This was the best location and staff we could have asked for. You are close to two tube stations. Abundant food options, pharmacies and grocery stores. So much within walking distance. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Overall decent stay, a lot of quite major issues, such as toilet flushing, limescaled shower head, towel radiator that didn’t heat up and issues with the heating. They cleaned the shower head with limescale remover after I complained but used our bedroom sink to do that, meaning our toothbrush and other items were not moved out of the way. Although the hotel rooms are very aesthetically pleasing there seem to be communication issues and lack of maintenance.
Despite these issues the Manager Albert was professional and tried to make amends.

So tiny two people can literally not move about at the same time. Bed is on a platform you must climb up on and cannot walk around the bed. Sink is in the main room as no space in bathroom. Hardly any space to hang clothes. A shame as fittings are modern and well designed. If only they had allowed a couple more square meters per room. Absurd as ours was an upgrade!

An ok stay at Wilde, we’ve stayed with them before in Portugal and a lot better. The location is great so a real plus, but everything else pretty average for the price point. The room was ok, modern but just simple things like not being able to cast your phone to the TV (we did ask twice about this via WhatsApp and got no help) was a bit disappointing. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels, as centrally located, with better amenities. Paying a premium for the style I guess!

The rooms we suuuuuuper small as well as the showers - there was way too much furniture in the room when it’s already too small we couldn’t even fit our luggage in the room. And no windows to open in the room for fresh air. We will not be staying here again.

Great location yards from The Strand, 2 minutes to Covent Garden Square, 3 Minutes to Trafalgar and the tube. All the shops, bars, restaurants and theatres in easy walking distance.

Room was very well equipped, even in our basement, no window option. Compact but very modern apartment room. SMEG toaster and kettle...really!

My daughter and I were just doing a quick 5 day trip and going to see a bunch of West End shows so the location was awesome, the tube and bus are so close even for days we explored it was so convenient. Room is small but it’s clean, modern and innovative how they use the space. We would definitely stay again!

Very small room, the sink was in the bedroom and not the bathroom which we strongly disliked and was a huge negative factor. I genuinely wouldn’t stay here again because of this reason. Otherwise the kitchen was well fitted. As it is an old hotel and likely frequented regularly there’s lots of knocks on the furniture. London is incredibly expensive to stay in overnight and this didn’t feel worth it for the price.

Clean room but has a bad odor coming from the bathroom everyday. Left clothes in the hotel and tried to message them to see if they had it in lost and found and was never given a response. Small room and had to climb over my partner to get off the bed but it is expected of London. We would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Well-located, but tiny rooms & limited service

This small hotel is well-located, but be aware that rooms are tiny. Mine worked only because I was traveling alone; the bed is pushed against walls on three sides, so you'd have to crawl over your partner to get into bed. Be aware that there's virtually no service in the hotel, except for someone who stands in the small lobby to register guests. No food, no concierge, nothing. We were without wifi for an entire day/evening, a major inconvenience for working travelers. Also, expect to live out of your suitcase, as there are no closets nor drawers for clothing.

Really nice location. Close to everything in Central London including transit. Rooms are small but very well appointed and staff are extremely friendly. I appreciated having a kitchenette. The layout of the bathroom would make it hard to use if you’re a bigger person.

The only downside was that the hotel uses WhatsApp as the main form of communicating during your stay. When I tried using it, I discovered it’s an AI response system. It couldn’t figure out my issue and said it would get a staff member to contact me. After an hour of no response, I had to go searching for someone to assist. When I did find them, they were very helpful but I would expect better communication using the company’s preferred tool. The two issues I had were minor but disruptive - WiFi stopped working for 24 hours and an alarm on my floor went off at 6:30am.

This Apart Hotel is offering more space and convenience for a longer stay. Their welcoming and the staff are all very nice.
There was always a person to talk to us on our way in and out.
Their recommendations for transportations and sites to visit were excellents.
They supplied coffee for our 7 nights stay.

This is very clean as well.

More than well locate we would recommend it
to anyone. Everything is walkable.

This is where we will stay next time we are in London.

Not enough space in Lobby with all bag stored there .. They had only one elevator.. I stayed here at the hotel in the past. When to hotel was new I had ad a superior room liked it .. Now this time I had a double studio not so good very small ... Kinda worn ...Airconditioning was good .. One light bulb was out.. The TV quit letting us cast ?The fan and light over the range didn't work... Won't return too small .......I think this group has better rooms at there other locations..

Location was outstanding! Just a few minutes walk to the Covent Gardens Market, a very festive area with many nice restaurants, pubs, upscale shops and entertainment. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean but rather small/tight for my wife and I. Also the room design wasn’t practical. For example the King bed was pushed against the far wall so that one of us had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (actually 2 times/night for this 65 year old man). Also the bathroom was so small that there was no sink in it. The sink was outside the bathroom next to the bed. This would be a great setup for a single person but quite challenging for us.

