The room it self would have been amazing if we didnt come into a bathroom sink that when turned on exploded water everywhere and that was not an exaggeration it was coming out of every where and we were unable to use it.
We got toilet paper that appeared to been soaked in water and then dried and placed in the bathroom, it was not useable.
Our TV/cable did not work at all. When we tried to call down stairs the phone had not one cord connected into it nor was there any in the room for it.
When we contacted the front desk after doing research on my personal phone and being connected to someone in the USA and having to call back multiple times I got the front desk number called and they told me there was nothing they could do.

Do not stay here!

We were in GTA for a wedding and though we reside in the province we couldn't drive back home so we decided spend the night. We arrived around 1am because we just needed to sleep and head back. During check in the man was on the phone talking the entire time. When we went to room 224 and settled, we reliazed the toilet wouldn't flash so my partner went downstairs for help.They were able to offer another room on the third floor. We packed up again and went up only to reliazed the key access wouldn't work. So my partner went downstairs to reception again. Stood there for 3 minutes while the same employee talked away on his phone. My partner got fed up and asked the man to assist. Instead of this employee realizing the error of his ways, he decided to yell at my partner for disrupting his call and partner also got upset. extremely bad customer service. The elevator and the halls had a bad smell. I would never stay here again.

*Free parking for two vehicles overnight
*Free Wifi
*Stayed for Roger's Stadium concert (11 km from Downsview/ Sheppard West stations)
*Hotel was less than $200 for a Friday night stay ON EXPEDIA
*Free breakfast
*Friendly helpful front desk staff
*2 Qn has small kitchenette
*Relatively clean; beds and pillows were comfortable
What was so-so:
*Hotel looks nice on the surface but lacks upkeep (lampshades cracked, curtains have holes, counter cracked and poorly resealed)
*Many things out of order like pool, juice machine
*A/C wasn't great so warm overnight
*Breakfast consists of juiceboxes, yogurt, prepackaged muffins, prepackaged and tasteless breakfast sandwiches; NO cereal and milk, fruit - really nothing worth eating
What was bad:
*Lobby, hall and elevator smells strongly of sulfur
*Reservation desk was absolutely terrible (not hotel but third party - Marvin and James were awful to deal with / dishonest / Marvinhung up on me \"\"\" ONLY BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA+ $50 dollars cheaper)
*pigeons in covered carport, poop+++++ on vehicles

Would stay here again for the convenience/ price but definitely need to overlook a lot!

Avoid unless you just need a place to stay. The entire hotel smells like sulphur. The pool is out of order. The continental breakfast has prepackaged muffins and the juice bar is also out of order. The staff don’t greet you upon arrival. They don’t even say hello. The rooms were filthy, broken lamps. Mould in the bathroom fan. Dirt everywhere. Stains on the carpet. So gross. Will not ever be returning.

hotel had a strong musty/stale smell, which made the room feel unpleasant. The carpets were poorly installed and formed bumps very easily, creating a real tripping hazard. The bathroom wall had a hole in it, and the curtains were worn out and torn.

OK, this hotel is located in a mini industry park, odd place to be but whatever, as I chose it to be close to my business associate's location. But the hotel has a smell in the elevator that is pretty potent. It's a smell of sewage. When I took the elevator down one time, a fellow guest asked a staff member who shared the ride with us about the smell and what the management was gonna do about it. He just shrugged. During my 3-night stays there, my room wasn't cleaned once, even I turned on the 'Please clean up' light. The same set of shampoo and shower gel in mini tubes for 3 nights...very chintzy practice. My colleague use the bathroom in the lobby while I went through the check in process, she came out and told us there is no toilet paper in the bathroom. The carpet in my room was smelly and patchy. I immediately called Expedia about changing to another hotel, even it would've costed us more, but I was told it's been fully paid up and not possible to do anything. So we all endured the stay there, trying our level best to stay out as much as possible and only came back for sleeping. Also, one of the nights, three Toronto police officers showed up and arrested two questionable characters. And I am talking about officers fully armed! My advice: stay away from this establishment until it's much improved. I am surprised Expedia listed this hotel as an option. We don't believe it's fit for purpose.

I couldn't even stay here.
The room was not clean; floors were so dirty my shoes were sticking to the floor as I was walking, stains on the roof and carpet, brown 'dirt' on walls and outlet. Even the floor was uneven. It also stunk like rotten eggs and urine in the hotel, but in the room it was amplified and unbearable.
Talked to the staff member and explained that the room is not clean and the smell is horrible it makes me want to vomit and his response is \"so what is wrong?\" ...seriously.
The photos are misleading and if there are any positive reviews for this place, I wouldn't believe it. No refunds.

