a great modern hotel in the middle of Leicester Square. Everyone on the staff was amazing and the location is central to anything you want to do in London (Tube access was easy). Despite being a busy area, we never had any issues with noise whatsoever. My only suggestion is to put a brighter light in the bathrooms for shaving and doing make up.

This is a lovely, clean, modern hotel right on Leicester Square. I have stayed here individually (it is a perfect hotel for adults traveling without children), and the location is excellent. Despite being on Leicester Square, I found the rooms very quiet with thick walls and the hotel is one of the most conveniently located for walking to Regent Street, Covent Garden, Soho, Trafalgar Square, Picadilly, etc. One drawback is there is no carpark/entrance for vehicles so you have to be dropped off or picked up on the side street if you travel by car/van. The tube is a block away for getting around London and Ubers/taxis easily find you on the side street. There are countless shops, restaurants, theaters (live and movies) and other London sights within a short walk or minimal transit time. When I stayed with my family, including young children, it was a bit less ideal just because the rooms are small and young families may need more space for kids to spread out, play, give each other space, etc. However, we did see several other families with young kids and the hotel has a pool on the lower floor, which is a nice and unusual amenity for this part of London. Overall I like the hotel a lot and would happily stay there for adult trips anytime.
