Awesome place at a very cheap rate. Yes it is old - but there is so much to offer here at a great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved that I was allowed to bring my dog with no additional fees. A lot of hotels add on $25 - $75 to the fee.

This property was disgusting. I only checked in for one night but the WIFI didn’t work the entire time, there were bodily fluid stains all over the couch and chair that was never cleaned off. Also found blood on one of the pillows. It makes me think that this place doesn’t thoroughly clean the room or wash the sheets because why would they if it seems clean? My husband and I felt gross the entire time and it was hard to sleep. I relayed the info to the staff and they gave me $6 as compensation. Really??!! I wouldn’t even be able to afford a drink at their restaurant downstairs with $6. Poor service with poor staff and management. Front desk kept complaining that she’s the only one and she’s busy like a chicken cut off her head. Low staffed and rude. Also, their “free breakfast” was not up to par with cold eggs, cold buiscuits and gravy, and ham. Who eats these things cold? Yuck, no thanks.

Bugs in room and coming out of drain … brown water coming out of tub faucet. They finally put us in a different room which had no TV. Well it had a TV but it didn’t work. They acted like it was our fault and asked if he wanted to change rooms again… we ended up checking out and leaving early. So so so dirty this place has really gone downhill . Front desk manager was rude and unhelpful - I don’t ever leave reviews but this one was ridiculous

Great location, very attentive an respectful staff, the hotel interior is enjoyable, big and clean. Ideal either for a family or for a couple. Important to mention the Garden of the Gods turistic area is pretty close.

Second visit for long weekend of hockey. Expedia price was nice. Checkin was easy. Staff was professional and friendly. Hot breakfast is good and perfect to start the day. Pool is great for the kids after a long day of hockey. Didn’t need wifi to gauge but was available. Room was clean but ac/heater unit could probably use a filter replacement. Unable to use VIP discount for in-house restaurant due to dine-in only and our time constraints; will save for next visit. Good experience overall.

Everyone here is nice, breakfast is good and rooms are good. I took away a star for how gross the pool is. They scoop it but that doesn’t fix the film that was on top of it and how milky foggy it is. Even my 9 and 11 year olds were like no thanks. I couldn’t believe people swam in it. Also you have to pay $5 to use the ping pong and foosball tables. I can see checking the accessories out and if you don’t return it you get charged but to charge every time anyone wants to use it I just thought was not a good look for the hotel. Overall our stay has been ok but if we come back to Colorado we will be staying somewhere else due to the disappointment in amenities.

Spent 3 days and 3 nights with my wife and two daughters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast 2 of the 3 days, the omelette bar being the best part. God coffee too.
They have a ping pong table which was nice and my daughters got to use it, however it's time for a new table and better paddles. The hotel is close to a lot of things, we were only a few minutes away from all the places we visited, that was a plus. As with most hotels, the air conditioner is way too loud and we had to shut it off. We would stay there again.

The lobby and the pool are phenomenal. The rooms are not the same. There was black mold in the shower so the kids and I did not use the shower. The bathroom cleanliness was also subpar. The closest was dusty and had a kids sock behind the iron. Hopefully there is a plan to fix the rooms up as the lobby was absolutely beautiful. The pool was perfect temperature nice and warm.

We were assigned a room on the second floor without an elevator which caused us older people with creaky knees some hardship. We were given no option when we checked in around 7pm. We managed not easily. The young man at the front desk was complete unapologetic. The room seemed mostly clean but I cleaned out the 2 heater air filters which were disgusting. There was some spilled blood (?) on one wall that I wiped off but gave me a feeling nobody had really looked the room over before finishing the cleaning. We’ve enjoyed precious stays more but hope things will be improved should we choose to stay with you again.

I’ll tell you what, this place surprised me. The pictures on the Internet seemed to show the outside of the hotel to look a little newer so when we drove up, we didn’t quite know for sure. But once we stayed there for a while and saw the way the staff worked, the service, the full breakfast, the beautiful inside of the hotel. It was amazing and I would definitely recommend it.
