The room we got was the single king bed standard and it was extremely over priced for what you got. What u get in there is a fridge, desk, tv, a side chair, and in the bathroom they provide you with hand, body, shampoo, and conditioners as soaps to use. They also give a tiny lotion and 2 makeup wipes. However the soap was bad quality, with mold going around where the containers are held which was a shock because its not the only area where we found mold. Some around the mini fridge, and especially on the ac. But lets talk about the ac unit, its massive takes up a whole corner in the room, theres mold all over it, it doesnt work well at all stayed for 2 nights tried setting it cooler and in total it dropped 1 degree. The ac unit itself is awfully loud leaving a horrible humming noise the second you walk through the door. We found ourselves turning the tv up way high just to try and drown it out and sleep. Now all this being said the staff working there was extremely extremely nice. All seemed very caring/invested in making you stay a better experience. However we paid about 40 dollars less than the hilton that was downtown which looked considerably nicer. We sisnt think it would be an issue because the reviews on the loso seemed better but dont let them lie to you. This hotel was the worst ive stayed at and much more expensive than what it should be. Maybe 50 a night makes more sense, we paid 125 a night for this quality in a hotel that seemed almost empty. Hope this helps!!!!

There are no phone in the room to call to front desk for services or questions. For the price, they offer no breakfast (food) at all. This place has high prices and you get nothing.

This hotel was cleaner than some 4-star hotels I’ve seen. I was under the impression that this is a 2-Star so the room exceeded expectations. The gym was basic. No complimentary water, but microwave in the room. The common area looks nice but the bar never opened and I did not try the breakfast.

My daughter and I felt extra safe despite my husband not traveling with us, since we were able to lock our bedroom door and the door in the living area to the hall. The online check in was fantastic and made grabbing room keys a breeze. The front desk staff was very nice too. Would definitely stay again!

I had a sprained ankle and walked all the way down to see about getting a new key and was told that if it didn’t work, I needed to turn the handle up right.
