We loved the location of this hotel - easy access to restaurants, shops, and the metro. The breakfast at the hotel was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit small. The front desk staff is available 24 hours and helped us book a taxi.

This hotel was better than expected. It was clean, the staff were attentive and it was close to public transportation. It was a great location with tons of restaurants around. We will use this hotel again should we come back to Paris. Tanya & Miranda at reception were especially helpful and Abdou in the restaurant worked so hard. He made our mornings. The only interesting observation was that there was only 1 iron to share with the whole hotel.

Great location near restaurants/bakeries/shops. The room was really good size for 2 adults and a toddler. TV mirroring from phone/iPad was very good addition. Nice bathroom with good shower (take own hair dryer if have thick/long hair/toddler as not very powerful and attached to wall). Comfortable beds. Small park located not too far away (can see it on google maps near the karaoke bar). Friendly staff.

The hotel staff were helpful om arrival. The room (1 person) was adequate and clean, it had a hairdryer and kettle in the room.
The breakfast was excellent with an amazing selection of pastries, pancakes, breads, fruits, and hot breakfast. There was also a great selection of hot and cold beverages.
Overall a great experience at this hotel. (second time staying here) would stay here again.

The hotel was fine, gave you the necessary room and bathroom. The room and elevator were small. The one downside was the internet did not work the first day and was unreliable and very slow the following days. This makes it hard for international travelers who rely on the internet.

This is the best 3 star hotel we’ve stayed in. The location is excellent for the Metro and plenty of shops and cafes close by. Short walk from Gare Du Nord train station, perfect if travelling by Eurostar. The room itself was immaculate. We had a family room with 1 teenage daughter and the beds were extremely comfortable and the room very spacious. Excellent amenities, tea, coffee hairdryer and toiletries provided. Rooms were cleaned each morning. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by, I’m sure it will be great!

An deal location for us, metro nearby if needed.. but also a lovely walk down some parisian streets with lots of restaurants, cafe and shops.. to le louvre..
A nice sized room & lovely bathroom, cleaned everyday of our 5 day visit..
No bar in the hotel, but a nice lounge area.. really helpful staff.. would definitely recommend..

We were on the last leg of our 3 country trip. We were able to take a short bus ride from Gare du Nord, arriving from London on the Eurostar, with large luggage . Our check-in was simple, and the woman at the desk was a delight, encouraging us to use our French, even though it was not great. The elevator was efficient, our room was a decent size with two twin beds. There was a dresser in the room, a clothes rack and a safe. More than enough plugs for our phones. We enjoyed being able to open the window to let fresh air in. We also enjoyed having the heated rack in the bathroom when we were washing out our clothes. The hairdryer in the room is a bit weird. It only stays on for 10 seconds and shuts off. Apparently it’s a safety feature but impossible to dry your hair with it. But there is a hair dryer at reception you can borrow. The highlight of the hotel is the amazing breakfast. Beautiful breads, croissants, hot and cold food, fresh fruit, cheeses, a huge selection of tea. My only complaint was the scrambled eggs, not sure what they were but they were just mush. Not a real issue as everything else is amazing. There are 2 hardworking men that keep the area clean and the food plentiful. The location of the hotel was pretty good for us. It is a block to Bonne Nouvelle Metro, We walked to Galleries Lafayette/Printemps. Walked back from Notre Dame, up rue St Denis where there are many restaurants. The hallways of the hotel could use freshening up but overall we had a great stay.

Great location for accessing everything we wanted to do in Paris either by foot or by Metro. We would gladly stay again. Our room was cool and comfortable even during a stretch of hot days. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood, but did not experience any street noise when we were sleeping at night. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Let’s start with checkin it is slow only because there is only 1 person managing check in and concierge services. They were super polite and eventually job was done, luggage stored graciously. The room is nice and big, it is dated. The carpet is old, the ac is set to 25 and the lowest setting it will manage is 3 degrees C less than 25 C, so if you want a cooler room, it literally can’t happen, The room itself has been updated but still dated, the WiFi is very poor. Which means when you need an Uber to get to the airport and you are somewhat dependent on WiFi it will take a while to access the app. The hotel is very conveniently located, the metro stop is 2 blocks away. There are good food choices around, and lots to explore. We watched how to become a Parisienne comedy show which was only 2 blocks away. There are a lot of theaters and and shows nearby which was also a plus. For the amount paid the property should have been better, cleaner etc. The average 9+ review is really suspect. This is where hotels.com really needs to improve. Not fair if this place is a 9+, much more likely that a lot of the 8+ in reality are much better than this.