They put my group of six in three separate rooms in handicap rooms. I had not requested handicap rooms but they put us all in handicap rooms. If you use a third party like Expedia for booking they put you in the least desirable rooms and of course then tell you they are booked solid and you can’t change. The photos for booking on Expedia showed rooms with two queen beds. The actual rooms had one queen and then a twin bed that folds out from a chair. They blame you and the third party booker (Expedia) and then play it off as that you must talk to Expedia it’s not our fault. Of course you are stuck then with what they give you. I will always call the actual location from now on to verify room details and then cancel if Expedia has misrepresented the roonms. Very poor service.

I stayed at Wilde Aparthotels London Covent Garden from May 8–13 with my brother. While the staff was friendly and professional, our room was disappointingly unclean—dusty with visible hair from previous guests on the furniture. The situation became worse when we discovered an insect crawling on the bed. We believe it was a carpet beetle but can’t be sure. We alerted the front desk, who were apologetic and offered to refresh the room. However, only the bed was addressed, and the rest of the room remained untouched. I appreciate the kind staff, but overall, the experience was far from ideal.

Gave Aparthotels by Wilde a try for a change over my regular london hotel and was rather displeased by the service the team gave and the lack of assistance. The room was rather cramped and cold despite setting the temperature to a warm heat and the bathroom (if you call it that) was not clean at all. The hotel decor is very bland.

Did try and get someone to look at it at midnight but the app didn’t respond until 1am by which time I couldn’t face dealing with it. Nothing offered other than an apology.

First and foremost, we would like to thank the staff of the Wilde for making our first time in London one to remember. We were very nervous about finding the right place to stay and we would not change our choice of being with the Wilde if given one million chances. What did we like?

1. Communication between us and the staff was seamless. They have a WhatsApp set up which made making requests so easy and not a single request went unanswered or unfulfilled.

2. We arrived early, about two hours before check in and were given our room right away.

3. The room was stunning and exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious, with a great view through the floor to ceiling windows. For snacks, we had a wide selection. Drinks included waters, sodas, teas, and espressos which were restocked with a moments notice. Given that this was an apartment hotel, we had a mini kitchen but it was all one would need. Fridge, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher.

4. The area was clean, safe, and very convenient for those looking to hit all of the major attractions. Very walkable. A driver is not needed to get across town, but all Ubers were able to find the hotel very easily if one didn’t want to walk.

5. The property offered so many complimentary items. Free umbrellas were staged at the entrance in case of rain. Complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were placed out, fresh, every evening. Staff were order the elevator for guests and were polite at each and every interaction.

What the Wilde lacks in size, it makes up for in location! Covent Garden imo, is the best location in London, followed by Westminster and Kensington. The bathroom is so tiny and the sink is outside the bathroom, which was a little weird. It’s apparent that women and their toiletries were not considered with the design of bathrooms in London (as we found this to be true with our other hotels as well.)
Nothing fancy here, but it’s clean and in a good location. The bed is awkward as one person will always have to hop over another to get in or out - somewhat inconvenient. I would recommend for a family as my hubby and I found the space to be quite tight. But the staff are lovely and welcoming.

Loved the location and the overall quality of the hotel. I was there on a vacation trip with my daughter. While the room was small, we loved having the kitchenette and Nespresso was a huge plus. We booked for 5 nights and would recommend the hotel but not the basement rooms. It might be ok for a night but after a day or so we never really knew what time of day it was.

I regularly travel and use Expedia to book my hotels and have never written a bad review before. I booked this hotel for my mother as she had a business conference in London and it was three (3) minutes from it. The room they gave her was extremely dirty and not up to standard, the bedding was dirty with black stains everywhere and she was bit 5-6 times all over her body with the bites looking like it was bed bugs or spiders. She went to the Doctor and got a note as well in addition to pictures and videos of the bites. She asked to move to another room and went through the same exact thing the next night. I have personally never experienced this while travelling and it's unacceptable. I need to get a refund as this completely ruined my mother's trip.

We stayed here in July and August. We were able to walk to so many locations from the hotel. Buckingham Palace was an easy 30 minute walk. The horse guards and the London eye was only a 20 minute walk. It was so convenient to the tube, bus stops and the hop on hop off buses. A bonus was that there were so many restaurants/pubs to choose from and the musical SIX was performing across tue street. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great ! However the setup of the room just didn’t work for us. It might work for a person staying alone but for a couple it is challenging to get in and out of bed when access is only from one side.
