We were on Guam for just an overnight and this was the perfect place to stay - close to our favorite mall (GPO) and easy access to the airport. The room met our needs for the layover and the staff were attentive to our needs.

Loved our stay here, the room was impeccable. Sometimes I actually didn’t want to leave our room the view was absolutely stunning. The property overall was a bit dated, but staff was friendly and we enjoyed the cocktail hour and infinity pool a lot.

The ocean view from our suite was beautiful.

The resort, rooms, and gym need an upgrade. The shower in our suite only has hot water and floors and carpets are quite dusty.

Sunset at the Cliff Oasis was amazing, and the fish and chips on the menu were delicious. It would be nice if the spa has facials.

Staff were wonderful. From the front desk to the bar, every single staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. Free bottles of water were available in my room. The room is a little dated. The patches in the bathroom ceiling flaked off when the door rubbed against it as you opened and closed it. The balcony had a few weeds growing out the corners. And, the hot tub on the balcony was also very dated. I was afraid to use it… or walk around it in fear of getting splintered from the visibly worn deck that surrounded it. The water pressure was great. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The location wasn’t close to Tumon, but it’s not far using a ride share either.

Hot tub in room was not cleaned, we had to request for someone come up to clean it. Waited 45 min for maintenance because our bathtub was missing a piece, only for them to give us a plastic stopper. Room overall was dirty, bathroom felt unclean, the room fridge was wobbly, balcony had trash in the corners. No compensation was offered. Completely ruined our Valentine’s Day stay. Would not recommend.

The food selection at the lounge is a joke. So little food. The hallway leading to the room needed to be vacuumed. Found dead bugs & dead butterflies that has been sitting there for a while. The room has moldy smell, the carpet needs changing. Bed is so uncomfortable to sleep on. Beds are old. The only thing I like is the spectacular ocean view.

When I got to my room I was missing amenities and also trash bags I had to call to get them.
The staff was polite about it but it did take an hour to get it. When they cleaned the room as I left and returned they still didn’t put new trash bags on the trash bins. The walls were I guess thin because I heard my neighbors talking loudly I had to turn on the television to not be noisy. everything was closed for dining and the only cafe there … it was poor quality food and drinks. redeeming qualities is the view. I didn’t have a horrible experience but I have stayed at better.

The room view was incredible but the cleanliness was not quite what I would have hoped. It wasn’t bad, but you can tell the cleaners are in a routine and don’t pay attention to the extra cleaning needs. The hotel was okay, not amazing but not bad. The beach is not really swimmable for your average traveler due to the coral but it was fantastic to go down and take pictures on. Staff is EXCELLENT in every sense of the word, I give them a 5.5 out of 5 stars.

The customer service was superb. Front desk, LaCascasta restaurant, pool, housekeeping and snack shop staff were very friendly. However, the hotel room did not meet standard. The carpet has stains, lots of dust on the furniture in the room and also in the restaurant. No kids play area and the first floor walls needs
Washing or dusting. Overall I gave a 4/10 for satisfaction.

I stayed in the corner suite and I can tell it was the best place on the block 25 years ago. In need of a major renovation.

The room was dirty with splatter marks all over the bathroom. The whole hotel is not well maintained. They are short staffed. They have a restaurant that’s closed. The restaurant that is open the buffet is bad. Very few choices and the food just sits under the lamps. The hotel bar is not staffed and the staff does not know their own drinks. All the website photos look like they were taken 10 years ago.

Room were clean and was decent. Though jacuzzi and balcony outside needed some cleaning!! Was ok maybe just need a water blast. Room didnt smell moldy but honestly might of been the plug in. Hotels need major upkeep for sure!

Its a nice hotel bit is in need of updating, for example there is a lot of carpetand in a location that is that humid that keads to mold. The ceiling in the main lobby entrance also leaked when it rained hard. But the staff were amazing and the rioms were good. We did the biffet one night and the food was not good, it was all cold and we were there right when it opened

Admittedly stayed mid-week for just a layover, but hotel needs a bit of a spruce up in areas; my room was a bit old and tired. They have a shuttle service, but could be a bit more regular and include the airport, especially as there is not much within walking distance. Front desk staff were very friendly.

My reservation was made last minute so I didnt notice anything about bed comfort. The beds were rock hard! The room, pools, and area was beautiful. The location is secluted, not in walking distance to anything so, they have a shuttle to the near by shopping areas. Definitely see if they have bed upgrades, unless you like sleeping on a board.

I enjoyed the entire property and stay with the happy hour on the 10th floor where one can sit on the balcony to look over the water. The only down fall was in the bathroom where the tub drain was removed and the person staying there needed to place it in the drain to take baths. The other was the showerhead was not as luxurious as I expected and was under par for the price of the room.

