When we called the hotel they said they have a shuttle, when we called back to ask where it was, they said no shuttle. The reason we booked it was because it was close to the airport and was supposed to have a shuttle. The room and bathroom was beyond filthy. There was no soap to take a shower. Tub and bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Stains on carpets, rust on faucets with the metal peeling, refrigerator was filthy. We did not use it. Towels all had nasty stains on them.

When I came to check in (mid afternoon), nobody was at the desk, and there was a sign at the door telling anyone that the staff will be back, but gave no time-frame. The properties exterior are looking totally neglected. Mold is growing on the sides. Also, the pool was drained and unusable for guests.

It's not bad if you stay overnight. The room is really spacious, kitchen is good. Some concerns were raised about the bed and linen quality, but it turned out to be ok'ish.

The listing mentioned an airport shuttle, but there is no airport shuttle anymore, so $15+$1 per bag were paid for taxi ride which is 5 min long. On the way back the hotel manager was generous to offer us a ride to the airport, and for that we are really grateful. We could have just walked back to the terminal (it's 20 min walk), but there is no acceptable pedestrian walkway neither.

Rooms have many years of dirt and dust in Curtains and walls. Never cleaned Towles are frayed and holes in them for many years of use. Linens are threadbare. Pillows completely worn and flat. Kitchenette disgustingly dirty with grease burned into stove top and grease spats everywhere turning yellow and caked on Actually rust on top of refrigerator collecting in small piles. Fleas and bugs everywhere saw actually fleas on my computer screen while working wall paper taped with scotch brand top holding it onto walls. Shower curtain black mold at bottom Black mold along tub Thread bare chair cover. Completely worn away unbelievable place. Pool empty after a few years with algae at bottom of pool with black mold everywhere on walls of pool and wall surround pool. Its too funny comparing orbitz photos and actual photos

The hotel is advertised on orbitz website with photos of pool. The poo has not been used in years. There is water on drain area with algae and dark black moding on sll the walls snd balconies surround the inner pool area. The rooms have years stain in white curtains. They have never been cleaned and are sctually tanish with stains. The kitchen is worse. The walls are greasy from years of use the stove has actually grease still on stove top burner trays. Solid black burned grease. The towels have holes and tears in them from years use and not replaced pullows are completely flat for years yse and never replaced. I had to purchase a pillow. This stay was for business. Terrible ! Reminded me of the place in a movie comedy with gurgling pool from algae

I got a big suite with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Property a little \"fifties\" style but very clean.
I did order a wakeup call at 4:30 but did not get any,
personally, in the reception when I arrived.
in the morning the reception said none had been ordered.
Even if it had gone through the phone was so complicated it might have been set to mute, and I would have had no
clue. Also the phone was in the living room and not in the bedroom. The bath tub had no bars to hold on to, but slippery protection at the bottom. The free shuttle bus to the airport that I had ordered in the reception when I arrived was there as ordered at 5 am. However they have no shuttle service FROM the airport to the hotel. But it is close so it is easy to take a taxi. It was possible to buy drinks and snacks in the reception for very reasonable prices.

It’s convenient to the airport and a 10 minute walk to Donki Mall, a must see Japanese supermarket and mall. Friendly staff. The hotel is dated but clean and everything worked, o had a studio with kitchen and refrigerator. Perfect for an overnight stay and reasonable price

DON\"T STAY HERE! My 5yo was crying when we entered our hotel room because it was so dirty and there were bugs around. He wanted us to leave. I wish we could have but it was the middle of the night when we arrived and we were flying out the next morning. The AC in one room didn't work so all four of us had to sleep together in one full-size bed. The sheets has stains on them. It was so gross.

The price is right and location to airport great. You pay for what you get but this hotel is very unkept. Room smelled musty and looked light it hadn’t been maintained over the years inside and out. I wouldn’t stay there again and happy it was only one night. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating at check in and with free airport shuttle.

I liked the full kitchen and living room space. I didn’t like that the living room air-con was not working and I was told by the front desk clerk that the maintenance cannot fix it and will not fix it until the next working day. The next day was my actual check out day. I did not want to cause trouble so my family and I just slept in the warm room.

