NICE HOTEL

Very nice hotel with great staff. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the morning staff during breakfast was also nice and their service was amazing. The location was great for us. About a 30 minute drive to Vienna center. The hotel had several authentic restaurants within a short walk. Parking was difficult to find along the street during the weekend, however the hotel offers a garage for a fee.

Nice and comfortable

Hotel interior a bit dated - especially bathroom with unusable hairdryer. Otherwise fine and comfortable. Nice local restaurants nearby and a convenience store not too far away. Limited parking, but free parking on the street which can be hard to get close to the hotel. Far from city (almost an hour with public transport). Excellent breakfast!

It was a good stay. Service is great, bit the furniture and decoration a bit timed. The area is a lump of construction sites and not so beautiful decorations. Still, I would come again.

Nice hotel in Vienna

Three of us stayed here two nights while doing a little sightseeing in Vienna. The room was very comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is available at the hotel, but we did not try it (ate brunch at a cafe in the center of the city instead).

Relax and enjoy

This is the place to be to enjoy a short stay in Vienna. Near the bustle and hustle of the big town. Right in the middle of a gorgeous street,, cull of wonderful restaurants, with a short walk or run from the vineyards
Breakfast will make princes envious.

Kind English speaking staff. Suitable if you have a car.
Parking is free in the street but usually not close to the hotel.
Parking is possible in the hotel garage but it costs money.
Since we had to leave early, they agreed to let us eat breakfast earlier then the dining room opening time.

Poor hotel service and no WiFi

We had two problems here - WiFi didn't work, not just in our room but the whole floor. I had an important business call to make that I was unable to. There was a small desktop computer in the reception area that we were told to use.

The staff had issued too many WiFi access tickets to guests thus capping the system and also due to a missing router on our floor.

The second was poor service. We did not feel welcome at this hotel. The staff were acting defensive saying that's its not their fault the internet is not working. When asked to talk to the manager, I was told that she is away on vacation. I asked to get a contact number for her, or email address and was told to use the general email address of the hotel. They replied few days later after I sent reminders to reiterate that it was not their fault.

Basically a major part of my night here and then the next morning was spent dealing with these issues. Some other guests were also complaining about the same issues.

The poor quality of service made it the worst hotel experience in our two week europe trip. I wouldn't recommend this place. The neighborhood had a lot of nice restaurants though, so try to find something else around here.

Beautiful and comfortable, but without wi-fi.

It's a relatively far distance from the city center, but this was fine for us because we rented a car. It's in a cute residential neighborhood close to a few traditional, local restaurants. Parking is only free if you find a spot on the streets; otherwise, you need to pay extra to use their garage (we decided to park further down the hill, pretty far from the hotel itself, after stopping by to drop off our bags).

As for the hotel itself, it's very lovely. You get an enormous room with very clean facilities, and the air conditioning is great. I happened to be on the top floor (4) and had a room with a door that opened to a tiny balcony on the side of the slanted roof. From here you could see the opposing hill that is very much countryside.

Service was great. Breakfast was, to me, really great for a hotel breakfast and the best I've had so far on my tour. The only bad thing is that there was supposed to be wi-fi - I was told a username and password and all - but I couldn't establish any connection at all. My travel companion was apparently told that wi-fi was down.

If you're looking for a pretty and relaxing place to stay and don't care about wi-fi, this place is golden.

Nice, but sneezy if you're as allergic as I am

The room is nice; the bathroom clean, modern, and roomy; staff are very nice and considerate; free street parking is not hard to find within a block or two; and there are many cool heuringen (wine taverns) nearby. The little 'frig in the room is useful (if you temporarily move out some of the minibar selection), and there's a grocery store within a 10 minute walk. No electric kettle, but they provided boiling water from the kitchen when requested. Unfortunately, I felt quite sneezy in the room probably because of previous cats or dogs that had stayed there (or maybe it was just the dust mite level in the not-particularly-new carpeting). The hotel was full, so they were unable to switch me to a different room. However, if you don't have severe allergies, this is a great hotel. This is in a village outside of Vienna, so you will either need a car or at least a 30 min ride on the bus.

