My plan was to park outside the city then train in but its too far a walk with that much luggage and small child. We decide to drive to hotel and unload the car then park at Gare de l'Est which was 82€ for Saturday/Sunday. Hotel gave a few recommendations but don't list prices. We arrived at 1am so I went with the easiest option. The area looks scary. Lots of graffiti and men standing around in groups in front of closed store fronts. I am a female and walked at 1am from the train station to the hotel. It took 8 minutes. I was scared but no one messed with me. There were several open restaurants along the walk so even though I was scared it was safe.

Perfect for a short layover. Friendly and efficient front desk, clean and comfortable room, and a smooth check-in/check-out experience. I was only there to sleep, so I didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities, but everything I needed was spot-on. Would absolutely stay again for an overnight stop.

Very impressed with the hotel. Very clean. Bathroom is clean and the shower is really good. Would highly recommend for the price and excellent location for visiting Paris. Lots of halal food nearby which is a bonus. Friendly staff. Only one tiny issue. The twin beds are very close to each other.

Staff super friendly. The room was small but very clean, quiet. The bed was really comfortable which helped us get a good night sleep after a long day pounding the pavements. Shower room was a decent size with shower gel and shampoo included. The location was excellent too, 15 mins walk from Gare Du Nord train station and walking distance from most attractions within Paris. We only used the metro once one evening when we were tired. Metro station nearby.
We opted for no breakfast as we wanted breakfast out in different locations but it always smelled lovely. We will definitely be back. Thank you Hôtel Brady.

It’s frustrating when the room is available but we are not allowed to check in till 3. We were told that an email would be sent if our room was ready early. Fortunately we can’t back early and asked to find it was but otherwise we would have to wander around exhausted unnecessarily

Loved staying here! Arrived to learn that there was no lift beyond the 5th floor and I was staying at the junior suite in 7th floor. It was very disappointing at first but the staff were kind to take my bags up. Everything else was perfect. The staff (all of them) were super kind, especially these two guys who sadly didn’t ask their names. They were so kind to my son & I, my mum, and my friend. The service here is top tier and I’m so grateful. We had a great time!

The room we stayed is small but clean. Somehow there are always only about 5 - 6 sheets of tissues are stored in the tissue box.
The door and the walls between the next room are pretty thin, so you hear someone sneezing or passing by your room.
The best part for me was a location. A metro station is close and there's a lively neighborhood at the back street of the hotel.

Spotlessly clean room and shower room, very comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, v quiet room. Have read people comment that area is sketchy - it seemed a perfectly normal street near a mainline station to us (as city people) not salubrious or polished - great selection of Indian and Turkish restaurants in Passage Brady and round the corner in Rue de Faubourbg St Denis. Great choice of hotel for early Eurostar - 2 stops on metro to Gare du Nord.

A charming hotel. From the outside it's hard to tell it's a hotel as you have to go through a narrow hallway to get to the main part of the hotel. The hotel is super clean, recently renovated, good breakfast, great wifi. The hotel has air conditioning which is very important if you're going to Paris in the summer and some of the hotels don't have A/C. However, the rooms are super small, the bathroom is miniature, I'm not sure how I managed to brush my teeth in the super small sink. However, for short stays it's manageable. Also, the hotel is not located in the \"best\" area, you might see some homeless people around, however, it's super close to a metro station and you get anywhere using that metro line. Overall, it's good hotel for price paid in Paris.

Pleasant stay. We had a classic double room for two people, which was good, maybe a little on the small side. But comfortable.
The bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom was lovely.
It can be noisy from the outside if you have a front facing room.
Outside, the entrance is situated between two shops, initially it looked ‘dodgy’, but the hotel is pleasant.
We found quite a few long dark hairs in the bed, on the floors, walls in the bathroom and on the towels.

I travelled with my 2 kids and we loved it at the Brady.
It was close to the train stations and also walking distance to downtown. The view from our room(7th floor) was amazing.
Staff was friendly and the room renovated and clean.
We stayed for 2 nights and made great memories here.
If you want to feel the ethnic pulse of Paris, this place is for you.
If we ever have a chance to come back, we ill stay here for sure.

The rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. Very small but served the purpose of rest while we stayed in Paris. The vicinity is run down, as a lot of Paris is, but people sleeping on the streets was not pleasant. No reflection on the hotel, who had friendly staff and very clean accommodation. The area is just not the best.

It was a really great stay perfect place for people travelling the city in a great location as it is right near the metro and easy to get to! The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to get out haha! Overall amazing!

The location is great, metro M4 is just 100m away. Montmartre, Louvre, Palais Garner are 30 min walk away. The room is very small, there is nowhere to put the luggages. But staff is very friendly and helpful.

