My last day was pretty good I had a larger room it was more comfortable it did have a TV that was coming out and limited channels but had a nice clean shower and a big bathroom and all the furniture was in dish and shape the carpets were clean the curtains closed all the stuff like that

I say they're often because they're cheap and it's a decent hotel but they don't have an ice machine on every floor they only have about 2 working four floors and the snack machine has stale items in . some of the staff is super nice some of them are not but the breakfast is usually stale it's limited options and you have to eat in it's a very short window u have to do that , they usually have ice water all day and then have coffee in the mornings for a few hours yes I have many extra coffee pots in your room and they do provide small packs of coffee they always have towels in your room if they don't clean the rooms on Tuesday though or change sheets or anything like that they will give you towels on those days. The hotel itself is once upon My Time is must have been really beautiful and put together it's just kind of getting older the rooms you can either get a good one or bad when I was in a beautiful room my last name and a large room the TV going out there that was the only thing but I've been in summers of a very small and had just a few lights with light bulbs in them so it's kind of Hit or Miss I guess with the rooms the beds are always comfortable and sheets are always clean and I feel safe there it's a it's a nice cheap place to spend the night like they don't have any bugs I don't have any rodents from what I can tell but you definitely need to be about 11:00 ór they get real snippy with you $50 deposit

Wow, the breakfast menu was sparse, for the price that I paid for the room it was decent. There was only peach flavored yogurt, which I don’t think is anyone’s favorite. There was no bacon or meat. But there was eggs and hashbrowns, which I love that. There were also hot waffles, which are everyone’s favorite so you win some you lose some. The bed was a little hard, but the room was nice the bathroom especially. The tub could use some updating but the tile on the floor and the vanity was very nice. I like that. It had a refrigerator and my room was tucked Away Away from everyone else and had its own hallway . Will definitely stay again. It was very clean. Also had its own nice little coffee machine inside the room. Lamps with outlets a nice desk and overall a great feel.

I never got the refund that the front desk told me I would get if we changed out early. The staff was rude and was happy for me to leave early so they could get more money for the room that they lied and said I would be refunded the days I didn’t stay. I then found out they don’t honor their word.

Would only allow me to stay more than 7 days that is their policy. Put me in a non accessable room had to get maintenance to come and plug the phone back into the wall the outlet was directly behind the bed and the tv got all the channels except for the CBS station and wht en I brought it to their attention they had no idea on how to fix it. I decided to stay just 2 nights and asked them for a late check out ( which is in a their website as a free amenity for 1 pm they said that they could not do that and when I brought it to their attention that it was on their website they decided to give me a 12 PM check out.

I stayed here recently and I’m thoroughly disappointed. The hallways smelled horribly like propane, which is not only unpleasant but raises safety concerns. The vending machines were privately owned, so if there was an error or issue, management couldn’t help you—very frustrating when you’re trying to grab a quick snack or drink. The pool and gym were both down for construction, which would have been acceptable if it had been disclosed beforehand, but it felt like a bait-and-switch. The dresser in our room was broken at the drawer, making it hard to store anything. The bathtub had no drain stopper, so I couldn’t give my child a proper bath. Overall, this location is a place you’d take a shower, get out, and still feel dirty.

I had requested early check-in ; however, was not able to check in until almost 2:00. I was informed at check-in that Breakfast was served until 9:30; however, it was taken up at 9:00!! Another guest verified she had been told the same information.
The WORST part, however, was the fact that I had to contact the front desk FOUR (4) times during my 5 day stay, to have my keyS reprogrammed because they failed to work!! BOTH KEYS I was issued!! That should NEVER happen. SUPER inconvenient!!😡

neighborhood was filled with homeless ppl and felt unsafe. Exercise equipment was broken. Halls smelled. Lighting was harsh throughout halls and bedroom. Deadbolt was broken in room. Vanity was way too low. Waited 10 min for someone to check me in bc no was at the desk. Im still waiting on my refund for the rest of my stay bc i only stayed 1 night even though i booked 6 nights.

The rooms and amenities are just bearable to get you by. It’s not some nasty motel where you have to worry about bedbugs but it’s also not somewhere you can really enjoy. It’s just a bed with a hot shower seriously that’s it. I wouldn’t consider their complimentary breakfast doesn’t look good. They did have a fridge and a microwave which was cool but this is just something if you need a room for just a few nights and want to save some money. I wouldn’t bring someone here if I wanted to get away it’s just not the best area or too clean.

Let me start by saying the outside of the hotel was clean and inviting but once you get inside it was horrible. Once I got pass the front desk the smell of gas was overwhelming and once I got in the room the gas would've knocked you out. The carpet was flity and the wallpaper was peeling. The toilet was running Needless to say I checked out immediatley and booked another room.

I won’t be staying here again - while my bed was clean I felt like everything else in my room was dirty. The carpet was coming up over by the bathroom, there was a pimple patch on the ground in my bathroom, and paint scrapes everywhere. This hotel felt dirty & scary, many people checked on me after they saw where I was staying.

Staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable, but the common areas need alot of attention. There was alot of patchwork on the walls, broken tiles, one elevator was out of service, doors to go out were out of service and some of the furniture was pealing. We stayed one night for a concert at the Spectrum. We like to stay at the Tyvola exit because of the convenience to the train.

The hotel is in dire need of a complete renovatio making it difficult to determine how clean it was. To itemize the issues would make a list far too long for this format. Everything except the linens was old, very worn, and dated. The inside has not been maintained well at all. The ice machine was broken and the only elevator (located at the far end of the building) made disconcerting noises. Twice I found the outside stairwell door propped open with a rock which compromised the security of the building. I would not stay here again.

I changed my booking from Travelocity to Hotels.com . Adding a Restaurant and a Bar for Conviance + full Breakfast. Apon arriving l asked where is the restaurant? The reply I got was Chilli's down the street ? Where is the bar ? Chilli's down the street.The full Breakfast was full to go breakfast,or Continental ! Wow😲 I got taken. I'm done with that dump, done with Hotels.Com and done with North Carolina !!!

The building is terribly rundown. Furniture is skint up It needs to be replaced or repaired.
Carpet is old and needs to be replaced. The elevator quit working during our stay , causing us to have to go up three flights of stairs several times. We are not in the best health and my wife suffers from MS. Microwave quit working in the kitchen but a staff member did manage to “ wiggle “ it and get it working. ( Huge fire hazard) I would not recommend this hotel nor will we be back. Although I will say that the gentleman that checked us in was very kind, considerate and professional. I hope that these things can be addressed because if I owned the place , I would want to know. I am not a complainer , but these things are serious . I am a top contributor on Google in reviews and information but I will not lust these issues online. I would like to give you an opportunity to address them. I will be back in Charlotte in 6 weeks and will stop by and do a walk thru. I will make a decision then to review your business online. Thx.
