I loved this hotel. For the price you can’t beat it. Rooms clean, no smell. Bathroom cleaned and they came everyday to do so. Only thing I didn’t like was they never left wash cloths. I had to call for the wash cloths. Not sure if that was a mistake or u have to request them. They left drying towels and face towels only. Also the pools are really nice but they ran out of pool towels everyday. The entire stay we walked back to the room soaking wet.

It was great. I had a great time with my family and it was so good for the kiddos. They really enjoyed it. They love the slide and the kitty section. It was great. Will definitely be returning back in the future.

We booked a king and the bed was not a king bed. I am 6’1 so I definitely know the difference. Also the water park was shut down most of the day because of lightning. We understand they cannot control the weather however I think accommodations could have been made when they were able to re open. All in all the kids enjoyed it for the short time they were able to use it.

The \"resort\" left much to be desired. The staff was very nice. The gentleman who checked us in (I want to say rhymes with Wash or something like that) was very accommodating and helpful! Everyone we talked to was super nice. But nice didn't make up for cleanliness and overall value. The pool decks were dirty, the pool was cloudy and you can see things floating in it, the water park had pieces of flooring that was lifting that caused kids to trip, the lobby/food/entertainment area was so hot; I can go on and on. Everything looked dated and nothing was cared for. The pools would randomly close. I understand if there was lightening, but sometimes it was just rain and when you would ask someone they would just say it's closed. I booked a \"premium\" cabana and when I went to check in, found out it was a park bench and nothing else. Jes, the supervisor, was very helpful and processed our refund- but of course it wasn't quick and took time out of the day. I could hear from other guests who booked other cabanas that they were told things like, if it's broken it's broken and if it's missing it's missing when it came to their amenities. The elevator broke on day 1. They were quick to come check it out but stayed broken the remainder of the trip. So here we are with 3 young kids walking down from the 5th floor on the stairs or having to go across two buildings to get to the other elevator then come back to our room. Our room you could tell was just cleaned on the surface.

Lets start off by saying this hotel is huge. Has many amenities, my kids loved the pool, the arcade and getting some ice cream after a hot day. First neg review is I booked 2 weeks again and got there at 330p but my room was not ready until past 5p. They were nice enough to give $25 credit and 2 drink vouchers for the long wait. The rooms were ok to close together I did not get much privacy. The tv in the bunk bed room did not work. The shower kept leaking after being turned off and the fan in the room made a horrible noise that did not let me sleep I had to turn it off. The kids could not surf we had to do a reservation and it was raining and could not do it for the booked time. $120 in the arcade just so the kids can have decent fun, each game was like 25 30 very few were 10 or 15. Overall not a great experience I could not sleep the 1st night the above people kept walking and thumping all night. I know its a kids resort but 1am and still running around. So I think next vacation I am going elsewhere. This was a staycation cause I am a local.

Requested adjoining rooms with family, was assured it was in the system for us to be together. When I get to my room no where near the family. Water park closes every few hours for several hours for lightning strikes in the area, no rain in sight. We got to use the water park about a half hour the first day. 2nd day pool closed half the day for maintenance. Bought 4 candy bars in the lobby cost 23.00 Very disappointed in what we thought would be a fun weekend trip.

Checking in would be busy on a Friday but luckily there wasn’t a line for me. Once my family and I found the one elevator in our building (building 3). Very small for a huge hotel and might be the only functional one in the right wing of the building. Also, even the stairwells were not up to maintenance. There were cobwebs and spiders in the corners, on the pipes and around the fire alarms. (I guess my mother was bitten by a spider.)Then we approached the hallways and again not up to maintenance, they need to scrape the old paint and repaint it properly. The room was small but very spacious. The interior design has a modern take but i wouldn’t say about the utilities. The microwave looked normal but inside had a big rusted spot in the corner. We refused to use it cause the pieces were chipped away. The bathroom was lovely with the lighting and the soap bottles were filled. The minor issue was that the shower faucet kept leaking when it’s off. The beds were fine in comfort but there were a few stains. It appeared to be like a markings of a pen or pencil. I won’t judge on smoking since it’s choice and people use it to unwind since they are on vacation. No matter where I go, I would get a whiff of either cigarettes and weed. At least, have proper designated area for smokers. There were two or three spots that prohibited smoking. I understand in those small areas were near the pool area. It would be better if the smoking area would be still in the open but different location.

My children had a phenomenal time and asked to return. The food was great and my children enjoyed the arcade the most. They have live entertainment where we were able to interact with different reptiles. They also have a movie theatre on the property. Will be returning.

First time at this resort. First glance extremely large property. The bellmen at lobby extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk staff professional. Definitely a family oriented property. Pool areas extremely crowded (stayed on weekend). Little confusing to find room, glad bellman showed the way. Stayed in king room with bunkbed room which is not really a room more like a walk-in closet. Toliet clogged to maintainence 30 min to come. Food was over priced for the poor quality. Liked that you could use property after check.

We had an amazing time at Holiday Inn Waterpark in Orlando! The water park was a huge hit with our daughter, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay. The pools, slides, and family-friendly activities made it feel like a mini vacation within our vacation.
The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was easy, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to Orlando's major attractions.
If you're traveling with children and looking for a fun, affordable place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great memories, lots of laughs, and a wonderful family getaway!

I loved everything tbh. However, I got pissed off on a few occasions because the pools were supposedly due to lightning in the area when there was evidently no light just dark overcast skies with no rain. And after contacting the front desk on quite a few occasions to confirm that the pool was open eventhough the slides were shut down and given a green light just to to downstairs and for the lifeguards to constantly send the children out the pool. That made me got super hot because not only was it frustrating for the children but I have bad muscle cramps in my leg and imagine having to go back and forth with 1occassion the elevator being broken and i was on the 6th floor. Other than that everything was great, great place.

