The rooms were very large for Europe and had all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso machine. The only complaint we had was the card system and door locks. We struggled (as did all guests) to get in and out of the hall to the exit. Also the room keys all stopped working the second day for the whole building. Some upgrades are needed in those areas. Otherwise the location was fantastic.

When I arrived in the room, I tried to use the safe but it did not work. I tried to phone reception but nobody answered so I had to go down to find help. Everyone was helpful but it caused an unnecessary delay that meant I had to rush to prepare for my night out.

The room had a connecting door to the next room. I wasn’t particularly comfortable about the security. It had zero soundproofing which wasn’t a problem the first night but the second night my neighbour had a cough - he may as well have been sa

There were 2 suite styles shown, my suite was nothing like either of them. It looked tired, but the bathroom was good and the hallways and lift looked as I expected. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough.

Great check in, easy and quick. Room was lovely and we had a huge bed which was very comfy. The room overlooked Leicester Square so great spot and we didn’t hear a thing outside and it was busy the whole time. Slept so well, turned off the heat and was warm enough as it was a bit noisy. We didn’t eat here but breakfast was £15 so well priced for the location. There is a Costa attached and the hotel give us a BOGOF for a drink in from there . Well placed and would happily return

Really, the only thing going for this hotel was location. It definitely is in need of updates. The access to the property was a challenge, as often the keys to gain access didn't properly activate the doors opening. The doors were also often closed, even though the signage gave specific times that you would need to utilize keys to gain entry. There were OVERPOWERING weird fragrant odors throughout the property. I don't know WHAT they were trying to hide, but it assaulted you the minute you left the lobby of the hotel.

Excellent location, moments from Leicester Square and Picadilly Circus. Room was reasonably big for central London, bed was super comfy. Staff were great, sending some Prosecco to the room when they heard it was our Anniversary. Despite being so close to buzzing nightlife, we didnt hear any noise in the room. Overall, couldnt fault it.

The staff was amazing! Also, the luggage storage was top tier and super helpful. They kept our bags before and after our stay so that we could enjoy London. This is also on a main tube line so you wont have to take many Ubers. It was a great location with Regent Street being less than 5 minutes walking distance and Bond Street was 10 minutes away. We also walked to Buckingham Palace which was 20 minutes away. The surrounding area was bustling but the hotel is actually quiet and super clean. We had three adults in our room with plenty of space. I plan to stay here for years to come.

The stay started badly when we had to wait for the only lift working and it only took two people before setting of the overweight alarm. Our room was on the 7th floor so we had to use the stairs several times. The bathroom was a disaster with difficulty getting the toilet to flush. We had to wait 15 minutes in the morning to get hot water. Initially there was no water, maybe someone else turned of the taps in their room allowing us to get water. The bed was very uncomfortable and badly made, the bottom sheet didn’t reach the bottom of the bed. The quilt was soiled.
Breakfast was ok. Reception staff were friendly.

The Junior Suite was ‘tired’ in need of decoration. The shower overflowed due to being blocked and unable to flush the toilet at times. Although the room was clean the carpet was in need of a decent shampoo or even better replacing. Access to the property was restricted due to works being carried out directly outside the property, pavements all blocked off so had to walk on the road!!
The only positive was the breakfast, a good range of choice.
Not worth the expensive rate charged for this room and will not return!!

The location of the hotel is super convenient and close to everything you need to have a great time in London (theatres, museums, restaurants, tube stations).

Completely blown away by this hotel and location. Staff was the best, room was so comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated, bathroom was very clean and has all the necessities. Breakfast area downstairs was always immaculate, food was hot, well cooked, and pastries were soft and flaky. Piccadilly Circus was glorious. Easily walkable to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, 10 or more major theaters to see plays, restaurants galore, shopping, it was basically London’s version of Time Square in New York. The subway trains were super easy to use and get around in and not even 3 to 5 minute walk from the front door. This was the perfect place to stay.

The room was good with comfortable bedding but the bathroom did have a smell (like sewage). I’m not sure if it was due to the area in general or just the age of the building but it was pretty strong. The location was great but it is very busy and can get pretty loud although it did not bother us all that much. Overall a good stay but would have been better without the smelly odor.