High price (more than 300euros per night) but below average value. We booked the best room, top floor. 2 levels of stairs to walk up after the elevator ride to the 5th floor. Hotel looked like a construction site, boxes everywhere, painting the walls, strong paint smell. Advertised as a suite, it was an average to smallish room with a sofa. No refrigerator. Noisy as heck, street noise all night long. Breakfast was average at best. Neighbourhood was very disappointing. Would recommend to look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Brady. The staff was amazing and were always friendly and wanting to help. The location was great for using public transportation - both bus and train within a few blocks. We arrived early morning and left in the evening and were able to store our luggage both times in order to avoid wasting any time in Paris. Beds were cozy and comfortable. If you're traveling from the USA, be prepared for things to be a little different - smallish rooms, no ice machines or ice buckets, no refrigerators in the room and if you need to iron, you have to request an iron from the front desk.

We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Hotel is clean in general, but the room was much smaller than the pictures. Friendly staffs as well.

The neighborhood was not somewhere you would want to stand around after dark or on a Sunday with the whole surrounding filled with urine smell and drug addicts. Would not recommend to families or anyone unless you are traveling with a tight budget and want to stay near Gare du Nord.

He had a room at a top floor with a balcony. Room was very quite, fairly modern. One thing i would say is that mattress should be changed because it felt like sleeping on pillows.

Also wanted to say a special thank you for staff who organised some champagne, flowers and desserts for my sister's birthday.

I chose the location because it is near a good friend I visited. The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. I did not take the breakfast option, so I don't know about the food. The hotel had some construction, but that was not a problem. The location is excellent. Very walkable and lots of good restaurants and life on the streets. I will certainly come back.

Overall our stay was fair. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed very comfortable and room very clean. The room was extremely small. The shower was also very small. The hotel was under renovation so you have to take that into account. The surrounding area wasn’t very clean, grafedi on the walls of neighbouring businesses. The people on the street outside were a little sketchy!

Better options available; look elsewhere.

Location is not too bad, but did not feel very central (Indian quarter); hotel was still being renovated so did not feel honest to open to visitors whilst still not ready (with works being undertaken); room was too small (no room to move around with luggages, and no wardrobe). Had an issue with leakage from ceiling during night but could not move due no free rooms being available, only moved the next day with no apologies or compensation provided. Despite 24h reception, also had to insist to have reception come up to room and help. Hotel also has outdoor corridors so you end up having to go outdoors whilst still inside the hotel. Expected better!

Horrible location , I would call it a hostel instead of a hotel , narrow corridors going through multiple doors to get to a tiny room . The main entrance is in an ally that has all Indian restaurants. Smell of curry , looks like it’s in the projects .i counted over 10 hair dressers outside in the ally, The room was clean and so was the bathroom ,the bed very uncomfortable , two tiny bed pushed together. Had I seen the building from the outside I would have never prepaid or stayed there . You can say you get what you pay for.

we were staying the family room at number 57. good size for 3 people. Clean and quiet . cozy room. Had smart TV for Netflix and YouTube. location near by underground. easy to go anywhere.
but only 1 silly thing was.....😅
Hotel were given the coffee bags
and tea bags at the bedroom when I arrived. but they don't give a small pot of milk . I had to ask the receptionist for cup of milk when I made a cup coffee every time.
The receptionist told me will refill the coffee bags,tea bags and milk when they made the room . but they never do.

Great hotel for our one night stay in Paris. Would have been happy there for another night or two if we had more time. Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Service desk employees were friendly and helpful. Close to a metro station but if you’re wanting to do some walking it’s not too far from the main tourist attractions in Paris. Also was an easy walk to the Gare d’Est train station.

Reception was really nice, super helpful and informative. Had a beautiful room with a street view. The windows were really well insulted, so when you closed them it was dead silent. Blackout curtains worked amazing too.

1 USB plug was broken on the left side of the bed, and I'm pretty sure the A/C didn't work, but we really enjoyed our stay.

The lobby and halls leave a lot to be desired and don't match the standards of their rooms but the rooms are updated and very clean! The TV's in the room have Netflix, the bathrooms are beautifully upgraded, and the neighbourhood has some hidden gems (check out Rue de Faubourg St.Denis). The only unfortunate aspect of our stay was that the room we had booked was unavailable due to being under renovation, which meant that my mom, sister and I had to separate which was a disappointing end to the final nights of our trip. Surely we could have been notified of this in advance to give us time to find another hotel that could accommodate the 3 of us in one room to enjoy the time together. We wish staff/the hotel had handled this differently to avoid the disappointment and having to split up our group between two rooms.

Had a room with two single beds but it was tiny and no room to move and only one side of the beds had a bedside table. There was a lot of dust under the bed and the toilet could have done with a scrub inside..

Had to turn the shower head round to the corner otherwise it leaked onto the floor so showering was awkward.

Our room surrounded an outside metal staircase so you could hear people going up and down all the time so not the best for noise.

Wouldn't stay here again, but the staff were really friendly.