This property was very nice overall. The only issues I had were that the pool was closed because staff said there was a chance of thunder, but it never actually thundered. Additionally, due to the large number of guests at the property, parking was very limited, and I often had to park quite far from my room because no nearby parking spaces were available.

We had an open electrical port in what. With exposed wires that had wire nuts but there should have been a screwed down cap. They need more lifeguards in the slide area to help maintain order and safety and to enforce the rules.

Overall it was good for the price but I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night.

Beds are comfortable. Property is clean. We had trouble with hot water- called 4 times. We called for housekeeping one day and never received service in 11hours-we did get clean towels, but we were there 6 nights. The pool is nice-drinks are expensive. The tide wave amenity is great and Antonio was much fun! The walls are so thin you others in the room. Burger theory was really good. Ice cream was good. They dont offer late check out, other than 1 hour for a fee, which is disappointing.

Like with everything some good some bad but for me customer service or even just being nice to people is a big thing. The life guards all look like they hate their job and don’t wanna be there. You ask them a question like where do you go to sign in for the Flo rider and you just ruined the day for asking a question. My wife asked that exact questions to one of them and he walked away from her and I said hey she’s talking you and that’s when he answered in a rude way. I don’t get it. Everything else was ok some people where great like the room service people always said good morning or hello, and asked if we needed anything else. So again good and bad.

Room was decent. Waterpark looked nice (even though we didn't get to enjoy it cause the front desk said they were open till 10, but actually closed at 9). Trash chute was down the hall and we could smell it all the way to our room. Not sure I would stay here again.

My family had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Waterpark. The property was clean, well-kept, and the pools were fantastic. The entertainment and activities kept everyone engaged, and there was plenty for the kids to enjoy. Both pools gave a different feel. We made wonderful family memories and would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until 5:45pm. Both pools were completely out of towels after 6:00pm for the rest of the day. Upon entering the room the toilet was running. Upon uncovering the tank we discovered the flap was broken off. I am sure the cleaning crew had to have heard it constantly running like we did but nothing was done to fix it. The food trucks add a 15% service fee for every order. We were also charged a different amount than what we we told via email. Unfortunately several guest elect to smoke weed throughout the whole hotel making it uncomfortable for some families that do not want to have their children around that.

The rooms are clean and everything is well lit at night. However, there is no lifeguard that man's the pool area. There was so much running and dangerous horse playing with groups of kids and teens. I seen a few people get hurt, one child was jumped on while under the water and they were just jumping in and not even caring who was there. Knkcking people out of their way! I seen a couple different parents almost fight because of the lack of parenting. It really ruined it for us and my young grandsons. We had paid for a cabana and ended up leaving because of the danger at the pool. The gameroom is nice, lots of great games. Food court area is nice and has lots of seating.

The room could’ve been cleaner. The floor was very dirty when walking barefooted you can tell how much dirt is on the floor by looking at your feet? All the amenities were very family friendly. We love the swimming pool waterpark style. My child loved that arcade was right there.

Amenities 10/10. There options are endless: food, shopping, arcade, movies, waterpark, etc. Howeverr, my room was atrocious ☹️ images online are deceiving. Housekeeping was scheduled, never came over the course of a three night stay! Then our room had a broken shower, dingy and uncomfortable. I went to front desk multiple times about these issues. As a 2bedroom King Suite, I was highly disappointed! There’s more but I digress.

Staff were great, and the pool was excellent — my kids loved it. My only real complaint was the clientele. Everywhere we went, including when using our room, there was a strong smell of cannabis, clearly from other guests smoking around the resort. My kids and I weren’t fans of that. Another downside was the paper‑thin walls; we could hear conversations at all hours.

Everything was absolutely great!! It was a quick birthday celebration for my grandson that is on the spectrum and he loved it!! Family friendly, although you can have a date night if you'd like too! What a beautiful property! And all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for an amazing Birthday weekend. We will definitely be back.

No Bureau in second room.
No enough towels and washcloths provided unless I called for them.
Pool was overcrowded and not clean.
Coffee maker was awful and plain black Coffee was just under $5.00 at the cafe, so I bought a $20.00 Coffee maker from Walmart and had delivered.

Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate.

La atención súper mala el personal para nada amable la habitación sucia las camas sucias con pelos y manchas piso sucio las toallas rotas y manchadas los amenities súper malos el servicio al cliente malo igual no me pusieron todas las toallas ni la de pie ni las de cara mucho calor dentro del cuarto solo hasta 72 el aire la florida es muy caliente para esa temperatura muchos cargos en la propiedad el desayuno pésimo muy poca variedad y caro para un desayuno

Day we got there everyone was helpful. After that not the best with some of them. Waterpark areas are nice, and my girls had fun. The Splash pad was under construction and had both restrooms closed at the same time, so that was not good. They have 2 arcades, movie area, a shop, and food places in the lobby. That was a big hut with us too!

This was our second stay in this hotel.. the bad points were the first time the bathtub had stuff in it that looked like someone had dumped mop water in the tub and did not rinse the debris out.. the second stay was one floor higher and the main complaint would have to have been stains on the king-size bed sheets.. Both rooms had no locks on the bathroom doors.. So Nona had no privacy from the 2 ur old who kept opening the door..The good points were the swimming pools and water slides were a blast.. the food was convenient but a little high priced.. the arcades were great for the 5yr old.. we never did make the movies maybe next time.The distance to Disney was convincing..All in all we will be back..

Everything you needed was right at the resort from food ,arcade, free movie theaters and of course the resort waterpark which is very nice for adults/kids my family loved it can’t wait to visit again.
