Located in literary Bloomsbury, just steps from the British Museum, we are famous for al fresco dining and wonderfully fun pop-ups. Our chic Leopard Bar offers live jazz, whilst the conservatory is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea overlooking peaceful gardens.

Each and every one of our guest rooms and suites is elegantly and individually designed, from garden facing rooms and suites, to family studios and multi-bedroom apartments which feature a private entrance and patio. The tea was festive, the jazz nightly was great, and the food at every meal was just great especially breakfast.

We loved the location adjacent to The British Museum, it was a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from all we wanted to see. The hotel and the room were impeccably decorated and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and appeared newly renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

Everything! The moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Albi at the front door helping with my bag and making sure I had still water every day, India at the front desk who was so kind and checked me in and luckily was there when I checked out, Emily working in the restaurant who was so kind and sweet- these people make this hotel. Of course the fabulous comfortable bed and turn down service and cosy, well-appointed room don't hurt either. Loved the short bread and cookie upon arrival and the breakfast choices were yummy. I absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime. You will not be disappointed!

The room was very comfortable and the delivery of cookies just after arrival very welcome. I would have given this hotel five stars except I found the additional £15 service charge for housekeeping (optional) and the calls to the room to check everything was ok and the turndown service slightly intrusive. If you like this style of high level service and are used to these additional charges I would highly recommend this comfortable, quiet hotel in an excellent location

The staff were so polite and attentive. Lunch upon arrival was a tapas selection and excellent as was the buffet breakfast.
The junior suite was great with all the required amenities and extra touches like chocolates and biscuits in the room were an extra touch.
We will most definitely be staying here again.

I didn’t have breakfast. I was in the bar once and we were ignored. Had to go to the bar to order. It was so slow they offered a discount, on the food only I presume. I didn’t pay the bill to verify. My room was clean. The turndown service put out both pairs of slippers even though I didn’t take them out of the package or use them and I was the only person in the room.

Very pleasant small-ish hotel in a nice area of London. Lots to do close by, easy to get to and from by tube, taxi, Uber. Fairly quiet street, very quiet at night with double windows, even facing the street. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight. Highly recommend the Leopard Bar and the restaurant. The building is old, and the room is tight...but that's London! Would definitely stay again.

There is room service available but didn’t use. There was fresh lemonade everyday and jazz music some nights.
Rooms are smaller, but we’re from America and everything is giant so I’m sure the rooms are very normal for Europe.
They do have some American outlets which was a plus.

room was small but very clean and bright, location was very good, breakfast fine but had to ask for Weetbix each morning. Staff helpful but a little over attentive at times with several waiters asking the same questions and the traditional floorboards while lovely, made eating quite noisy with waiters moving about in the main area. The terrace was lovely and staff went over an above to source me a milkshake and a cuppa on two occasions.

Relaxing in the leopard bar and listening to the jazz saxophonist while watching the bar staff make cocktails was like stepping back in time.

A little \"gem\" in London hotels. Unique in many aspects,traditional old world charm, together with excellent service and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Its an older building so be prepared for the smaller room size and creaking floors, older furnishings and bathrooms, though clean, could use updating (chipped tub enamel).
