The staff is Great! Family member is Gluten-free and the lady who cooks breakfast took time to research what it meant & provided breakfast options based on the dietary restrictions.

Also...the front desk check in throughout the trip to just make sure we had a good stay.

I was very disappointed that Expedia rated this hotel 9.2. I booked this hotel because of that rating. The staff was great and very friendly. However, the property is very worn and outdated. The carpet in the hallways, the striped multi-color carpet in the room, the mattress in the room, the furniture in the room were all outdated and worn.
I also did not like the layout of the bathroom. For some reason, the shower and toilet were stuffed into a small closet. I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The parking lot had several tractor trailers, and work trucks. I cannot understand how this hotel was rated at 9.2.

I had misunderstood the time given for breakfast, so when we came down there was nothing left. She saw that I was upset, came over and offered to make us something really quick. Stayed for a business trip to the area. Breakfast was good. Had two different types of waffle batter, eggs, turkey sausage, French toast sticks, various breads and pastries, and fresh cut fruit (a berry mix). I’d say more offerings than typical at a hotel. The area was quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was super friendly as was the cleaner I ran into on my way out. I hope the manager sees this because this was the first place I’ve been where I’ve been wowed by the friendliness of the staff. They’re doing something right. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My only complaint was I didn’t sleep well but it didn’t really have much to do with the hotel. I just kept getting hot randomly during the night that I think I’m just not used to humidity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The continental breakfast was wonderful and fully stocked, much love and care was put in it's preparation. The best part of our stay most notably was the staff, Lisa warmly greeted us after our 6 hour trip and saw to our every need, Akeba helped me with a booking error days before our arrival and checked on us during our stay, Candice's kind words put a smile on my face, and all breakfast staff to housekeeping were very thoughtful and kind, something greatly appreciated by my husband and myself. Lord willing, we will definitely be back. Thank you.
