I had a package sent to me here and told them before hand, but they locked it in an office and I had to wait for the manager to arrive at 14:00. That was 6 hours of waiting! On a Sunday after 3 weeks of traveling.

The staff are not friendly they do not ask you if need anything do not acknowledge you they just hand you your key and carry on talking and laughing with their colleagues we would not recommend your hotel to anyone from England to stay at your hotel.You do not seem to cater for visitors from the UK.

My room in the past for sure has to be a heavy smoker´s room. Odd sour smell still remained present. Elevator was broken for all my 4 night stay on third floor. Roof windows were not really sound proof.

We just used the hotel for a one night stopover on our journey. We have used Ibis hotels many times and as usual it came up to their normal no frills but high standard.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was tiny with absolutely no amenities and at 89 euros grossly overpriced. The breakfast was OK but nothing special (included in the price). We had an evening meal which was ordinary and overpriced but of course some other courses may have been better.

I booked this hotel because it offered a restaurant, but was disappointed to discover the restaurant was closed - on a Saturday night!. However, I can recommend the Ristorante Del Arte just a stroll away who coped extremely well with all the people needing feeding. Apart from that, the hotel was fine, quiet, and produced a good breakfast. And I loved the shower design.

We used this hotel for a short overnight stay on our way back to the UK from Spain. We had a family quad room which was a good size. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was of a fairly good standard, although a little on the small side. We booked this hotel as the rooms were advertised as being air conditioned, however this is centrally controlled which was a little disappointing. We did not use the restaurant for evening meal or breakfast so cannot comment on this, but it did seem very popular in the evening. Parking for the hotel was a bit of a problem for us because of this as we arrived late but when we left early in the morning there were plenty of spaces. Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again no problem.

Came to this hotel not expecting much, and \"not much\" is exactly what it was! Right after check in, Me and my family carrying 3 large pieces of luggage were directed by staff to take stairwell and our room was in the very top floor!! We find out later there's a working elevator. Nice... thanks for the info guys!

I was travellign through the region while following the TOur de France, and foudn the hotel to be very accessible and comfortable. the people were friendly, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was just right. The only inconvenience was that the kitchen was closed, but otherwise it was great.

Cheap hotel that was convenient for a stop over when driving back from Marseille. For me, the level of cleanliness of the room was just about tolerable ( bearing in mind I had been camping in a tent for a week) for a one night stay.

This is a budget hotel near the airport, and I have tried pretty much all of the budget hotels in Clermont now as I regulary travel to spain by car from the UK and stop half way. I find it actually the best of the bunch, the restaurant is pretty good for a budget hotel and don't be put off by it being near the airport, it's only light aircraft and they only fly in the day. It is literally 30 seconds from the motorway and very close to cheap fuel at a local hypermarket which is also handy.

Although the staff were lovely, this is not a hotel for families on holiday. The location was extremely commercial. There was nowhere else to eat of an evening nearby except the hotel restaurant. The menu was totally in French (I know we were in France and all that!!) and was very limited in choice.

Close to the airport and not too far from the city centre. Recently refurbished to a really excellent standard for this price bracket of hotel. Reception very adequate with friendly staff. Room absolutely brand new, so very clean, well laid out and completely comfortable with coffee and tea facility in the room... biscuits too! Breakfast very good. Noise levels reasonably good except for the usual inconsiderate guests banging doors at silly hours of the morning. The only real downside was the lack of sufficient parking, but even this is not an issue as plenty of on-street places were available within a few steps of the hotel. For the money this hotel really is highly recommended, and makes you wonder why other, much more expensive hotels can survive in close proximity! I've tried a lot of the hotels in the area over the last year, and I'll certainly be coming back to this one.

the hotel was clearly having refurbishment done but did not enjoy our stay poor bar facilities and bedroom quite small with poor shower arrangement i.e. handheld shower fitment which was poor. a meal was had in restaurant and this was of poor quality.

Arrivé dans la chambre, une forte odeur d'urine se dégage, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas, l'odeur de la serviette est ignoble, le restaurant est fermé certes mais cela n'empêche pas le room service de passé ramasser les plateaux que les personnes n'ont pas redescendu cela éviterai que le matin lorsque l'on va récupérer le petit dej que les odeurs de nourriture rester toute la nuit dans le couloir supplée celle des croissants...si seulement.
Bref à éviter, vraiment.

Das Hotel (sauber, ordentlich und freundlich geführt) ist schnell und unkompliziert von der Autobahn (oder Stadtmitte/Fußgängerzone) erreichbar. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis (und auch WLAN) ist sehr gut (ansprechendes inbegriffenes Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Kaffee- und Getränkeauswahl, auch perfekt bezüglich besonderer Corona-Hygiene Vorschriften abgestimmt, überall befinden sich zusätzlich Desinfektionsmittelbehälter etc.) und es stehen genügend gebührenfreie Parkplätze für Hotelgäste (direkt am Hoteleingang) zur Verfügung. Das Hotel (hat auch ein Bistro mit netter Ambiente) befindet sich in ruhiger Lage (wir hatten Zimmerblick zum Flughafen und keine störende Geräusche – allerdings ist derzeit auch hier aufgrund Corona eine eingeschränkte Flugbewegung) und in Fußnähe sind mehrere Restaurants. Die Zimmer haben eine „normale“ Größe und sind qualitativ sehr gut ausgestattet (typ. Ibis Style Durchschnitt).

c'était notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel et nous pensions nous y arrêter à chacun de nos voyages sur la A75 (3 à 4 fois par an) Nous l'avions trouvé agréable, pratique quant à sa situation et si nous n'avions pas eu une impression favorable du restaurant, il y en a d'autres autour.Nous sommes arrivés le 27/07 en pleine épidémie et avons constaté que les mesures sanitaires sont nettement insuffisantes.Si les boissons en libre service et l'ordinateur au rez de chaussée ont bien été supprimés (pourquoi ne pas les remplacer par un plateau de courtoisie dans les chambres?)le petit déjeuner ignore l'épidémie. A part les pancartes réglementaires. On se sert au buffet tout comme avant , , seules les bricoles à grignoter ont disparu. Pour avoir été depuis dans un autre Ibis Styles où l'on a vu la différence et aussi dans une autre chaine d'hôtels, nous savons qu'il est possible, sans nuire à l'agrément du séjour, de protéger les clients. Nous irons ailleurs dans Clermont Ferrand tant que cette épidémie durera, très longtemps sans doute.
