I got there as I reserved see view but provided pool view and it was the almost lower level of pool which you feel everyone can see inside your room and for a solo traveler it might be a boring room but the reception first insisted I did not reserve see view ( I charged more by this site for that room ) then when I insisted the helped me to change the room and thanks alot to Mr. Hassan for this kindness. The beds are old as you might feel the springs while sleeping. There were some roof repairment in 6 AM ( drilling ) so it was so odd ! Breakfast is such surprise (very nice and continental) . location is great . Just a quick note: if you get the safari tour in that area tell them to write whatever they say , I do not eat meat and chicken and the guy told me the will have fish in their food picture also shows but they just give a piece of chicken. also they dropped me off the jeep almost 15 min walk to my hotel

My second time staying here. I was allocated room 502 on the fifth flloor as requested. Check in was super quick and I was able to get in earlier.
I did have a few teething issues with my room. The mini fridge was hot and the lightbulb in the bathroom was blown.
The lady on reception (I didn't get her name) was helpful, apologetic and promised to get this sorted the next morning, which she did. I did have other issues. The shower had some leak in the ceiling and was pouring on the bathroom floor. Other bulbs had gone, but I didn't report this.
The room has a beautiful view of the harbour but this can be quite noisy at night. Minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets, castle, and beach.
The breakfast being the highlight. Excellent choice for all tastes. Always potato of some description, meat, and beautiful vegetable dishes on the hot items.
Breads, muffins, fruit, salads, nuts, dried fruit, yoghurt etc. Fresh omelette or pancakes made for you. Juices, but the fresh orange was extra.
An excellent stay as always, I will be back again next year.

We booked a double single bed fpr 2 days, we arrived and dthey gave us a room with 2 single beds and said all double bed rooms were booked even tho we made reservation for that room 3 months in advance. Recepcionist was rude and refused to offer any compromise. Given room was very old and dirty. Shower was full of mold. Breakfast was limited and they are charging extra for orange juice

Location: 5☆ there's no better Hotel in Alanya for location, you're within walking distance of every bar, restaurant, nightclub, shopping outlet and views like no other, if you're a family with young kids? I wouldn't recommend being here if you're offended by loud noise. (Anyone who says different is wilfully lying to you and the opinion should be disregarded)

All was grest, friendly staff, great location, wonferful breakfast, clean room with amazing view. The only minus was the Wifi connection. It wasn't working properly .very slow and cuts off all the time , takes a very long time to reconnect again n and cuts off again after few seconds.

Everything about the Hotel was great. The room was big, clean and beautiful and the stuff was friendly and very helpfull. The pool area was also very nice but only open until 7pm.
One negative point however was the noise coming from the Haven late in the evening, especially on Friday. There was a lot of music and it was hard to enjoy sitting on the Balcony. The music stopped around 12pm so it was okay.
The breakfast was amazing, it had a lot of variety and incredibly soft pancakes. They also served different warm meals on the two days of our stay. Would definitely recommend based on the breakfast alone.

Delicious breakfast, but due to covid the access to the buffet is limited and is assisted by staff. Not so convenient and safe because in this case you have to stand in the queue anyway where social distance is ignored by guests.
Despite this, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The arrival in the evening was absolutely smooth, car parking service available, room was ready. I did not enjoy the breakfast under covid measures as two waiters were helping everyone with their plate, unfortunately there were too many guests at once so the service was very bad. In non covid time, the restaurant is rather smaller and can not offer full self service as in other hotels.

The location was perfect. Central enough, by the marina yet away enough for peace and quiet too. We were first allocated a pool view room which was not too happy with so the next day were moved to a sea view room and it was perfect. The balcony opened out onto the marina. A 1 min walk from taxi stands, 5 mins from bars, restaurants and around 10 mins to the beach. Hotel was clean, breakfast was fresh. Staff were lovely. Would deffo book again, perfect spot to explore and experience Alanya from rather than staying in a resort.

The hotel was incredibly accommodating. We wanted a balcony room facing the harbor for New Year’s Eve and they made it happen very last minute. We had an amazing start to the new year and could see the fireworks perfectly.

The hotel Wi-Fi was horrible. I couldn’t even watch a video if I tried. When I asked the management what the problem was they said we just have slow Wi-Fi everywhere. At dinner I requested a drink in which the waiter told me I have to pay for after we had already started drinking our drinks. But, no one ever told us that you have to pay for drinks at a FREE dinner. That sounds ridiculous, but at least alert us to let us know before you serve us drinks. Random furniture was just broken. You think a four-star hotel would have better furniture. There was a poop stain on the toilet when we first arrived. Your staff couldn’t even clean the poop stain before the next people arrive?

Very well located. Rooms are clean and extremely well designed and comfortable. Nice habour views and a good pool. Halfboard food (breakfast and dinner) is tasty and elegant, with many choices. If you like a more varied diet, then this is a good choice as most cafes seem to serve mostly bread and meat type dishes. Freshly cooked fish as a choice is served almost every second evening.

Arrived at the hotel at 7.30am and was told no rooms were available and the hotel was full, we was then abruptly told to go have breakfast and come back at 10am as someone may have left and a room maybe free then.

End of our stay we were presented with a room service and pool side drinks bill.... After telling the reception it was incorrect as I never run up bills and always pay at time of purchase they looked at it again added more money on and presented us with another bill and demanded payment

I have never at any hotel around the world experienced a worse service. The staff in the reseption was just very rude for no reason, so i had to leave and stay at another hotel in the night and pick up my stuff the next morning. The room was also dirty, hair everywhere.

