I had an amazingly stay, I loved the apartment it give me time away from the family and collect my thoughts. The apartment was inviting in every way possible. It is very close to the restaurant and the water, of course a great place for walker's. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Champelli palms is close and fairly central to the gold coast. It is family friendly, but does have stairs to the upper levels so keep this in mind.

It’s a comfortable apartment with full apartment amenities like washer, dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. The apartment manager Murray made our stay very comfortable and easy. He’s honest and he did his best to help however he could. Truly appreciate him. Highly recommend this apartment especially for family.

Very comfortable accomodation in a lovely location near restaurants and alongside the beautiful Spit. It was a spacious apartment with a nice pool. Downside is the tv reception for 9 (no Aus. Open) and 10 channels which was disgraceful. Internet is a major disappointment.

We were quite disappointed with the quality of cleanliness of this apartment. The beds were too soft...had no support at all. Need new firm mattresses. The kitchen had most things that we needed except for a pair of scissors. Internet connection was terrible. The owner was very nice and friendly though.

Manager was extremely helpful and friendly, facilities were great. Ideally situated for me without a car as a variety of restaurants were available in close walking distance. The Broadwater at the end of the street. There was a bus stop close by. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The complex was quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This was my 2nd stay at Champelli Palms, the location in Labrador is very convenient to access Southport/Helensvale areas and links to Surfers Paradise.

Just a few small things would have made our stay more comfortable. Like another roll of toilet paper, washing machine powder, kitchen wash up liquid and larger dish cloth. These small items would help to keep the unit clean.

Would not call them luxury as advertised
Was disappointed as the are advertised as luxury. The unit we had was not. The beds were super soft and uncomfortable, the kitchen tools were rusty and unusable. The blinds were broken in every room. The oven worked when it decided to! Apart from the pool there is no other facilities. If you're looking for a peaceful holiday you won't find it here ... It was very noisy especially at night. And we had to lug our luggage up many flights of stairs. We would rate it 2 out of 5.

The pool was a little to cold for my comfort but my kids enjoyed it while I loved the heated hot tub (the jets were a little out of control though).
Our apartment backed on to a main road and I couldn't sleep due to the noise and the lights. I'd insist on staying in another apartment not backing on to the road if staying again.
The apartment was clean with comfortable and modern furniture but in parts was very tired. Cigarette burns on the carpet and bed linen were everywhere.
Even though it was budget/mid accommodation, I would have expected things like dish washing liquid, some shampoos and conditioners, laundry detergent and face washers (enough for a 5 night stay) to be included. It wasn't costly to buy these things (aldi is just up the road) but it was an inconvenience.
This property is not near the ocean beach but is just a short walk to a sheltered beach just opposite the spit.
I would recommend this as a place to stay for a family looking at easy access to theme parks, wanting to prepare their own meals and wanting to be out of the hussle of surfers.

Very friendly & helpful manager. Nice handy & spacious place. Had some trouble with the Hologen bench top stove with no instructions. Utensils in the draws were plentiful but pots & pans weren't properly cleaned.
Had to forfeit 7 nights for urgent family health matter & was slightly disappointed for not being able to get some refund or as a few nights complementary offer. Overall it was a very nice place, service & tidyness

Units in complex are individually owned. We stayed in unit 5 which was old and need of refurbish. Stove and one hot plate did not work. Lounge smelt and needed cleaning. Air con only in lounge but was needed in bedrooms as they were hot. Vertical blinds were old and dirty. Unit had good size laundry. Car parking space was easily accessible for any size car. Pool was good.
No units are ground floor. All require you to walk up at least 10 steps from street level making carrying bags difficult.

Absolutely loved our stay. Kids enjoyed the pool morning and evening and the accommodation was close to cafe's and restaurants. I enjoyed a run along the esplanade in the mornings, the car parking and the entire complex was secure. I look forward to coming back.

Third floor walk up
Great location, and we were pleased the unit had air conditioning. We did not realise however, that the unit would be on the third floor, and 4 floors walking up from the garage with our luggage. The mattress was definitely past its use by date, and the washing machine had water in it already when we tried to do the washing. The machine just did not work. An offer was made by management to take our washing to another unit to finish it off, but we rinsed it all by hand. The next day a new machine was installed, without any instruction booklet. We did not use it. Good air ventilation and nice sea breeze. Plus 50% of the cost of the stay, was taken off our credit card at the time of booking.

After a confusing booking experience where my credit card was charged 50% when i booked although all information was that the CC number was needed just to hold the booking and full payment would be due on arrival, so without notification, I had a massive charge to my card which caused me to cancel my card and contact the bank... Anyway, on arrival Murray our host was friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, near the beach and a short drive to the supermarket and shopping centres as well as to the motorway to all the Theme Parks. We found many lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The property was clean, well maintained and security was great with secure undercover parking, key access to the property as well as to the stairwells to our room. The pool and spa on site were clean and inviting although we never actually got to use them as we were too busy and tired when we got back in each night! This is a great property when travelling with kids, a truly home away from home with a full kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher and large fridge), private laundry (washer, dryer), and 2 bathrooms.
