I booked a premium room but when I arrived they put me in a room that was really small and rundown looking. I asked the front desk to move me and they did very quickly and the remainder of my stay was great!

Hotel has a really nice, warm, welcoming environment. Its an easy walk from Euston train station and next to a tube (Warren St) so really easy to get around. Loads of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Fruit infused water and fresh fruit available in reception, while i was there London got ridiculously hot and i loved that they put a large ice bucket in reception stocked with ice lollies. Bed was really comfy, room wasn’t huge but ok and has all the amenities needed including an iron (rare these days) and a fridge which i dont often see in the UK. Staff friendly and really helpful.

Our room was clean and reasonably spacious. Air conditioning worked ok, but the room seemed to get warmer in the middle of night before cooling down again. The factor had air conditioning was a plus.
Bathroom was ok too, with a very slick and curved tub for showering. Used the provided bath mat so it was fine, but walk in showers are always preferred.
Our king room had stairs in it, so if you have issues with stairs, you will want to confirm if your room has them.
Biggest complaint was that with a first floor room (one level up from lobby) we could feel the underground trains several times per hour. It was noticeable enough we commented on it several times after some sleepless nights. Other hotels nearby may have the same problem, but this is the only one we have experience with.

Fantastic place to stay, close to restaurants and shops and the underground as well as Euston station. I can’t say enough about Anandhu who greeted me on arrival and went above and beyond to check me in. I was a bit early however he put a room on priority for me, provided a drink voucher as well as upgraded my room. He deserves to be recognized for his superior service skills. I would definite stay here again.

This hotel had a very luxurious feel to it. Beautiful reception area and pleasant staff. It was my second stay here and hopefully I will always try and stay. Very comfortable rooms. The underground is literally just round the corner, one stop and you in Oxford Circus.
Perfect in every way for me. I’ll give it a 10/10

Rooms are old and bathrooms are tight, but that is to be expected in central London. It was a historic heat wave, an the a/c had little impact on the temperature in the room. It kind of felt for show. However, the staff was excellent, checking in and checking out was easy, and they allowed us into our room an hour prior to check-in. I would stay again but would need a room with a bathtub because the shower was tight.

Excellent location close to Euston; Warren street tube a minutes walk away.
Check in excellent, Vivian on reception very helpful-extremely hot temperatures in London therefore the lobby ice cold water drinks was amazing, nice touch with the chocolates too, also ice lollies were available at reception!
All public areas were tidy and clean. The breakfast room was lovely , bright and kept clean, the breakfast was very well set out with plenty of choice. staff were all excellent.
I could not fault it.
Our room was large and spacious with a large bathroom, very clean. The only issue was the mattress was a bit hard. air con worked well which was a relief in the high heat last week; i definitely will recommend the Radisson Blu to friends & family

Good location for Euston and the room itself was clean. The staff were friendly.
Unfortunately, the bathroom could have done with renovation. I have no idea why hotels are still putting baths in when a wet room is more appropriate. The sink tap was temperamental with hot and cold water and the shower needed replacing.
The breakfast was awful. Over cooked bacon, under cooked scrambled eggs. Has a coeliac I was able to get some gluten free bread but there was no other items offered. There were so many people in the restaurant it was like being in a school canteen.

Paid for a premium room. Room was reasonable size, bed comfortable, temperature good,
BUT there were no bedside lights so full blast ceiling lighting or dark. Stained grubby looking carpet. Bathroom tiles stained, bath looked old and tired. Mean with coffee.
Overall a tired and unloved room.

Stayed at Radisson Blu Euston Square and unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations for a 4-star hotel.

The room had several issues that affected comfort and sleep. There was no soft or ambient lightin only harsh overhead spotlights with the option of all on or just over the bed. The window blind didn’t fully cover the window, letting in light, and the room door didn’t seal properly, so both light and corridor noise came through making it both difficult to sleep and also to enjoy the peaceful morning I had planned before my train back.

There was also a constant low droning noise (likely from building systems or outside not the air conditioner as I turned it off) which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the TV flickered while watching constantly for around 30 minutes before stabilising and actually being viewable

While the location is convenient, the room quality and maintenance need improvement. Overall, not the standard I would expect from this brand and it's very unlikely I would stay there again not worth the high cost.

We stayed before Xmas when we were down to watch a show and came back because of the great location. This time we got to stay in one of the new refurbished rooms- much quieter as not overlooking Tottenham Court Road and very comfortable. Just be careful not to fall off the beds as they are quite high (if you’re short like me)!

Very clean and comfortable . The main drawback is its walking distance from Kings Cross and its very poor signage on the building so one can easily miss it and wander around. Get more obvious eye level signage!