Très décevant, lieu vraiment pas bien entretenu. J’ai trouvé des grands cheveux dans le lit. J’ai du chercher d’autre draps pour refaire un lit propre. Tapis remplit de taches. Mur défoncée dans la douche. Trace de moisissures au plafond. Chaise de salon complète défoncée. Bref à eviter! Si on été pas arrivé si tard et que nous avions eu un plan b on serait pas resté à cet hôtel

The elevator stinks so badly, the couch in the room was so dirty and smelling awful, the jetted tub wasn’t working, there was no shower cap in the room, only one towel in an executive suite, no face towel to shower, the rug carpet was so dirty like they have never vacuum clean it in the past few weeks and to make matters worse I stayed for two days no one came to clean the room or change the sheets or the one towel. In summary it was a very bad experience.

This was the absolute worst hotel and staff. Outside the front door there so much pigeon crap, garbage at the front. When you enter the door , there’s a horrible stench like a sewer backup. The third floor has a leak from the roof and it’s going straight onto the carpet . The carpet in the rooms and hallway have unknown stains of all kinds , the chairs as well. The staff are so nonchalant , it’s as if they don’t want you to disturb them . The sink in the washroom gets so backed up , it’s gross. DO NOT BOOK , I do not recommend at all

The ceiling in the bathroom was looking like it was going to fall down on us and the lights didn't work. Plus it didn't look like it was even cleaned the floors

The pictures must have been taken the day they renovated the place, because this is the WORST maintained hotel I have EVER stayed at. I wish I was lying or over reacting but I am not. You will be extremely upset when you walk in the building. It SMELLS, CRACKS in the walls, CRACKS on the floors. BURNT cigarette holes in the couch. Barely any towels or soaps or sheets. Terrible front desk service. Please don't waste your money, your better off staying home.

I killed a cockroach in the room and for two days the cleaners didn’t remove the dead cockroach.
The shower was not working.
Toiletries were not put in the room after the first night and when I demanded from the front desk, she insisted I must come down to pick them up.
They were only interested in collecting money.

Between finding a cockroach and black mold in the shower and the ridiculous “breakfast”, this stay was really disappointing.
The breakfast consisted of prepackaged mini muffins, frozen prepackaged egg sandwiches to be thrown in a microwave, a coffee maker that had no coffee or carafe, and an “out of order” juice dispenser. It was unbelievably frustrating.

The hallways’ carpets were lifting and tripping hazards, the elevator reeked like sewage, and my toilet kept running which kept me awake.

The walls are too thin and I can hear babies crying across the hall, and there were fake lashes left in the bathroom. I asked for additional towels and was met with the response “you have enough”.

I will never ever book there again and I advise everyone else to avoid them.

Sofabed is for kids when its mention in expedia is for adult, they say they have Continental breakfast at the site but they have frozen egg and cheese maffen and frozen cupcake, they have coffee machine but without cottel, fresh juice machine is out of service, the hallway of hotel smells like drugs, client service is unknowlegable.

Pool broken, the room is wasn’t that clean. Found wrappers in the couch and fake eyelashes on the floor right before you enter the bathroom. And the worst part is the pigeons that hangout in the parking and sit on your vehicle and poo all over it. Oh and the continental breakfast isn’t the best. Offered juice

Room was literally falling apart, along with the fact that the smell of mold was evident. Front desk staff spoke little to no English and charged my card for a $200 deposit after I checked out… make it make sense. This hotel is a poorly ran and clearly has no business of being a hotel or listed as a property for travellers on Expedias platform as it truly takes away from the quality and support Expedia has to offer to clients.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. La propreté laissait à désirer : la chambre était très sale, les interrupteurs étaient encrassés et une forte odeur de cigarette persistait. De plus, les photos présentées sur le site ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n'y a ni petit-déjeuner, ni piscine, ni salle de sport. Une expérience très décevante.

The receptionist was very unprofessional, the lady was on her phone for hours and did not provide any assistance or customer service. She acted almost as if she was forced to be there and paid more attention to the call she was on rather than the customers. I called the reception with no response and had to walk down and she was there still on her phone on a call. Terrible customer service and the elevator and room smelt so bad. The “continental” breakfast was pre packed with some packs even half open, I do not recommend this place, total waste of money.

Overall stay was ok. Front end staffs are not very helpful. Limited parking spaces in the hotel property. If parking is full, you have to park in the shopping plaza parking lot. Continental breakfast very limited option. Our room didn't have a window, however hotel is located in a prime area and some smart features like indicating do not disturb and needs cleaning are a added luxury. It has its own pros and cons.
