You can't beat the location, full stop. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and stocked well, not to mention the hotel staff are kick to meet requests. On the downside, the rooms are very small and there is limited storage to accommodate a week long stay. There is a restaurant on prem, but it is not for casual eating.

Affifi and Salomon goes above and beyond to offer any assistance. The hotel is small but maintained beautifully with lots of little extras. The small lobby serves an amazing breakfast hot or pastry with the best coffee. Always busy. Book a deluxe room the extra space at a small cost is worth it. It all goes back to service. They are amazing and take the time to check in with you to make sure you have everything you need. Great value without sacrifcing. Would book again and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Page8 Hotel in London. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They honoured our one-time VIP discount for food at the lobby without hesitation, which set a great tone for the stay.

Our room was kept impeccable every single day, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. On our final night, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gesture: a small pack of cookies and chips accompanied by a handwritten note kindly inviting us to leave a review. It was a simple but very human touch.

We also appreciated the hotel’s green practices around towel and bed sheet reuse, which felt well communicated and respectful rather than performative.

Overall, a very comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent service and care for guests. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Thankfully, there was no smell inside my room, but it was uncomfortable walking through the building with that persistent odor. PAGE8 is a perfect gem of a hotel! It is in an ideal location, only a few steps from Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery, The National Portrait Gallery, theatres, and dozens of restaurants. It is a short walk to Covent Garden and great shopping. The hotel staff members at Page8 are all friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean with a surprisingly large tv. There was a nice sized bathroom with a big, roomy shower.The hotel lobby is quite small, but has a nice selection of pastries and hot beverages available. There are nearby cafes for more substantial meals. I stayed at Page8 nearly two weeks and felt at home the entire time. I would definitely stay at Page8 again.

Sadly for us we did not have a good experience here. Our issues were with the housekeeping department and one particular front desk person. The rest of the staff and service were excellent. I came back on one occasion to find my extra room key removed from my room and blue cleaner stains all over my bed. When I complained the front desk person was argumentative, defensive and unprofessional. The next day we came back there were bigger blue stains of cleaner on the bed covers still wet and the windows were left wide open. We also found a coffee stained toilet roll in the extra toilet roll container. This should not happen in any hotel. My husband looked at the cleaners troller and he saw a spray bottle with the same color liquid in it. Housekeepers in question did not speak English. I wouldn’t expect this in a 1 star hotel.
On a positive note I would like to say that the front desk person with the red hair was exemplary. Very positive and has excellent customer service skills. The maintenance staff were excellent and responded immediately to minor issues with tv and battery that operated the blinds. The coffee shop staff were excellent and it was very conveniently located in the lobby. There were other housekeeping staff that were excellent it was not all of them.
I did find the group of men that hang out right outside the hotel at times on the ramp that you push your luggage up to be very off putting.

The location was very convenient as it was central from all the key sights. Very near west end and several train stations. The room was clean although I did come back to the windows wide open once which alarmed me as that is not typical for any hotel, fortunately nothing was stolen. Housekeeping must have just forgotten to close the window. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The only issue I had was that there was some roadwork right outside and at one point a pipe burst in the middle of the night. The repairwork was very loud and i could feel vibrations through the floor and bed. The hotel made efforts to make up for this though so it was fine in the end.