The room was great!! It was extremely spacious for a budget friendly hotel in Paris. It has two big windows that opened up to hear the beautiful city of Paris. The hotel is extremely well located. I had a 'Comfort double' room which was small but good for one person. (However hotel rooms in old buildings are often small so to be expected). The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Overall cleanliness was good. Dints in wallpaper and some slight scuffing to be expected.
Slight gripes: no fridge in room - very disappointed in that, weird square microfibre pillows which were difficult to get comfortable with. The hotel has bar amenities for functions, however it's a shame there is no guest bar.
Plenty of good restaurants, bars and boulangeries close by. Also convenient for Metro.
Overall, very happy with my stay, staff were friendly and I had no issues. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect choice for us! The only issue was lack of early check-in. Our flight arrived in Paris at 7:30 am but we couldn't check in until 3:00 pm. It was helpful to be able to store our luggage while we waited but we were too tired to do much of anything while we waited to get into our room.

I booked a standard room for 1 and it was just nice for me. Was very pleasantly surprised that the room was so clean, the bathroom especially. Water pressure was good too and the towels did not have stains. Staff at the reception were polite and could speak English. Wished the pillows were more firm though.

The cleaning staff did not replace the drinking glasses for the five nights that we stayed with them. Location is great but there are better hotels that I would rather stay next time. Very clean hotel. The decor is slight dated but everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh especially the crossoints which were the best I've tasted. So delicious. The best thing that made my stay excellent was the bathroom.The fittings, the cleanliness and the above all the spacious sink. I loved the bathroom. I would stay at the hotel again just for the bathroom!! A few things to improve- better lighting in the room and better pillows. Also the air conditioning wasn't working very well. We didn't complain because the weather wasn't very hot and we could open the windows to make the room cooler .
The hotel location is perfect for public transport and for eateries of all taste. The staff is very courteous, helpful and welcoming. The size of the room wasn't very big but spacious enough for a couple. No cupboard /wardrobe but open hanging rails which were again enough for the short stay. We stayed in their comfort room. Will I stay at this hotel again? Yes!!

We had a lovely stay here, the family room was very spacious and had everything we needed, it was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and only a 20-30 min walk to the Louvre. We loved our stay here!

Great location and clean bathroom but faced many issues with our room and found the front desk manager rude and inflexible just because it was a non refundable booking (only her, the reception team are all friendly and willing to listen and help). Things to note - there is no AC, only a system where you can go -3 or +3 from the set room temp, a TV for decor so there’s no normal channels or chromecast to stream from your phone, and a lift that isn’t guaranteed to work during your stay so expect stairs.

Staff was very nice, we arrived early and the Manager let us leave our bags in storage. The room was clean. There was an issue with the toilet, but the Manager Lady sorted it out promptly and we were given different rooms for the first night and another one for 3 of us for the next night. Breakfast was nice. We would happily stay there again in the future. Thank you very much.

Lovely hotel, in a great location. Easy to get to all landmarks via the metro or walking. We walked to the Louvre museum in 20 mins. To the euro star in 17 mins. The nearest metro station is only an 8 min walk, then getting to places like the Eiffel Tower only took about 15 mins once on the metro. Lots of reasturants and bars like a 5 min walk away from the hotel. Hotel rooms nice and clean, and decorated nicely.

Friendly staff, requests were granted such as sofa bed to be made prior to check in, great luggage storage space. Location was amazing as close to metro/bus stops, bakeries, malls and grocery stores! The more accessible lift was broken for a few days but there was a spare lift working on another area- quite difficult as we had a few luggages and stuff for a baby! Overall, still a fab stay.
