Who wants to spend £200 for 6 hours in a shoe box? Unfortunately thats london but the pictures online are misleading. To put the size of my room in to perspective.....i couldnt dry my hair properly because of the wall!

It was OK. It was clean-ish (do not hold the duvet up to the light). But for the money, i expected better.

Room was small and the air conditioner was somewhat loud. Walls are a bit thin too. However, all this is offset by the location which is ultra central and close to a central underground hub station. It's a close walk to many London attractions as well. Bed was comfortable and the room clean. The complimentary cans of water were appreciated.

Super Location and very friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean. Amenities were great, and included a heated towel rack, safe in room, mini fridge with water and robes. There was complimentary water and fruit on arrival to the hotel which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hotel under renovation
My room on sixth floor was above the whole lower floor, if ur wanting long quiet lie in forget it.
Also boiler overhaul for 36 hrs, disruption to hot water.
Spoke to housekeeping for unnecessary letting doors bang, going in and out to do their job doesn’t require the doors to be left to slam shut, consideration for guest is more thought off closing them properly.
Apart from my moans the hotel is nice and new renovated rooms are smart

Reception staff were really helpful and also assisted with directions to places I needed to go to. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff there couldn’t help enough. The only downside was the pillows on the bed. They were that flat when you lay on them they might as well not be there.

There was an issue at check in- we had 3 rooms booked, one for a single person, and two for an adult and child. At check in, an adult and child were given the single person’s rooms: for some reason this was adjacent to the other double. The second double was two floors above so our family was not next to each other.

Our rooms weren’t ready for our check in and we had to wait 45 minutes
I had requested two single beds for my grown up grandsons and there was a double bed instead which made sleeping for them very difficult. I was also surprised to find that the hotel did no food in the evening so we had to go out in bad weather to get dinner. I was extremely disappointed with my stay.

The staff could not have done enough for us, and had decorated our room prior to arrival as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. They continued to make us feel welcome throughout, and the room was in excellent condition. Loved the area, and would definitely stay here again.

The location can’t be beat, and it provides all the basics for business travel. Among the sticking points though were absolutely inconsistent water temperature in the shower (without warning it would get hotter or colder) and the very loud construction happening above us on the sixth floor, which began several mornings around 7:30am. The latter, honestly, was the worst part. If you’re going to place people on the fifth floor while renovating the sixth, I think they should be warned or given some kind of discount.

We arrived early left bags for the morning we had requested twin rooms but got doubles. We returned for check in at 3:00. Our rooms were not ready. We were eventually given room keys at 3:50 went to the room to find the cleaner still inside. We returned to the reception to let them know it was still being cleaned and had to leave bags again in storage as we had a meal booked . Due to the issues at the hotel we were u able to shower and change before our meal. We were given a drink each as compensation. However there was no draught beer available due to pumps being off. We eventually got to our rooms when we returned in the evening. The rooms were clean but the coffee cups were dirty. We were never told what time breakfast was or given information about WiFi etc. Extremely poor customer service. We have previously stayed at Raddison Blu chains in the past as we visit annually (formally the Grafton) and have always had a pleasant stay which is why we opted for this hotel but unfortunately we have been very disappointed on this occasion. We understand that some things can’t be helped but the customer service was very poor.

As usual the staff were friendly on arrival and quickly checked us in and stowed our luggage until our room was available.
The reception area is comfy and welcoming with water for those waiting and biscuits and apples for the guests.
The bed was comfy,the free toiletries were good quality and tea and coffee in the room if required.

Room was dated and a little 'tatty'.
Door looked like it had been forced open, as there were lots of screw holes in the top of the door.
The door leading onto the hall way from the stairwell was not secured, so no security between the lobby and the room doors.
Staff were friendly and polite, but the cost of the room definitely did not reflect the standard.
Overall the hotel itself was good, but the room was poor. Wouldt stay there again.

Excellent location close to the west end, just a short walk to the hotel from the main tourist drag, making the hotel that bit quieter which was nice. The room size was very small. Fine for an over night stay but much more would have been a little uncomfortable.

The location is great, but the rooms were tiny and not typical hotel layouts. They were more like apartments. The bathrooms followed the room design, which was extremely small. Sitting down on the toilet made my shoulder touch the tiny sink. The shower was not clean. The toilet didn’t flush well and required multiple flushes. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

This was our second stay and will always book here going forward for London trips. Great walking distance from pretty much all you need, with a tube station also on your doorstep. Would recommend!!

Staff were lovely and the initial appearance of the hotel was lovely.
Inside the room, the bed had duct tape and brown tape covering the corners of the bed frame. Overall, there was large amounts of damage to the room which I wouldn’t expect from a 4 star hotel.
Unfortunately, I will not be staying in another Radisson Blu hotel in the future due to this experience.

Amazing staff! So friendly and willing to help every time you walk through the door. Room was clean, coffee and tea makers were super convenient and I used both! Only thing I would say that isn’t positive is the bed is not comfortable at all. It was really bad. Needs, at minimum, a mattress topper, pillow top or egg crate, something to give it a little cushion. Otherwise, it is stiff as a board with no give.

We had Room 324 and it was excellent. Easy walking distance to British Museum, west end Theatres, Elizabeth Line to LHR. Breakfast was fine with great service. We bought a package from Expedia with flight, hotel, and breakfast included; I might not have wanted to pay 25 GBP each per day for breakfast. But breakfast at nearby restaurants was about the same. Room was refreshed daily, great service. Lots of places to plug in your phones/computers. (Get an eSim card for your phone: cheap!) Great hotel wifi. We choked a little on the cost for early check in, but after a red-eye flight from Canada, it was worth it. The UK is expensive by Canadian standards. Live with it!

The checkin was awful. I ordered months in advance a room with two beds and did not receive it the staff werent aware of the request even though I showed them it was stated in the booking. The next day we were moved to a room with two beds. They claimed they don't provide any of the VIP perks claimed by Expedia. The room was not cleaned and only towels were changed and the bed made. All the trash was left in the room. The location is good but very noisy.

The hotel is situated in a good location, the main areas are clean and the staff are friendly but the condition of the room was appalling. Some lights weren’t working, the bathroom was in disrepair with the flush and sink hanging off the wall, the bathmat was mouldy and the air conditioning was broken. We arrived to check in at 3pm but asked to wait as the room was still being cleaned then inspected - but neither was done very well as we found items from the last guest on the floor.

The location was perfect. It was easily accessible from Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, and 5 on the Elizabeth Line and two blocks from the Tottenham Station. The restaurant staff were exceptional. They made sure that my delicious breakfast was safe for me as I have multiple food allergies. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The British Museum and theatres were withing a walkable distance.

We had to change rooms 3 times as the air conditioning wasn’t working. The last room was noisy (by the elevator and doors to other rooms. I just couldn’t change rooms again so we stuck it out.
The concierge was great as was the check in staff.
But we were disappointed with the air conditioning issues. It was not inexpensive so I expected a bit more.

Location is very good but the rooms are very tired. We had a very old and not clean bath mat, a toilet flush handle hanging off and tissue paper stuck in the door spy hole as it was obviously broken. Not really 4 star. Bar closed at 10.30 on Saturday night and no resident bar- not known that happen before at any comparable 4 star London hotel.