Room was very comfortable, but there are a few items that must be addressed. Specifically, there was no towel rack/holder at the sink, where obviously you are washing your hands, face, etc. and a towel at hand is necessary. Also, there is no towel rack at the shower area. There is a towel warmer, but that is often being used for another towel. In the shower, the floor is a bit slippery and there is NO grab bar within the shower. They are easily affixed (I’ve done it) and would greatly improve safety in the shower. Thanks.

I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities I needed. It’s centrally located in Piccadilly Circus area and close to several underground stations plus popular tourist areas. It’s walkable to major tourist hubs. The staff were fine. I only had 2 issues- one is that I requested my room to not be cleaned one day yet it was. Second, the rebate they offer for not having a room cleaned is not clear and 3 different staff menbers gave me 3 different information. It was a little fristratinf and not worth the reward (which I never bothered to claim).

Brilliant hotel in a great location.

The very lovely lady on reception was excellent. She looked on the system for the best room and gave us one with a great view of Leicester Square(307!) The room itself was very comfortable with a very large bed. The buffet breakfast was again excellent with a large variety of food on offer. The staff there were friendly and efficient. The location couldn't be better, with an easy walk to Covent Garden. We will be back next year!

In this case it's really all about the location.
We found it a bit pricey but would suggest that it's the norm in London right now so it wasn't outrageous.
The location is fantastic though. Very walkable to most of the major things you would want to see and a quick cab ride or subway ride to the others. As a travel agent I would have no problem recommending this to my guests. The breakfast was pretty good and compares to those you would find at a typical Holiday Inn Express.

We recently stayed here for our silver anniversary, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room (deluxe king) was of a good size with fantastic views across Leicester Square. The bathroom as also well proportioned with a large shower which had both a waterfall head above and a convention hose attachment for the harder to reach area's.

The room was clean and nice and cool during the heat wave thanks to the aircon, which was a god send. The bed was huge and really comfy.

Breakfast was the normal buffet fare which was enjoyable but unexceptional. Let down even further by the lack of plant based options available. My partner is vegan and there was limited options, we were told on our last day that the kitchen could prepare hash browns and vegan sausages, Why is this not publicised in the dining hall?

Similarly we requested plant based milk for the room only be delivered more dairy milk. I tried to explain that I had requested dairy free but it was impossible due to them not speaking or understanding a word of English.

Apart from the lack of plant based option, we had a really great stay, and I'll say it again the staff were fantastic, especially Cyril from the breakfast team.

Room didn't match the pictures

We didn't get the room we were expecting.
We reserved a Deluxe Room with City view.
The pictures showed a beautiful room with view of the London Eye.
Instead we were given a room that somewhat resembled the picture but worn out and no city view. The horrible view was of the roof of the building next door.
We complained and were told the room we reserved was not available until the next day.
They moved us the next day to the top floor (7th).
When we got into the room, it seemed like we had been put in the worse room in the hotel. It looked like an attic, with paint peeling, much smaller and with a musty smell. The whole 7th floor smelled like mold.
It did have a city view, but no London Eye, and we had to look at it through small dingy attic windows.
There was no safe and the bathroom was a shower/tub combination hard to get in and out, with a glass door with a gap that let water out.
The cleaning crew however was good and they did the best they could with a room in bad need of remodeling.
One of the elevators worked on and off and it stopped for a few seconds in between floors.

Great location if you need to be right in the centre of London. Did not get a good nights sleep as the bed was very firm and pillows not particularly comfortable either. Our deluxe room had very basic amenities, and in particular no slippers. For the rate we paid, we left feeling disappointed.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location in Piccadilly , east to walk to. Staff so welcoming and swift check in and out. Rooms very clean and quiet, my room was super spacious nice large bed and complimentary water. The lady who was cleaning was a delight and offered to help fasten my dress I was struggling with for an event later that morning before check out. Highly recommended! Stayed for past 3 years when needs be.

We had matinee tickets to see Wicked that day so that was a tremendous help and gesture on their part. Very much appreciative of the staff’s consideration and understanding. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during a work trip to London and had a wonderful experience. It’s in the heart of the city and tourist area, yet quiet and relaxing—perfect after a long day. It was also very close to my office.
The staff were fantastic, especially Malik and Khadijah, who were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My family joined me for the last four days, and they loved it too.
Highly recommend, especially for colleagues traveling to our London office. I’ll definitely be back!
