We selected the deluxe twin and it doesn't have a kitchen. However, it has a small refrigerator which fits our needs. The laundry was down the haw and that also fits our needs.

No coffee in the morning. No place nearby to get coffee early in the morning. Walked to Hyatt hotel to get coffee. What hotel domestic an airport doesn’t have coffee for early travelers in the morning. Very annoying.

Staff were excellent, shower design poor, everything got wet. Stayed in premier suite and for the price? Limited Hangers only 4, had to request, outlets for chargers, 1 chair was on verge of breaking, no iron, only 2 public washers/ dryers for entire hotel. And 1 intermittently worked. No place to get cash to use washers(no ATM). The bathroom, minimal hooks, no place to put towels or change of clothes...high point was staff very friendly and accommodating. Facility amenities were poor for a premier suite.

Rain Shower head was separated and made more like a water fall.
The layout of the bathroom/Shower was such that water ran all over the floor in the bathroom.
There was a indirect light in the ceiling that could not be turned off - way to bright in the night

The lobby was nice, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. I especially liked that there was a shop on the first floor. I stayed in a suite for three nights, but the towels kept changing in type and amount, so they were inconsistent. The amenities also never matched the number of people. When I asked, they brought more right away, but that’s why I couldn’t give it five stars. Overall, it was a good hotel.

The staff here is amazing! The rooms are clean and hotel pricing is very competitive. Hope the word doesn’t get out and pricing increases as this is my go to spot when visiting the island. Hotel was decent. I heard it used to be a not so pleasant hotel, but they did a good job on the renovation. The closet sliding door bottom track looks dirty, but the tracks are rusty. The bathroom is good except you see spots of rust in the shower area. Water pressure is great! I asked one of the housekeeper, I think she’s young. I wanted the room vacuumed, and she used a broom instead. The place is great when you want to jest on out quick instead of those big hotels that take time on the elevator. I had a rental car and parking is alright. It’s not a hotel that the beach is outside, it’s a walk to the beach, which isn’t too far depend on the beach you’re going to.

Light in the shower was out. Pool was unavailable due to a party, there were about 60 people out there which for the size, was to many. I would have liked a discount or coupon for something to accomodate. Otherwise clean rooms, comfortable bed. Overall pleaant stay.

I've stayed at the Hotel Tano twice now on overnight layovers. The hotel is recently remodeled. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the beds, bedding, and linens are great, the other amenities are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I originally chose this hotel because they offer airport shuttle service, which is reasonably priced and very reliable. The hotel is on a side street set back from a busy road, but the rooms are quiet. I can't say much about the neighborhood because I arrive late at night and leave early the next morning.

Great hotel, and great location

I only stayed for a quick night visit. The hotel is fairly new. There is still some minor work going on, but it did not interfere in any way with my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The room was spacious, well furnished, quiet and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with a very nice shower. They offered a lot of toiletry items.
The pool area was very nice. The location was terrific. Literally a two minute walk from Tumon Restaurant and entertainment area and an easy 10 minute or so walk to the beach.

What I really enjoy about Hotel Tano is that the Hotel staff from the moment you check in are excellent and genuine..The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are modern..The beds are cozy and the bathrooms clean and updated..Shopping is a walk away and if you desire more options a shuttle is available as well..Dining options are endless in the area..You will not be disappointed staying here..The people on Guam are some nicest you will come across in your travels..

Difficult night

The property was fine for the price and had a shuttle to the airport. We had a long layover in Guam, checked in around 11 pm and checked out at 5 am.
After midnight, the smoke alarm began beeping at random times so it was difficult to sleep. It was too late and inconvenient to try to get it fixed since we were leaving in a few hours and needed to get much sleep as possible. So we had to just endure as best we could. Very difficult and annoying.

We were never told about the ongoing renovations that impacted our stay.

Here is a list of challenges we experienced:
The AC did not work in one of the rooms
water for showering was cold
cleanliness of room was subpar
floors were dirty
shower curtain had a buildup of mold
floors in corridors were untidy
visual of construction of supplies exposed
I have contacted the Front Desk to speak with a manager

The staff were friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, despite this, my stay was not the best.

-There was perpetually some long clumped hair in the hallway just outside my door over 2 days, suggesting that no one was sweeping or being vigilant about cleanliness.
- My room was not made due to my luggage and room safe being open. This was not made clear to me at check-in. (The safe was open from the beginning of my stay, as I had not touched it, suggesting that the cleaning staff simply didn’t want to clean my room?)
- On my first day, there was a fresh bath mat but no hand towels. On my second day, there were fresh hand towels, but no bath mat. Sigh.
- On my final day, I was woken up at 6:09am to the sounds of thunderous construction on the attached building. Other guests must have complained, as the front staff preemptively apologized to me at checkout. Nice, but still extremely disconcerting and disturbing.
- There were a pack of wild dogs in the parking lot. As they were attacking each other, the threat of rabies crossed my mind.
- My TV wasn’t working on my first day. The staff needed to come up and reset the Internet connection. The TV set up (streaming via cable) was overly complicated so I ended up not watching TV. (As I’m writing this, it now seems minor compared to the threat of rabies.)

I love its Japanese minimalist style, just gray, black, & white. It's quiet and has a small convenience store right behind front desk reception. It's near as well to a lot of restaurant options, just walkable and/or you can drive out too. They offer transpo dropoff to Micronesia Mall & TFS Galleria and some other store outlet, but just a one-way dropoff no pick-up. There are taxis around though.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, good central location in Tumon. Finding the entrance was a little weird (there was construction out in front and we went through up the stairs, through the restaurant and out the back door) but we got there eventually! The walls are thin so you can hear everything outside from the room. It was pretty noisy til late in the night, between the loud music, kids running up and down the hall, parents yelling, and people partying. The water in the bathroom didn't get very hot (lukewarm at best), but I appreciated all the extra towels and amenities. Beds are comfy. Shuttles are convenient.

The property is undergoing renovations. It is looking so much better than before. No issues aside from one of our rooms had water leaking from the ceiling within the lights above the fridge. But I hope that gets resolved. Otherwise its a decent property and the rooms are nice for the price. I will definitely stay again. Cant wait until the property renovations are completed and I hope they expand their parking lot to the property behind.

The parking was ok and had to use the unpaved overflow parking. The bathrooms did not have any hanging places and towel racks for the towels and also clothes when we are in the bathroom. Room also did not have closet space for hanging clothes or a decent dresser for clothes, etc. These were the main complaints or shortcomings. Maybe it is still new and needs to put these items in the room.

We booked this room for its low cost for 3 nights as we were visiting Guam for a funeral. We enjoyed this property as it was clean, quiet, and staff was very attentive. There is some construction on the outside, the pics online is what you see, and the inside (bldg or room) does not smell. The bed was comfy and clean (everything is white!). We booked the two twin beds (2 adults and a 4yo) no kitchen. It was a small room but it was good enough for us. TV, mini fridge, chairs, safe, and desk in room. They provide all the bathroom amenities from cotton balls to shampoo. Room wasn’t serviced if your luggage is open or some items are left out, which was fine, they at least took out the trash and replaced towels. There was a walk in shower that I felt made the bathroom wet, we had the mat that caught most of the water. We would stay here again, may get a bigger room if we stayed longer.

Family run, recently renovated, clean and comfortable. They offer pickup from the airport for a reasonable fee (for Guam). I had an early morning departure which they gladly accommodated. There are some renovations being made to the courtyard and entrance. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.