Sommige dingen zoals kapotte stopcontact, bubbelbad, lamp waren vorig jaar al. Teewaterkoker zou minimaal mogelijk kunnen zijn. Oude eten van voorganger in ijskast.

Purtroppo la nostra espetienza è stata negativa in primis ci hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio bici nel garage per 2 notti e quattro bici 40 Euro assurdo
Ho fotografato j grilli in bagno nella notte
La doccia era rotto il supporto e stessa cosa per il sapone
La colazione era fresca ma mediocre.
Dista davvero tanto dsl centro ed è pure in salita la strada per raggiungerlo.

Kleines sauberes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Kleines Hotel am Stadtrand, Bushaltestelle 35A ganz in der Nähe, ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit bis zur Innenstadt. Ganz in der Nähe mehrere Heurige, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit nicht weit. Das Haus ist sauber, obwohl kleine Unterhaltsarbeiten nötig wären, z.B. der Toilettenhalter beim Klo im Erdgescho0 ist defekt und wurde die ganzen Tage nicht repariert, eine Lampe im Frühstückssaal brennt nicht und wurde auch nicht ausgetauscht. Der Brauseschlauch im Bad ist so kurz das man sich nicht im geradestehen duschen kann. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist gräßlich, der Rest vom Frühstück in Ordnung.

Il giudizio negativo è più che altro per la poca simpatia del personale e per l'importo richiesto per la colazione 15 euro a testa. Una delle 2 stanze erroneamente prenotata per 2 persone, appena abbiamo detto che era una persona si sono precipitati a rimuovere il set per la seconda persona, mai vista una cosa del genere in 35 anni di viaggi, nonostante il costo fisse il medesimo.per il resto la camera è bella, ampia e ben curata e pulita. Devono migliorare nelle public relation

War vor ca. 6 Jahren schon mal da, Freundlich Familienbetrieb, jetzt wohl neue Betreiber.
Bemüht (4 - ungenügend)
keine verbindliche Auskunft über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, keine Fahrscheine 72 Stunden Ticket usw.
Kein Schuhlöffel im Zimmer, auch nach Nachfrage nicht möglich.
Nur kleines flaches Kopfkissen keine Nachbesserung möglich.
WC-Bürste hatte wohl schon Monate\ Jahre auf dem Buckel, versifft abgearbeitet.
Frühstück dürftig, ab 9.30 Uhr wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt, was aus ist, ist aus.
Handtücher, Bad sauber.
Duschvorhang in der Badewanne zerrissen, schmudlich.
Klimaanlage wurde halb aus der Decke gerissen, wohl ein Reperaturversuch.
Tiefgaragen Parkplatz 15 € pro Nacht, in der Innenstadt billiger.
Frühstück 15 € extra, war es leider nicht annähernd wert.
Kännchen Kaffee gleich eine gute Tasse voll, Nachbestellung zögerlich

Die Lage ist auf Grund der Heurigen sehr fein. Dafür gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten zu parken und man ist auf die Garage (+15€) angewiesen), das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Für uns waren die Matratzen viel zu hart, sodass wir nicht gut geschlafen haben. Auch empfehle ich auch kein Ausziehsofa für die Kinder, viel zu uneben, die könnten auch nicht gut schlafen.

Hotellin sijainti on viehättävä, lähellä viinialueita. Palvelu oli vaihtelevaa, liekö kielimuurista johtuen vaikutti ajoittain melko töykeältä. Haasteellisin osio oli saada lisätyyny. Jouduin perustelemaan tyynytarvetta ja pyytämään kahdesti, jälikkäisellä kerralla vastaanotosta ja melko napakasti. Ensimmäinen kerta vuosien hotelliyöpymisissä.
