The staff were very friendly and the hotel well located. Its on a pretty quiet street and O had no problems with outside noise.
The room itself was small but functional ans lld very clean. The TV had not been PAT tested since 2018 and there was a hole in the ceiling where they was once a smoke alarm. The bed was also pretty creaky.
Overall its a friendly hotel, very clean and very affordable. Probably just needs a bit of routine maintenance to get it up to scratch.

The room was small but extremely charming. High level of aesthetic. I'm mildly uncomfortable with small spaces, but despite the narrow width of the room I never found the place uncomfortable. Initially I had some issues with getting some of the lights on, but when I asked – the girl came up and showed me how they worked. Overall, a very pleasant place and I'd definitely stay there again. I noticed that some rooms have more character than others. I was in #9. I also liked #7 where my friend stayed. Visually, they were interesting.

I think it cooled off while being carried up from the kitchen. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both Euston station and also the Tottenham Court Rd station (where you can catch the Elizabeth line to Heathrow).I would stay here again, although not for more than one night because of the tiny bathroom

Wonderful location close to Goodge Street tube station with convenient access to the Northern Line. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and filling and was a great way to start our day before exploring London. The room was fairly small for our family of 4 but we made it work. Great value for the price!

Location near to Euston Station and tube is excellent. Rooms are clean if a little small. I felt that the whole interior of the property was in need of a bit of a makeover. Breakfast cereal and fruit options were very good, however I felt that the cooked breakfast was only average.

A real unique find of a hotel
A really quirky, unique townhouse in a great location - close to park areas but on your doorstep for the West End and mainline train stations. A lovely welcome greeted us when we arrived and we spent a pleasant hour in the garden before heading into the West End. A hotel for those who want character and want to avoid bland chain hotels.

Likes: Made to order full English breakfast and the eggs whether fried, scrambled, or poached were cooked perfectly every time. The rain shower head was nice with plenty of hot water. They will allow you to drop off and hold your luggage for free if you arrive early.
Dislikes: No elevator, only 1 room key and it was hard to use in the front door (needs WD40 or other lubricant sprayed in the lock to remedy this).

Fantastic location. Lovely building high ceilings very traditional. Tea coffee in the room, however only one packet of bicuits(contains 2 biscuits) for a family room, there were 3 of us, and one hot chocolate sachet. I went to ask staff for another packet of biscuits so we could least have one each to be told NO, only one packet per room , I did explain we only have 2 biscuits for 3 people still NO!!!! The shower needs updating. Bedding very clean and comfy. Breakfast very nice, and the staff that day were lovely. However the staff on arrival could have been more pleasant/accomadating. The last day staff Allowed us to leave luggage while we shopped which was great x

Very small, tired room. I can as put in a room on the second floor with no lift so had to carry heavy bags up lots of stairs. Room did not have curtains long enough to cover the windows so no privacy in the room.

The pictures that Expedia shows of the property is Westminster Abby not the hotel. The Library is a book store across the street which has excellent coffee. The rooms are clean but very small. You have to carry your bags up and down flights of stairs so make sure you’re able bodied.

A charming little hotel that is very convenient to UCL and Russell Sq. area. The rooms are small but well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Staff are warm and hospitable, and the breakfast is very good. There is no lift or air conditioning, so the Arosfa may not be suitable for all guests. But I highly recommend it for a comfortable, modestly priced stay in the heart of London.

Given the more budget price of this hotel you wouldn't expect luxury. However, whilst my room was small it was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is in a very good location and the staff very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and better than some more expensive places I've stayed in. Overall very good value and would definitely stay again.

Arofsa hotel
We had asked via email for a first floor room as my husband is on oxygen. The response was , “thank you for letting us know” as there were no elevators. When we were told that the first floor was up 2 flights of stairs. When I asked I was told that was the first floor. When we got to the room, the carpet was old and stained, the window was open with no screen and the fan was on, and the roomed wreaked of cat urine. When I told the manager all she could say was, “ there have been no cats in that room.” My sister and family all agreed the odor was very unpleasant and smelled like cat urine. The bed was hard with very thin cheap pillows. The breakfast was wonderful, with pastries and English breakfast and the server was very nice. Location was close to buses and transportation. I would not stay there again.

Quick stopover. Found a good value, last-minute single room at the hotel. Despite being small (as advertised) and built off the return on the stairs, it was a gorgeous quirky little room. Spotless, comfortable, nice bathroom, everything you could ask for. Efficient and organized front of house. I’d happily stay here again for a short stop.

This was a surprisingly ok hotel ; not much from the outside and a room which was clearly a larger room cut in half ; but all was neat tidy, clean and worked and I was really just sleeping there. If you were staying any length of time in your room , it was tiny.

We were in London for a few days and needed somewhere central to stay. You could go for a chain but we wanted to give this place a try. Excellent decision.

Room without AC made it difficult to spent a night in the summer. Keeping window opens makes it noisy with the passing traffic.

This was a great location and walking distance from Euston station, which was perfect for us. The hostess was lovely and the room was great. The shower didn't have a cold option however, and was on the hot side, hopefully this can be adjusted for future guests, especially with it being summer time. While it met my needs, room was small and downstairs making luggage moving a bit of a chore. Staff was nice but I had very little interaction once checked in. Bloomsbury is a wonderful neighborhood but this was not really in the heart of it.

Great location in Bloomsbury and only a short walk to places of interest and shopping. We were put in a room at the top of the hotel which was very small with the bed under the window. There was very little room at the sides and end of the bed. Everything was very clean but the rain shower didn’t work very well. As we didn’t have much time before we went out we didn’t ask for this to be improved.

As we arrived the lady at so called reception was very blunt and cold. She gave us a tiny little room. The room had a double bed in it and we had no room to move, the smallest bedroom ever that we have ever stayed in. As for the bathroom once again rediculas. Will not recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of our time and money.

It's a good place today if you can't find anything else. The staff are not available all day even in your check-in or checkout windows. It is very roomy space and you don't have much space to turn especially in toliet area. But it has plenty hot water, open fresh air (NO WINDOW SEAL). A bit noisy during the night. It's good location to walking around the area of this historical London, exact right next to UCL.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very tiny but the bathroom was fabulous. As this is an victorian house, there is no lift and the staircase is narrow. Not ideal if you travel with a large suitcase. Arosfa Hotel in London feels like a bed & breakfast which we really loved! Our room on the ground floor looked into the courtyard and it was beautifully decorated. We were able to make a cup of coffee in the room before we went to breakfast which was fabulous! There is a buffet but also you can order to have your eggs and sausages cooked the way you like them. The hotel is just a few blocks from the metro and it was very easy to move around to see all the major attractions. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others! Our stay was for 2 nights.

On arrival, we were greeted and welcomed into the property. Even though we were early for check in we were given the option of leaving our luggage or sitting in the outside courtyard. The staff were lovely and attentive and the hotel/room was clean. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was very tasty.

Very clean and modern Georgian building within the London city center that's close to several touristy neighborhoods such as SoHo and Chinatown. Be aware that it has no elevators and air condition though. However, the rooms have ceiling fan. Staff were all friendly and helpful