The F&B needs to get their stuff together. They dont serve appetizing food, comabtive staff, and the supervisor of the lobby eaterie was dirty, smelled awful, and was threatening. Very very disgusted with his demeanor and responses.

This hotel is quite old and it shows inside the rooms. While clean, the carpets were stained, furniture is in poor condition; however, I’m not sure if updates are being done post 2023 typhoon Mawar.

We were looking forward to a free weaving class we had signed up for, but with the tsunami advisory, they cancelled the class. No big deal, but every single other thing at the hotel was still open and running (ie restaurants, pools, bar, etc) — so that was a bummer.

One thing to note, the blinds in the bathroom do not offer any privacy. So if staying w/ someone that isn’t family, that could be quite awkward showering with the blinds wide open. They don’t pull down the entire length of the window so you can see through the bottom portion.

Parking is super easy and convenient. Extremely friendly staff and service. There really isn’t anywhere to walk to that’s close by, but very accessible with a car. Other than the rooms being a bit outdated, we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

I booked the Ocean view suite with the hot tub outside. Room and views did not disappoint. Decor is outdated in the room but was very clean and much larger than I expected. I was disappointed that most of the restaurants they have don’t open until later in the afternoon. Also the bar by the infinity pool was not open until 5pm or after. I went to the lunch buffet they have and the food was good but not worth $44. Overall good experience

Stunning view. Watched amazing sunsets from our patio and at the infinity pool.

Our room was clean and the king bed and round sofa very comfy. Great staff including Arnold at reception, the housekeeping, and Grace at Panaderia.

Like most properties in Guam, the resort is recovering. If the grounds were pristine the rates would be double or triple. We started our trip at another large resort and liked the bed and view at RIHGA more. We’d happily return.

This was a very good choice for our short stay in Guam. Our room would get an excellent rating. It was clean, modern, freshly renovated. The breakfast was good was a good selection of foods. Our complaint is the condition of the public spaces. Empty fountains, stained carpets, and poorly maintained landscape were a disappointment.

I loved this property! The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. They had great suggestions for local places to visit and eat.
The property was fantastic! It had a pool with a waterfall, slide, a shallow shaded area for little kids to play. Even a little inflatable course. Then a second infinity pool removed from the more active pool. The few was spectacular! You could go down to the ocean directly from the hotel not to a sandy beach but the beach was just a short walk or drive away.
Transportation was provided if you needed to go to specific locations. However, we rented a car and parking was easy and convenient. It is not surrounded by other hotels which I liked as it was in its own little corner of the island.
The rooms were quiet and safe.
Overall this was an excellent experience

Rough Start but Finished Well!

After an initial bad impression in regards to shuttle service, the hotel staff did their best to change my mind and...it worked! Unique, vintage feeling property in a stunning location with a gorgeous infinity pool. My advice is to take a taxi rather than spend the excessive cost for the hotel provided shuttle. A bit of training for front desk staff to accommodate last minute guests trying to get to hotel would be a good idea.

Great overall some small nits to pick but happy!

Great way to book is through here, the hotel was great and in a beautiful spot for sunrise and sunset the pools are great. The rooms are pretty on the surface but the mattresses we had were not great and there were some spots of carpet thay were poorly repaired but tropical storms are crazy so i wont be thay angry over some of the lack of exterior beauty. The breakfast bufet is 28 a head and not worth it in my opinion unless you add it with the room.

Hotel was near ocean and had very beautiful grounds and multiple pools. Overall nice stay, 8.6. Hotel was definitely a bit older, however I could imagine how beautiful and amazing it must have been when it first opened. The room was of decent size and clean, but a bit older looking. This hotel was huge and currently unfortunately has some unused space. The main pool is an infinity pool that looks out over the ocean and has a small deck and lounge area. There is also a bar here that's open in the evening. From here you can walk to the ocean, however it is rocky, not well kept and has a lot of overgrowth. You can also head up to the ‘family’ pool, that has a waterfall and slide. There are also a few walking trails with great views of the harbor and ocean. The grounds also have several water areas, but not all are being utilized. Breakfast was included, but I felt it was a bit disappointing as it wasn't much of a selection and the room was a bit run down. Upkeep of the buffet could have been better.

Comfortable stay. A little worn—the lounge access rooms are essentially the same but considerably better maintained.

Housekeeping will come in to make your bed daily but cleaned the toilet only once or twice in the week I was there. Not awesome.

Great hotel room, clean with excellent service. The property is not within walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants except for a fabulous French style bakery (the hotel cafe didn’t have much of a selection). Some of the areas around the hotel grounds, specifically going down to the water, had quite a bit of trash. The gym was not very inviting, dark, drab and no mats.