The Guam Airport Hotel is very conveniently located by the airport. The rooms are clean; comes with a kitchenette, air conditioning. It is a safe place to stay and it is easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful, friendly and will do whatever they can to make sure your stay goes well.

This hotel is old, poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. The rooms are musty and there are indications that they haven't been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. The ceiling fans are caked with residue, the internet is terrible, the sheets and bath had residual hairs from previous tenants, there were stained towels and mold, mildew and dust throughout. The hotel barely rates a 1-star.

If your looking for a 1930’s condemned Nuclear Fallout shelter, look no further. That only thing that lives here are the cockroaches and black mold. Great for those who wanna chance catching the dungi but I wouldn’t even put my mother-in-law in this hotel. Between the state-of-the-art wallpaper that acts as a roll-out carpet to the all-ready imbedded crusted Ramon on the stovetop burner, waste no time at this “Hollywood Hangout.” Not to mention the beautiful, newly redesigned office, with a purchase limit of a mere 100$ minimum, so be sure to quench your thirst with 18 bottles of water and a pack of gum. Be sure to say hello to your neighbors through the Saran Wrap walls as you lay your head down upon millions of microbes awaiting your arrival!!
It was true bliss and worth every penny!!

Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher in the room. Free taxi service back to hotel was appreciated. Two bedroom unit can sleep 4 people. Ok for budget travel.

I wish I was kidding but we arrived to a room with a bag on the floor, one bed converter was pulled down with pillow in the middle of the bed and a clothes hanger from maybe Kmart for what looked like kids clothes on the other bed. We walked in and I was on stroll Guam scheduling a car for pick up while booking a new room. We literally didn't stay in the room thirty minutes because of the condition. I'm not that person to not recommend but I cannot and will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s interior is old with decade’s old appliances. There was no cable TV and the Wi-Fi was slow due to overuse. The pool requires cleaning and there was ant infestation inside the room. The staff, however is amazingly cordial.

I booked a night at the Guam Airport Hotel on a layover. I was traveling home from Japan so had heavy luggage. I checked in without problem and the first indication that it wasn't a modern hotel was the metal room key. I soon discovered there was no elevator and had to lug all my luggage up to the third floor. Then we got in the room. The air conditioning blew cool air but not enough to adequately cool the room. The TV didn't work, and there was no WiFi at all. No toiletries in the room. My son came out of the bathroom with ants on his neck. I looked and saw ants in the bathroom. I will be sure to avoid this hotel on future visits to Guam.

This hotel is extremely dirty. I saw some ants and hair around kitchen and bathroom. The carpet was mess as there was a lot of trash left around, and appliances had some stains and dust. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
The TV was not connected and I could not watch anything. The property was really old, appliances and furniture were garbage. I was scared of how unclean it was that I thought I was going to get infected. This was the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed.

This is a great choice if you need a nice low-priced place to stay in Guam. With kitchens, it is great for an extended stay. If you want luxury accommodation, you will be disappointed. This is a good choice if you want a homey, comfortable, and affordable place. Parking can be challenging if you get there late. Many of the apartments have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people comfortably. I recommend it for families and folks needing a place to saty.

The staff were very friendly, the price was great and literally a 10 minute walk from the airport. For no-frills work trips, it's perfect. Older property and the furniture's a bit worn out but all the appliances work (the A/C was cold) and rooms are huge with full kitchens. If staff are available, they'll hook you up with a free ride to the airport (drop-off only).

Nice airport hotel option

I've stayed here on a number of occasions. It's a great option for a hotel with a small kitchenette and a bath. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It's a bit older so it's not in perfect condition but it's not any different than most other places in Guam. I recommend this for a stay of a week or less. Convenient to the airport and the Micronesian Mall.

I like this hotel given it location. It is close to gas stations, restaurants and shopping areas. The room we had was quite spacious and comes with a kitchenette. However, the hotel is outdated and needs some renovations -- not just in the room but also the outside.

Listen, if you want a fancy place to spend the night, this is not for you. BUT if you just want a place close to the airport, this will do. The room is pretty spacious and it comes with a microwave, rice cooker, oven, coffee maker and fridge. It is very old and probably not very clean.

If you are driving, it is also inconveniently located and you can only go a certain way when entering or exiting the highway.

But I'll definitely go back to this place again.
