Bathroom was a little well worn. Evidence of water damage on door and grubby around the edges of the bath. Loud construction work started at 8am directly above us which we were not informed of during check in. Location is excellent.

We were in a superior room but it was cramped , no fridge/ mini bar, very small wardrobe and no drawers at all. View awful but more importantly, very little natural light. Very basic. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and the location is great.

Amazing hotel, great location and excellent staff.

Stayed here for a theatre visit and it couldn't be any closer to The West End - 3 minutes walk and we were in the heart of theatre land. 10 minutes walk took us to Trafalgar Square and many shops of all varieties on the way if you need anything.

A fantastic warm welcome as we arrived, Helen showed us around the hotel and ensured we had a room that met our requirements. They noted that it was recently my 50th birthday so also placed a chilled bottle of wine, mousse cake and card (hand written) on the table - a lovely thoughtful touch.

Hotel was nice and quiet, clean and excellently maintained - room was spotless and blackout curtains worked well so despite being in a very busy part of London we slept extremely well.

Next morning we awoke and came down to the restaurant for breakfast (included in our booking). Both buffet cooked and continental were available plus fresh coffee from a bean to cup machine. I can honestly say it's one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had - top quality food and all at the correct temperatures. An honourable mention goes to the creamy scrambled eggs and wide selection of cold meats - good healthy choices for those on carnivore/keto diets!

Upon check out they were happy to look after our luggage whilst we wandered around the nearby galleries at no extra cost.

We'll certainly return to this hotel when we're in London and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the West End or surrounding ar

Good things about this hotel! The staff is very nice and hotel. I loved the location. It was convenient to walk around to get on the tube. It was difficult at peak hours to get a taxi but we ended up talk to the next corner to pick up. The staff was so personable and kind. They helped with recommendations and were genuinely interested in our day and plans. The room, even though to me small was still good. Bed was comfortable bathroom was clean and great shower pressure. When I go back to London I will definitely stay here again

First time to London and had this hotel recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there. Location was amazing… so many cute shops, restaurants and theaters all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the tourist attractions via the local buses and tube stations.

Hotel room was comfortable and clean and the staff was lovely. Pratik and George in particular were so friendly and helpful.

The premium room was worth it for the extra space, especially for a week long stay. There is a lot of foot traffic outside but it was quiet at a reasonable hour but if you’re early to bed or sensitive to outside noise, maybe request a higher floor.

Would definitely stay here again. Excellent experience!

Amazing central location, close to a number of tube/subway stations. Front desk staff super friendly and always game to help. Get the breakfast included with your room - it was a great selection and a wonderful way to start your day. Thing to note: showers are quite short. At 5’10” I JUST fit. Maybe had to bend slightly to get in the water. Crazy how low the ceiling was in the bathroom.

First room we were given had been smoked in - the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. This is a no smoking hotel and I appreciate the hotel cant stop it from happening but the room should not have been allocated until the smell was gone.

We were given a smaller, more dated room in the same class as our original booking, unfortunately this room had a sizeable burn mark in the carpet which did not look great. A handyman came during our stay so we assume the hotel was aware and were going to replace the carpet at some point.

We’ve stayed here 4 times over the years, the location is second to none and the staff are always lovely. The restaurant is excellent, too. The rooms can unfortunately be a little hit or miss.

Staff super friendly, bed very comfortable and shower fantastic. A few small issues were very quickly rectified (I couldn’t change the thermostat so had to ask reception to do it remotely) and the queen bed is a small double so fine for me but not really great for a couple. Despite it being in the middle of Covent Garden with the windows shut I wasn’t disturbed too much. Very grateful for big fluffy pillows. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful and options to have freshly made food were great though a proper espresso made coffee would have been better as they have one behind the bar but you had to use a machine in the dining room

The front desk staff was great, but we weren't crazy about the one concierge - he recommended three pubs saying we didn't need a reservation; the first one had no openings and the second one had terrible food. He should have offered to make us a reservation. The room could have been cleaner, especially for the price; there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom didn't feel as clean as it could be. It was really hot in the room with just the heavy duvet - we tried turning the temperature down but it didn't really help. The location was great - walkable to the train and lots of restaurants and sites. It was loud outside when we first went to bed, however.

Best location in London

We have stayed at this Radisson several times and never
think about changing our accommodations. The location
is perfect for seeing London…walking distance to most

Great location! Many restaurants and shops to choose from. Underground and bus routes within a short walking distance.

The property was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The sheets were very soft and clean. The air conditioning was just right.

The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. Gil especially stood out with his warm personality who always greeted us with a good morning and a smile. The staff was quick to respond to our needs. Very prompt and courteous.

The nicest Radisson we have ever stayed in! Very clean, superb location, and the staff cannot be beat! Every one of them is friendly and helpful, and having concierges like George and Eddie who seemed to truly enjoy helping (not expecting monetary tips like in the US) made our stay exceptional!

The room we had booked was not available upon arrival and could not comfortably accommodate the number of guests in our reservation. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told that nothing could be done for that night and no extra bed or cot could be provided.

We asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere, but were told the rate was nonrefundable, leaving us with no practical solution. The lack of flexibility and unhelpful customer service made for a frustrating and disappointing experience.

While the location is convenient, the poor service and failure to address basic accommodation issues mean I would not recommend this hotel.
