I arrived into town earlier than I expected and I called to see if I could check in earlier. The receptionist was very nice and allowed me to check in. My room was 10/10 in cleanliness. I will definitely stay at this location again the next time I’m in town.

HI, The staff was adequate. Many times they were looking at their phones and then looked up as we approached. They seemed somewhat disinterested.
The Gym was in very good shape. The room was in very good shape but sparse. They seem to have pared down on the cups (paper) and no microwave in the room or coffee maker. Maybe we are remembering our previous stays in different Trus in different states incorrectly. We have stayed at different Trus multiple times.

THe breakfast was pretty low end.. even for a lower budget hotel with breakfast included. Nothing but sugary cereals for that selection.

It is a comfortable but lower end place to stay.

I was very impressed with the standard of housekeeping during my stay. The bedroom was impeccably clean, and it was refreshing to walk into a space that smelled neutral and airy rather than being masked by heavy perfumes or stale odors. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing environment.

Nice hotel, decent amenities, comfortable beds, very nice shower, ample space, overall happy with this stay and would stay again. That said, the front desk staff seemed a bit distracted by their phones at times and it’s worth noting that there is no awning on this building which normally wouldn’t matter much but it rained quite a bit when we were there and it made having to carry our stuff out to our van each day for work a bit challenging since we had no sheltered place to load up.

The hotel has some wonderful attributes and amenities about it. However, the staff does not live up to hospitality standards. It was brought to the lobby staffs’s attention that evening that the coffee bar was extremely filthy and the trash was overflowing, but they refused to clean it up. My bathroom shower was not probably clean it. His civil strains of body hair as well as other remnants in my toilet was also stopped up and I was asked to plunge it myself. A previous guest also left chewing gum sitting on the shower bottle inside the shower and it was not removed.

I thought the hotel would have a Herron loss of power happens. I stayed because of my job and not be without power. I had to take a cold shower when o got in from work. I was cold that night. I thought they would reimburse some money back but that didn’t happen. I called for two days trying to reach a manager and never got a call back. That was the only bad thing I can say happened.

The staff support was almost non existent. All of the trash in the lobby and breakfast area was overflowing. When we arrived around five there was no regular coffee. The decafe was cold and not drinkable. The hot water for tea was cold. At breakfast the two working didn't know how to run the pancake machine and it was poorly supplied with spoons, knives and forks. The room was okay.

There was only one very young staff member overnight for the entire hotel and no security guard. The people in the room above us were so loud and we couldn’t sleep. No matter how many times the staff called the room and asked them to stop, it didn’t and it even got worse. It went on until after 3am. Then before 7am the fire alarm started to go off without any explanation.

Breakfast was not good, the toaster was broken and so was the pancake maker. The eggs were watery, the coffee had grounds in it, and the trash cans were all filled to the brim so there was trash everywhere. I haven’t experienced anything like this at any other hotel stay.
