We stayed for one night and found the room very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had an evening meal there and it was good. The staff were very polite and helpful. Recommendable.
Duncan
It’s in a great position if you want to be a couple of miles out of the City. Convenient for The City Airport and of course Stormont. However the rooms were incredibly hot despite outside temperatures only being 11 degrees. Whist a fan was included in the room I would dread to think what it is like on a warm day
Lisa
Helpful staff-large room, shame it’s not going to be there much longer!!
Kerrie
The Stormont is in a great location in Belfast. Our room did have a few maintenance needs, in particular a shower that was difficult to regulate due to malfunctioning taps and a lamp that wasn’t working. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the lounge were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay.
Nick
Plenty of free parking.

Amazing staff and soft cotton sheets. I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again

Spacious room and public areas

This hotel was very good, an easy bus ride from the city, staff were friendly and helpful, room was good. No complaints, all well. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but had dinner in the restaurant and it was good if somewhat expensive. The bar is pricey but was nice to sit and enjoy a quiet drink.

The receptionist on duty was absolutely lovely and so very helpful as we had a few questiins re getting to ferry etc the next morning. Spacious room. Great secure parking. Great location across the road from Stormont. 20 mins from ferry and not much more to Belfast city centre. Would stay again

We messed up with our booking but staff went above and beyond to sort it out for us. So glad we got to stay here.
Trevor
Excellent location, great staff, easy to get into Belfast, clean bathroom. Excellent bed

Rooms and hotel lobby and breakfast buffet were great. Comfortable beds and very helpful and responsive front desk. Lots of parking on sight. Very close to Stormont castle with its beautiful grounds (across the street!). Would stay again.
The gym facilities needs to be walked to which is a little inconvenient. (Five to ten minutes and across the road). And the traffic outside can be busy at rush hour. But the bus is very handy to downtown right on the street.

Great customer service as always.

The room was clean, bottles of water available and re-stocked daily.
The staff overall were friendly and amenable, some more so than others.
Breakfast was buffet selection, the service received was dependent on the staff. On the second morning we were served coffee at the table, rather than using the machine, and asked as we entered. From another client were informed that omelettes and poached eggs were available. This was not mentioned, nor advertised, yet there is a booklet on where all breakfast items are sourced
Unable to comment on the bar.
My only issue, which I did raise with reception, however more likely the booking platform rather than the hotel, was the price increase a few days before our arrival. I personally feel the price advertised at the time of booking, should be the price I'm paying, not an inflated price.

WiFi basically non existent and paper thin walls meant you may have been sharing a room with your neighbour
Stephen
Room decent,.except windows opened out to the communal smoking area, not nice. Also cars sat out front idiling for 30 minutes, had to call front desk twice, ended going out and telling the person to turn car off. No one on front desk, sat for 15 minutes waiting on a staff member. A guy walked in with a tree branch and decided.to pour his own drink going behind the bar, loud and rude
Michelle
Great big fluffy towels, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast. During the day the room was a bit chilly but energy costs are incredibly expensive and it was a freezing January weekend.

Room very good!

A very clean and spacious room. Soft bed and pillows. There was rowdy people and cars heard outside late at night, but the Hotel csn’t be found at fault for that. Reception was a dmooth and pleasant experience also.
Douglas
Beautiful hotel with extremely comfy beds and wonderful staff. Couldn’t have hoped for better.
Cameron
Good stay with decent transport links to the city centre. Clean room
Mark
Very friendly reception and bar staff - I arrived very late and tired, they made a real effort
Lisa

Very nice,no faults

Staff were friendly. Room was okay - a bit tired and the bathroom was dated. I was given an accessible room which I had not requested. There was a constant buzzing noise and no way of adjusting room temperature.
Jeremy
The staff were very friendly and helpful, at check-in/check-out, breakfast and the bar. The room was well appointed and comfortable. I had stayed previously and they had various parties going on (it was over the Christmas period) and it was quite loud. The hotel again had parties on both nights I stayed this time, but it was actually quiet and I was able to sleep very well, so was very pleased about that. The only point I thought was a bit cheeky was automatically adding a 10% service charge at the bar. I don't mind service charge if there is table service - but when I'm walking up to the bar to be served like any old pub, an automatic service charge is somewhat taking the ...mickey.

Good value

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and won't be back! The Service was shocking -
Staff was low and rude
The toilets were absolutely disgusting.. I have numerous photos of proof.
The prices - my god you would need to remortgage just for the night out!

A lovely stay in Stormont hotel. Philip on reception was most helpful and we found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Brian
Very friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable room (the usual baffling lighting setup, but that’s fairly standard!)
Alan
Lovely big room, bed very comfortable, super wifi, shower amazingly powerful
David
This is a beautifully built hotel with comfortable bar/cafe and a good separate restaurant. Parking is easy, too. It is quite a way into Belfast.
Mark
Good quality well run hotel. Public spaces large and they have a good atmosphere. On the night I stayed very good value.
Rodney
Check in was seemless and welcoming. Room was a nice size and so was the ensuite. Excellent facilities in the room, digital tv, tea & coffee making facility. Couldn't fault a single thing. I'll be back.
Thank you 👍
Thank you 👍

Decent hotel away from city centre
Decent enough hotel with ample parking. Decent selection at breakfast and excellent comfortable rooms. Let down slightly by slow service. Stormont Park opposite is great for fig walks albeit many of the locals seem to think that the ‘please keep dogs on leads’ signs do not apply to them.
Kathryn

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. All areas if the hitel was very clean and tidy. Food was excellent.

