The property was very dated and dirty. Carpet looks like it's never been vacuumed. Dirty, smudgy walls. Rooms look like they've been broken into. Broken furniture. Not enough power outlets. Roaches as well as other bugs. No items for free breakfast - we ended up eating out instead. Coffee was horrible. Property had mold and/or a musky feel/smell.

The hotel looked nothing like the photos, very dirty and smelled like smoke and weed as soon as you walked into the lobby. The rugs in the room were dirty, the paint was peeling in the bathroom walls/ showers. We had no smoke detector in the room either. Overall just felt unsafe and unsanitary as two girls traveling for a short trip.

Coming from NYC you pay for what you get. Pricing reasonable but everything in the rooms was old rusty decayed etc. The hot tub worked but it had age issues as well. I WOULD stay again since the majority of my time isn't spent in the room. Multiple businesses restaurants etc in the area all within walking distance which was a big plus!

Hotel was very dirty and outdated. Prostitutes in the parking lot. Very run down overall and stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for a staff member to arrive to check me in.

Ghetto dirty charged me even after i told them i would pay for an early check in. They had no rooms available it was around 11 a.m. people yelling in the parking lot with dirty clothes drinking malt liquor. Do yourself a favor pay an extra $50 or so for a name brand hotel brand. The lady working behind the bulletproof plastic window was friendly and told me i wouldn't be charged for the reservation. Now im pondering if its worth the $65 to deal with expedia reps subcontracted in a 3rd world country to try and haggle for a minimal amount of money that is most likely half of the bi weekly paycheck they recieve

This was the worst hotel stay of my life, roaches in bathroom, smelled of weed and mold all down the halls, I had the people above me shouting off their balconies at the people, I guess friends, below right outside my window both days. Someone sleeping in their car right outside my window both days playing music too loud and being visited by different people. The front desk says 24 hour customer service but every time you went to the desk no one was there. I had a feeling something shady was going on with the clerk that was there because he would follow certain guest to the same room. Couldnt call down for service or complain because my phone didnt even have a power plug, our balcony door wouldnt open. Got threatened by one of the people yelling up at the room above us when I opened my curtain to tell them to please be quiet, \"she said come out and make me\". We were literally afraid to leave our belongings in the room so took them with us each time we left to go eat. I have never complained about a stay I have had but I definitely deserve to have my money back. I will never stay here again and to be honest this hotel needs shutting down.

The employee who checked us in was kind and polite. That was the only positive thing about our stay. The room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered in mold, and there was even mold on the wall outside the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it could cave it at any point. We were exhausted after driving all day and just wanted to sleep, otherwise we would have left. When we checked out, we mentioned the mold in our room and the employee said “oh that room wasn’t supposed to be used” which I’m fairly certain was just a cover up.

Property was not acceptable. The furniture was in horrible shape. The desk and chair were peeling, old and outdated. Paint was peeling, spackle was cracked. My room appeared to have suffered major flooding and nothing was redone afterwards. Poor lighting in the room. Poor security measures on the patio door and room door.

Jamás en mi vida volveré a este lugar. El plan era dormir por lo menos hasta las 10am, pero, debido al mal olor de la habitación, decidimos salir a las 5am. Horrible experiencia, horrible lugar. Y sobre la persona que \"me brindó su servicio\" al entrar, quisiera destacar que hubo un momento en el cual me vi en la necesidad de preguntarle si estaba enojado o algo y me contestó que no, que su cara es así. The lock on our door to our room was broken and the secondary lock was also broken. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it at about knee height. The area around the property had multiple homeless people. Out the back door to the motel were empty coffee and liquor bottles and under the bed there were traces of bed bugs. We left and went to another hotel.

There was mold. Holes in the carpeting. Holes in the bathroom door. Security lock/latch broke-missing. Remote battery cover missing. Walls patched poorly over “ unknown”. I would never stay or recommend anyone stay at this property.

The property looks like it's under construction, broken windows, missing doorknobs, graffiti etc. There is a boarded up section of the building that looks like it's been broken into by locals. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot in broad daylight, I did not feel safe and refused to leave my room at night. The safety lock on the door to my room was broken. The carpet was covered in stains and the room smelled like cigarettes. Spend your money elsewhere.

We got on the phnoe with someone from the lobby, were asked to go to the lobby and one of the workers there told us they needed to call police to make a report so they would be able to look at the security cameras, that he was going to talk to his manager.
Well, two other employees were just arguing between them, didn't even want to call the police or anything or take responsibility for what happend.
We're never coming back to this hotel and I advise you to not stay there, since they can't help make things right.
They don't care if someone brakes into your car and steals stuff from you, don't care at all.

Arrived at the hotel after landing and was appaled at what I saw. Homeless people everywhere, people doing drugs in the parking lot, the place looks like it belonged in Gaza and had been freshly bombed. For my own safety I tried to cancel my reservation but the clerk said I would have to go thru hotels.com. If I don't get a refund I will end my relationship with hotels.com.

My family Went to stay during Hurricane Helene because of power outage at home. This place Smelled like urine in the hallways, bathroom was pure disgusting, some type of tiny flying insects coming off of one of the beds and roaches coming out of the microwave. Friendly and helpful staff especially housekeeping and the young lady at lobby desk. But in our 1st room there were roaches. We were moved to another room which had roaches as well, dripping faucet, toilet not flushing properly and constantly running, weak/no wifi. They offered to move us to another room but the other rooms were the same or worse so we kept the same room. We endured as our stay was not long. The area is ok - restaurants and gas stations with light shopping in walking distance. The staff told me they just purchased the hotel and were working on repairs and other issues so maybe it will be better in the future.
