I stayed at Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square for three nights while visiting London. I appreciated the convenience of being able to check in and check out through the hotel’s app, which made the process quick and straightforward.

That said, the mobile key functionality could be improved. On several occasions, the elevator and room door sensors did not reliably detect the signal from my phone. This was slightly inconvenient, particularly when using the elevator, and may be something the hotel could look into refining.

The location is a major highlight. Situated right at Trafalgar Square, the hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the Tube station. Chinatown is easily accessible on foot, which was perfect for dining, and the nearby theatre district made it very convenient to attend musicals and evening performances. Overall, the excellent location greatly enhanced the stay.

There was alot of noise from work going on inside the hotel that was next to our room. The amenities in the bathroom were broken and not replaced and the telephone to reception and order room service was broken. We told reception they were not fixed or replaced. For the amount of money I was expecting a lovely experience especially as it was my birthday. However ive stayed in budget hotels that were better, im sorry to say. Very disappointed 😞

I stayed in this hotel for the week, and it was my first time in London, and I was also celebrating my birthday. Even though the hotel was not able to accommodate or upgrade my room, they surprised me with a sweet gift of a bottle of wine and sweets in my room with a Happy Birthday sign. I arrived early, and they were able to keep my luggage on hold while I roamed around the centre of London, and even after I departed, they kept an eye on my suitcase. The restaurant downstairs is really nice, and a pizza place is next door. The services and the club members' lounge were great, with a coffee machine that could make lattes and Starbucks-like drinks. The room was great for a solo or a couple; the washrooms are small, but it's perfect for those who are out all day in town and only come to their room to settle for the night or take a break from walking. Perfect for all parts of central London and close to two tube stations. Room service was great, daily cleaning, and they have a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. Overall, I will be staying here again the next time I come to London.

The location was really convenient. Check in was easy, and the reception staff was always available. The room itself was quite spacious. It was a bit dated. My only negative was that the heating unit wasn't working the first night, which was rectified the next day. But when we looked into the unit, it looked really old and was filled with a thick layer of dust. A good reno could be needed.

Toilet would not flush propey, the sunk would bot drain (needed a plunger and a clean), and no one made beds/changed towels. Why is there a service charge for no service. The hotel was old but in good condition, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Coffee machine (one working for breakfast) caused long wueues that were not worth waiting for. The hotel doesn't have a lobby. The room also had issues with A/C that just stopped working (even though they gave us another heater)

The bed was a bit cranky and tilted and I constantly felt I am being sliding towards the center. The cleaners also by default didn't change towels or bedsheet even though we put them on the ground

This is our 4th stay in different hotels in London. The hotel was conveniently located just steps from Trafalgar. The front desk & housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room felt big for European standards, but the bed could be updated, felt very soft and not comfortable. Overall an ok stay, expected better bed conditions for what we paid.

This hotel is a great location near the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery. West End theatres walking distance. Near tube and train. The Library area for guests is excellent, with work stations, comfortable chairs and tables. We would sometimes bring in take out food and eat it here. We did not try the breakfast. There were many options near by including Pret.

Starting from check out, we arrived pretty early and could not check in early. They said they don’t call or text when the room is ready and that it might be ready by “2 or 3pm”. Staff was very friendly and we were able to check in our bags for no cost. When we got the room, I appreciated the large ceilings and spacious area. One thing I did not like about the room was that parts of the floorboards squeaked whenever you walked on them which got annoying; I hope nobody’s room was under ours! Other than that, everything was standard. Location was great if you want to watch West End shows and see major landmarks. Would recommend, but to be mindful of those small details.

We arrived early to drop off our luggage and received a warm welcome from the check-in gentleman with offers to refresh ourselves after our long flight overseas before leaving to sightsee until our room was ready. Staff was amazing and responsive to my difficulties printing some tour tickets and attaching cruise ship luggage tags before checkout. Request for extra bathroom supply was also met immediately. Overall, love the central location, within walking distance to Covent Garden, Chinatown, Leicester Square for dinners; 2 underground stations, buses and all the hop on hop off buses stopped nearby. Would stay here again.

Club Quarters Trafalgar Square is a terrific hotel centrally located to theaters, restaurants, museums and more. You can easily walk to Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Thames, St. Martin in the Field, National Gallery and all the theaters. The rooms were a good size and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff was both knowledgeable and delightful. Very accomodatting There is a bar and restaurant on site as well as a delicious pizza cafe, 50 Kalò, attached. We also enjoyed the club room and coffee machine featuring espresso, macchiatos, lattes and cappuccinos. It was my 2nd time staying here and I plan to come back again!

long weekend mid Sept 2025. The hotel is in an ideal location for theaters, shopping, and sightseeing. Our standard room, although not generously sized, was comfortable, featuring a large bed and a spacious shower. However, breakfasts on the three days we ate in the restaurant were often lukewarm, exacerbated by the overly cold air conditioning. We were perhaps unfortunate that one of the two lifts broke down on the first day of our stay, resulting in long waits, packed lifts, and /or resorting to the stairs. The lift had still not been repaired when we left on the morning of the fourth day.

The room was small, not cleaned daily, and dusty. There were good two good points: a water station on every floor where one could get purified water In replaceable plastic bottles at no charge.
