The staff was exceptional!! The hotel was in the perfect location for being our first visit to London.All attractions and theaters within walking distance and a subway very near by and easy to use. This was one of the most perfect hotel stays I’ve ever experienced.
From booking through departure, the staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and welcoming. We were even greeted with a handwritten welcome card, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The Brita filtered water tap, fridge, microwave, and full set of dishes and utensils made the room feel almost like a luxury apartment. The closet was beautifully lit and included a safe, and after long days of walking London the soft, padded carpeting felt wonderful.
The shower deserves special mention — the water pressure was truly the best I’ve ever experienced. It included both a rain shower and handheld wand, excellent lighting, plush towels, a heated towel rack, and lovely Molton Brown products including body lotion.
The king bed was incredibly comfortable — honestly the best hotel bed I’ve slept in anywhere in Europe. The pillows were soft yet supportive, temperature control worked perfectly, and the blackout curtains combined with soundproof windows made the room incredibly quiet despite the central location
Security throughout the building was excellent and there were plenty of outlets for charging devices.
The location in Covent Garden simply cannot be beat. Everything is within easy walking distance.
I truly have zero complaints. It’s rare to find a property that delivers this level of comfort, service, and thoughtful detail all in one place.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, Greggs on the corner. Covent Garden attractions steps away plus theatres. Loved the handy little mini kitchen for drinks, snacks.
Surprisingly quiet considering the central location.
Hotel front desk staff were friendly and informative, called us a taxi for the airport that arrived exactly on time.
Would thoroughly recommend.

The room was very clean. Was able to check in early. The staff, especially Hilda, was incredibly kind and helpful. The daily wine party was such a delight. My girlfriend and I were travelling for our anniversary together. The staff helped make it really special for us. Super walkable neighborhood with lots to see and do. I would gladly stay here again.

The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable - with lovely Molton Brown products in the beautifully appointed bathroom. The secondary glazing meant the room was amazingly quiet given the central city location.
Graeme on reception went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. All of the staff we had contact with were great - friendly and efficient.
It's central location is perfect for theatres, restaurants, Covent Garden etc and is easy to reach by tube
I would thoroughly recommend and will be staying here again next time I am in London

The Lobby Staff: Emma & Jackie, upon Arrival was very helpful & courteous. Room was found to be very presentable, with excellent amenities. Staff cleaning was excellent. All other lobby staff were helpful & kind. Lobby staff: Emma provided the service of reserving a taxi for the return to airport. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our second night there was no hot water. The staff offered to taxi us to a sister property to address the issue, but given the time, it was not ideal. The issue was fixed by morning, so all in not a big deal and something they attempted to address for guests, but it was inconvenient at the time. On the flip side, we arrived in the morning after an all night flight, and the staff was able to accommodate an early check in. I would definitely stay in this property in the future.

This property was clean and rooms large; excellent AC in the rooms; no restaurant or gym and very small reception area. The location was ok and easy to get around covent garden and theater areas, although there was a high profile mugging in the area while we were there, and it didn’t always feel safe. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. We had a miscommunication about gym passes, please note these are not free and you will be charged. This was the only negative part of our experience, as it was not communicated until checkout that this was an extra fee.
