Not far from the main stations, Euston is nearest then St Pancreas and Kings Cross, which is only a 20 minute walk.
Small compact room with en-suite shower room but well planned space. Small double but all we needed. Kettle and fridge meant we could buy our breakfast to have before the 11am checkout. Bought my own teabags!
Nice restaurants nearby and a 30 minute walk from the West End, we were at the Lyric Theatre.

Pretty average affordable set-up — really gnarly carpet in the common areas, which was being ripped up the day I checked out, staff is helpful in a bare-minimum kind of way, room felt very dated and quite uncomfortable but clean.

There was no reception at the building, even though I arrived within the ‘open’ hours. Apparently I was supposed to be contacted. Once I was finally settled in my room, I realized the door didn’t lock. The office wasn’t open and there was no contact information for after hours emergencies.
As long as you are prepared for zero support and no customer service of any kind, this will be a convenient place to stay near the train station.

This is a really nice accommodation to book and at a really good price, considering its location!
Check in was all good. Very smooth, very quick and the gentleman checking us in was very nice.
Our room was downstairs and would found it to be really nice. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need - toiletries, including a mini dental kit. Tea, coffee, milk. Kettle, microwave, mini cooker, crockery, TV.
We stayed there because I had to check in to UCLH for surgery the next day, and this was a perfect location. Five minute walk from Warren St. station and a five minute walk to the hospital.

Very small room. Perfect for a solo traveller, would have been difficult for more than 1 to navigate. Right beside a metro station and a train station so excellent for transport with the trade off of it being a big noisy. Dated but clean.

The amount of noise was innaceptable. Day or night. Didn't help that we were infortunate to have the room right beneath the reception and a flight of stairs but also right next to the laundry. The amount of noise was such that using earplugs was mandatory to sleep. No staff present to help you or to answer questions. At this price, it was predictable I guess but be warned : this is no place for a nice beauty sleep in the morning

Also, there was no space to actually put out the fold up chairs and it would have been better if the TV had been fixed to the wall rather than slotted low down in a shelving unit at an odd angle as you could only sit on the bed. I had to check in at an alternative location, which was a 20 min walk away. At first I was given the wrong key and was chased down outside to be given another. Room was in the basement, I could hear every train and every whisper and footstep from the whole building. Then after a terrible sleep I needed some coffee, I filled the kettle, turned it on and went for a shower. When I returned the kettle obviously has a leak, it had leaked all over the side and into my bag, soaking my clothes. The small amount of water I had left, I made the coffee, No Sugar! Took one sip and had a mouth full of washing up liquid, they must clean the kettle with washing up liquid. Gross! So I have to tackle my wet clothes problem, NO HAIRDRYER! Radiators won't work! AWFUL! Please spend the extra £20 and stay somewhere better. Furniture is rickety, noisy, bed was noisy but it was relatively clean and there were plenty of pillows, towels and good duvet.

This room was not as expected. The area felt dangerous at night. There was a man lingering in the lobby (inside the gated and locked area) and once confronted about why he was there, he went outside of the gated area. We later saw him wandering around outside - seemed very drunk or on drugs. We did not stay here as we did not feel safe. The floor was damaged, the bed did not stand on 4 legs, once I sat on the edge it bent down to the floor. The shower was tiny / bathroom smelled bad.

I loved being so close to Euston St, and enjoyed the surrounding area. So many terrific places to eat and/or get groceries. I like the self-catering option.
There is ongoing construction in the area, so it is noisy early. But since i was out all day it didn't bother me so much. I'd stay here again, i think it's a decent value.

That night, just went to bed, heard running water from above… We had the windows open because it was so hot (fan provided but super noisy), the hanging baskets were on a timed water system outside our window which was super noisy as it dripped down to be basement level below us. Not impressed.
Fridge was clean. Shower was OK.

It was nice but absolutely tiny! Barely had enough room to stand at the one side of the bed! Couldnt even shut bathroom door when using toilet as literally no where to put ur legs! Thrre wasnt even half a ft in space betweeen toilet and wall where ur legs are meant to go had to sit sideways on toilet facing out the door!