Lovely hotel.
On arriving, we were waiting to check into the hotel for a good 5 minutes. Not one member of staff were around (even on the bar) to help us out. Eventually, the receptionist came back to the desk (after showing somebody around) and apologised for keeping us waiting.
The room was quite as requested, huge and generally clean, however, we were ridiculously too hot the first night under the duvet, but too cold without it. The second night was fine as we had left the windows open all day.
The hotel is in a great location to get into Belfast city itself, and if hiring a car, a super location to get around.

A very enjoyable stay, and the staff were fantastic.
The only disappointment was a very average Chicken Balti curry in the Bistro.

Great one night.

Accommodation Ok, but let down by the food.
Booked for one night stay as an anniversary occasion. Main purpose of visit was to see an ABBA Tribute Show. Show itself was ok. As regards the Hotel, food was disappointing. A buffet was provided for thos specifically wanting to eat earlier before the show, However there were only two choices of Mains provided, both spicy type curries. No alternative. Alcohol prices were a little on the expensive side, £38 for a bottle of ordinary Sauvignon Blanc and £7 for a pint of Lager. Breakfast was again, buffet style, choices of the usual cereal, porridge, sausage, bacon scrambled eggs, potato bread and soda bread but these were generally all on the cool side.
Overall not what we expected from a renowned 4 Star hotel. On the plus side the beds were very comfy, room was clean and quiet, so we did get a good nights sleep.

A great place to stay.
Very professional staff, warm and welcoming. Rooms clean, comfortable and well kept. A very quiet area with easy access to the cuty centre.
Thomas
Lovely spacious old fashioned hotel. Great food in the restaurant. Rooms are large but no aircon, which leads to the rooms being uncomfortably hot. Great breakfast and the reception manager was very helpful. Lounge bar was nice and comfortable. Set it a lovely part of Belfast.

Comfortable, clean and extremely professional staff.
Trinity
Good customer service clean room, however there was a big event going on so it was loud throughout the night so that was hard for me to sleep in

Great location and staff. The guy on reception is brilliant.

I stayed at the stormont, Belfast on Saturday night 15th feb. It was a late decision as I was in the tennis tournament and my next match was early next morning, so i decided to stay so i would get a decent sleep instead of driving back up early so i paid 225e for one night.
However this ended up giving me less sleep. At 5.30am a staff member opened my door without knocking and came in. I couldnt go back asleep as i was still in shock.
I was explained why it happened but that doesnt change the fact it did happen. This is an ivasion of privacy and ruined my experience. This was my 3rd year staying here. I don't feel this stay should cost me anything and I want to know what you plan to do?

Great hotel which served my purposes brilliantly. Stormont estate is on the doorstep for lovely walks, easy to get to Belfast/Ards Peninsula, safe parking and lots of food options walkable from hotel. Really comfortable rooms and a fabulous breakfast. Thanks.
John
Been loads of times and been good, but this time massive problem with heating and making massive noise and super hot, ended up with very sleepless night. Think they have fundamental problem, felt like it was going to explode
David
Excellent expert!

Lovely hotel - lots of people
Great location if you are flying out earlier morning and a great looking hotel. The room was lovely and great bathrooms. There is a lot of people with 600+ rooms so bar area was packed.
Food was ok in the bar - nothing special.
Would be back again

Sarah from Reception was a Star, looked after us from beginning to End ! Nothing too much trouble !

The staff were so amazing and helpful and had a huge sense of care in what they are doing. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and also the gentleman who was at the restaurant and then the bar once that closed. Both of these guys really turned a frustrating situation around for me. They got us into dining last minute and I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you all so very much! I’d love to go back one day!
Isobel
My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. It was ideal as we landed at George best airport and it was only a short drive away. We were greeted at the front desk by this lovely gentleman who made us feel more than welcome. Helped us with where to get food despite the late hour. He even stored my partners insulin in the fridge somewhere safe. The beds were very comfortable and we had no disturbances all night. Highly recommend!!
Nigel
Lovely spacious hotel, great location

Still delivering on Quality
As always the hotel and especially the staff were amazing

Comfortable stay
The weather was as expected….grey. But luckily dry.
This is our second visit to the hotel as our son lives out here. Lovely hotel, the evening bar service was a little “lack lustre”. We stood at the bar where there was one bar staff member sweeping up glass, but no acknowledgement from him to let us knew that we were waiting, and when we were served he didn’t seem friendly at all! Checking in was quick and easy, the room was ample with a massive bed that felt like you were sleeping on a marshmallow… so comfy! The rooms were also quiet and bathrooms very clean with towels changed daily.
