It has what I needed, good location for shopping, close to mall sport, easy to find transportation. What I didn’t like was the application to open the room. Not practical, specially when the internet was failing, please maintain the cards to open the room’s door.

Located near the road to the ski resorts and across the street from a nice shopping mall. The area is very nice, upscale, safe and a bit sterile compared to older Santiago where I usually stay. Hotel rooms are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was mediocre - and no good coffee options (I think important for many people). Hate to complain but …there is a machine with a touch screen that makes pretty bad coffee. Coffee pod machine in the room but I could not get mine to work.

First of all, The Hotel is very far from the city center, Metro lines and airport ( 26 to 30 minutes from each), and fare for uber or taxi from the hotel to any of those destination is approximately between $20 to $37 which means your back and forth fare to any of those destination, in average is about $50 to $60. Although on hotel.com, the hotel claims to have free airport service but they ended up charging me twice more than taxi and uber fare for my one way ride to airport ( about $67 Dollars one way). Cleanliness is moderate, Breakfast is mediocre. Staffs are responsive.
In Overall, I do not recommend it to people intending to tour the Santiago. My three days stay cost me around $300 in taxi fare, uber fare, and worse of all, the fare to the hotel's designated vehicle and this is in addition to other inconveniences.

Yet king mattress needed changing as springs were bad.
Staff in reception was cold.
Staff in spa were not motivated. When I asked for glass of water they pointed to where the glasses were. And when I entered they did no effort to accompany to show facilities.

Amazing hotel

The staff were very helpful, the room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The only slight downside was that the towels were replaced when I hung them up for reuse and the AC was left on by the cleaner all day when I'd switched it off when I left the room which goes against their eco friendly mission.

This is a great option, although there are no many, if you want to stay at the east side of the city, in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Santiago called La Dehesa. The hotel is right across a nice shopping mall and with great access to a highway that cross Santiago from east to west. We did a day trip to a ski resort to enjoy the mountains and the great views. We also did a day trip to the beach. In short, if you are planing to move around La Dehesa or the east side of Las Condes, this hotel is a very good alternative.

My only concern is that AC in the room was not working properly, not cooling enough. Few days were very hot in Santiago and the room at night was a little bit hot.

The hotel is starting to show its age a bit (chipped tiles, cracks in the bathroom, etc), but still very comfortable. The staff are helpful and attentive, and the breakfasts are great. We liked the location as well, since it was midway between the mountains for hiking and downtown.

it was so pleasant and relaxing. The hours of the included breakfast were reasonable and didn't end too early. In addition there were two welcome drinks gratis which was so nice to have upon arrival from a long trip. The pool and steam room was relaxing and clean! The only reason I didn't give all stars for comfort was that I felt the mattress was too soft.

the staff could not be more helpful

our only problem was the room, it smelt of cigarettes. when we first went in the room there was a strange smell but we didn't really notice it as we were in a rush to go out. When we returned in the evening and entered the room again the smell hit us and we instantly knew it was cigarette smoke. it was disgusting. we have 2 young children, all of our stuff was everywhere and we were all tied, all we wanted to do was have a shower and go to bed. We couldn't face packing everything up, so tried to live with it. However, the smell was too disgusting. I went down to the reception and they offered to move us to another room, explaining that maybe someone in a neighbouring room was smoking. they moved us to a room right at the back of the hotel next to the cleaners room. the breakfast was good and the staff were all very eager to help.

Nice Hotel, but spurious costs incurred!

The Hotel was very nice and comfortable.
BUT after we left the Hotel had made several charges against my Credit Card.
One was charging for the room which I had already paid on Hotels.com. They had charged US$273.43 which was far more than a Hotels.com charge! This charge was eventually reimbursed.
The second charge for US$244.31 was for costs incurred at the Hotel ie \"meals, drinks and taxi fares\".
The third charge of US$165.17 is disputed. I did not incur any costs for that amount and the Hotel has not responded to my queries about that cost. I have repeatedly asked what that charge was for, and have not received a response!
I am now dubious about staying at Radisson Hotels in the future and will let my friends know.
I dont know if Hotels.com can investigate those charges but would appreciate if they could. The Hotel did respond to earlier queries but not to this unknown charge. Until I am satisfied with a return of false charges I will not recommend Radisson Hotels.
I would have thought that a Hotel such as Radisson would have investigated this further and provided an explanation. I am now out of pocket US$165.17.

The room has a problem with the sink. When I called room service for lunch no body picked up. Because of that I had to cross the street to the gas station, waste my time and eat very badly.

The stuff of the hotel was nice, but the guy of the door wasn´t so nice. Too Chilean, maybe you need to put a nice guy from Venezuela there.

This hotel was supposed to be the creme of the creme in an upmarket area. Not the experience.

Reception phone was rarely answered, services were mediocre for the most part. I am still waiting to find out about laundry service. The cleaning was awful and the room was dusty all the time.

We requested more pods for the coffee machine and were told we could only have 4 per day!

The bathroom shower was mouldy and so was wash basin, no ventilation.

Do not recommend.

Radisson should take their name out of this hotel.

This is a modern executive hotel. The bathroom is open, so you literary poop three steps from your bed. Breakfast options are very poor. They work with the less people in every area, so for example to get a room service you can be waiting long time to get an answer.