It’s a great location and staff are lovely but I had a basement room which had an ant infestation in kitchen area. Couldn’t open window also as ants came in. Bed was overly bouncy and misshapen. This was a shame as the other Studios2let I’ve stayed in have been great

This room ruined our vacation! The prehistoric building is in deplorable condition. We were given a claustrophobic room in the basement with no A/C (30C average in London a few weeks ago). The 20-year-old mattress destroyed my lower back. The TV was located in a position parallel to the bed, so it was impossible to watch telli from the bed. AND the bathroom deserves a special comment: We are 1.75 cm tall, 75 kgs average, and WE DID NOT FIT IN THE TOILET. Basically, you have to sit at a 45-degree angle; otherwise, your knees will hit the wall. I couldn't wash my face as the bathroom is so narrow that I couldn't bend. We could barely fit in the shower. I am not sure how this building has a permit to operate.....PATHETIC

Booked a budget studio. Clean on arrival However extremely small. Maybe ok for one but not 2. Bathroom very small too. Hardly space to sit in the loo! No place to open a case except on the bed. Dishes etc provided. Just as well my husband is 6ft as I wouldn’t have been able to reach them! We’re on the ground floor facing a courtyard. Very noisy with people outside till early morning Unfortunately due to the heat had to leave the window open, although there was a fan provided.

Good location when arriving by train at St Pancras, and a good place to explore the city from. Good bus and underground access. However, no AC so very hot in the room and the toilet and shower were extremely tiny. I’m a normal sized human and could barely turn around in the toilet room and shower.

I have a broken ankle and had to pay for 2 taxis to go and check in at a cost of 25.00 an unexpected expense that should not have had to pay. There was no offer of compensation or discount for the room. When we got into the room was not anything like showed in the picture for a studio and was basically a box room with a double bed

Overall stay was ok. Bathroom smelled slightly moldy. Check in process specifically was terrible. Reception at my location was closed day of my check in. I was not notified. Actually received an email that specifically said reception would be open during the hours i arrived. It was not. It was explained to me by another Tennant that i needed to go to the second location to get my keys. I had just picked up my luggage from a previous hotel. I wasted a couple hours of my last day in london. Backtracking around with my luggage. Addrinally, copying and pasting the adress (for the wrong check in location) from the email into google maps takes you to the wrong location.

Closed the reception on day of arrival and expected us to walk 15/20 mins to an additional hotel to collect keys, emailed 5pm the day before to tell us, when emailed back didn’t receive a reply until I was already checked in telling me ‘If I don’t want to go to the other hotel to cancel my booking.’ Fire exits were blocked with mattresses, stairs uneven, floors in rooms are worn and nails sticking out when stood in certain places between bathroom & room. Rooms are extremely hot with a fan provided. Sockets in the room are either hanging off the walls or don’t work. Only good thing I can say is it was relatively clean & location was good. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

There was a major water mean from the tap in the kitchen sink - we could not turn it off and our belongings were soaked. We called the out of hours number (it was 7pm and no staff onsite) and was basically told to put towels down. I insisted that it would be in their best interest to send a plumber. They said they would send someone but didn’t know when that would be. I explained that we couldn’t stay there in those conditions and was told not a problem, to just leave the key in the room with the door open for maintenance and to drop and email for a refund. When I contacted hotels.com for a refund - this was denied as they said I had booked a ‘no cancellation policy” room!!!!! Am shocked and disgusted.

The room we stayed in was very small, not recommended for the larger person. Hardly any room in the bathroom. The fridge was old and rusty and the cupboard the sink housed smelt damp. The bed was right up against the wall so was difficult to get in and out of. The room got very warm and there was only a window for ventilation.

Tiny room, very limited front desk times, but great price. Not luxury, but a gem for the budget traveller. Note: very large persons will not fit in the 30\" square shower!!

Remember, this is London, one of the most expensive cities in the world. Sure it was a micro studio but it was clean, convenient, safe and not that expensive for someone on a budget. Best feature was a door to an outside area. Also, if you are visiting London are you really going to be staying inside your lodgings for more than sleep?!
It is very close to Regents Park and both Euston Rail and Kings Cross & Pancras Stations. The nearest cross street of Drummond offers several inexpensive places to grab food and a grocery if you want to make use of the studio kitchen.

Good location close to metro stations and lots of restaurants. But definitely a no frills accommodation. I stayed for 8 nights and received no housekeeping services. Every time I went to the front desk to ask for something, no one was there (during staffed hours). I had to buy my own toilet paper, which whatever it’s cheap, but weird that no one even asked if I wanted fresh towels or anything.

The main issue was the bathroom. Im only 164cm, but I had to leave the door open when on the toilet as the room was too small. And we could barely squeeze past the sink to enter the shower.

The rooms are absurdly small. Two people can't really walk in the room without one of them lying on the bed. If that wasn't enough, you cannot sit on the toilet with your legs straight, you need to poop sideways.