Konakladığımız ilk günden beri kahvaltı olsun oda olsun havuz olsun çalışanlar hep güler yüzlü ve oldukça ilgililerdi. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve sağlıklıydı, restoranı orta-yüksek fiyat aralığında ancak yemeklerı ve tatlılarından lezzet akıyordu. Havuzu max 1.45 m ve çocuk havuzu da bulunmakta. Klor seviyesi belli aralıklarla ölçülüyordu yani sağlıklı bir ortam vardı. Bir daha gönül rahatlığıyla gelebileceğimiz bir otel.

Vi boede på hotel Kaptan den sidste uge i juli og havde et skønt ophold. Vi havde værelse på 2. sal med udsigt over havnen og det var helt perfekt.
Der var en del støj fra gaden og de nærliggende restauranter og barer, når vi sad ude på altanen, men når vi lukkede døren derud til, var der fred og ro.
Poolen var stor og ren og der var masser af solsenge.
Stranden ligger kun 10-15 minutters gang derfra og tager man trapperne ned til havnefronten og går den vej til stranden, er det en hyggelig tur.
Morgenmads buffeten var flot og indbydende og der var rigeligt at vælge imellem.
Personalet i receptionen var servicemindede og venlige, men måske ikke så udadvendte, som vi har oplevet på andre tyrkiske hoteller. Jeg havde bl.a. forsøgt at skrive til dem hjemmefra på både engelsk og tyrkisk, men fik aldrig noget svar retur.
Når det er sagt, så havde vi et fantastisk ophold og kan helt sikkert godt finde på, at komme igen en anden god gang.

Jag hade nyligen nöjet att bo på detta hotell i Alanya och jag kan inte nog understryka den otroliga utsikten från mitt rum. Att vakna varje morgon till det magnifika landskapet var en ren fröjd. Personalen var oerhört vänlig och tillmötesgående, vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu trevligare. Placeringen av hotellet var perfekt för mig, då det var mitt i allt och bekvämt för att utforska Alanya. För de som älskar stadens puls är detta platsen att vara. Dock, för de som är ljudkänsliga, kan den livliga atmosfären vara något störande. Sammanfattningsvis, om du letar efter en plats med en fantastisk utsikt, vänlig personal och ett centralt läge mitt i stadens händelser, är detta hotellet för dig. Men om du är extremt ljudkänslig, kanske det inte är det bästa valet för en avkopplande vistelse.

Hotellin sijainti oli täydellinen. Kaikki oli kävely matkan päässä, mutta hotellista oli silti kaunis laaja näkymä merelle. Hotelli huoneessa on kaikki tarpeellinen ainoastaan ilmastointi saattaa olla vähän heikko. Muuten kaikki oli täydellistä.

Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, de hjälpte oss att uppgradera ett av rummen som var ett ekonomirum och det visade sig att det rummet var under mark utan balkong och man såg rätt in i en mur. De fick ett rum på plan 4 med utsikt mot poolen mot en extra avgift på endast 250 kr för 10 dagar. Våra andra 2 rum hade havsutsikt. Läget var perfekt nere i hamnen och trots sllt folk och fest utanför hördes inget in. Det enda negstiva var att rökning var tillåten på balkongerna och lukten gick in i rummen fast att vi hade dörrar och fönster stängda. Hit kan vi komma igen.

Çok sade ve sessiz bir otel , eskiden iş için daha fazla kişi kullanırdı fakat fiyat olarak biraz yüksek kalmış sanırım . Sessiz temiz konforlu bir yer , sadece akşam yemeği karşıdaki restauranttan olduğu için biz iş için gelen misafirlere pek uygun değil sanırım , zaten fiyat listesinede ulasamadım . Ama genel olarak iyi bir yer hiç düşünmeden kalabilirsiniz .

Das Kaptan Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Het is een prima hotel om te overnachten. Verwacht geen extra’s. Betalen voor het kluisje vind ik niet oké! De airco deed het niet ondanks meerdere keren aangegeven werd er niks mee gedaan. Geen extra’s in de kamer of in het hotel. Kortom, niets bijzonders.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und mit Blick auf das Meer aufzuwachen einfach herrlich.
Außergewöhnlicher Service: Als wir eine Delle morgens in unserem Mietauto vorgefunden haben hat sich der Manager persönlich darum gekümmert, die Autovermietung kontaktiert und dafür gesorgt dass das Auto in einer Werkstatt kurzfristig repariert wurde, obwohl die Delle NICHT durch das Hotel verursacht wurde. Dieser Service war für uns absolut kostenlos. Hier zeigte sich, dass das Wohl der Kunden absolute Priorität hat und auch in kniffligen Situationen sehr professionell gehandelt wird! Wir waren absolut begeistert und positiv überrascht!

Modernt och lyxigt hotell med bra läge intill Alanyas hamn, centrum och borg. Frukost med bra utbud, flera olika sorters juice och varma rätter. Trevlig restaurang med god mat över gatan. Bra service som ofta i Turkiet. Livliga kvarter med mycket nattliv, men hotellet är välisolerat.

Kaptan Hotel ligger helt perfekt til. Sentrumsnært, ikke langt fra stranden og med en fantastisk utsikt. Bodde der i 3 uker og har ingen ting og klage på. Rommet var alltid rent. Frokosten var veldig god og hadde et rikt utvalg av fersk mat. Betjeningen var blide og serviceinnstilt. Kommer gjerne tilbake.
